Brittany Mastenbrook: We rented chairs, tables, and linens from Baker Party Rental for our wedding and they made the process easy and straightforward! We felt there was a great range in color in linens, especially because we love jewel tones and weren't looking to have a white wedding! Late night pickup was a lifesaver for an event venue with a tight cleanup turnaround.
Phalesha Kyes: As a Grand rapids Event Planner, finding a reliable equipment rental vendor is extremely important. Baker was wonderful to work with. They were responsive with great communication, punctual with their delivery and pick up, and offered a great product with a great price. I will be using them in the near future!

Maria Borden: We reserved a tent and some other items (tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, linens, etc.) from Baker Tent Rental for our wedding back in July. It was AMAZING, the most beautiful set up. We had to change our order of what we needed during the planning process several times, and they were SO helpful and understanding every time we changed things around. These are a few pictures of our tent and some other items we rented from them...one picture before the ceremony and one after the reception.We were so impressed and absolutely LOVED our tent and rentals from them! We would highly recommend them!

We had a unique situation where our event did not have a concrete date, but Baker was ready at a moment’s notice to help us out with a tent, tables, and linens for 110 guests. Their staff was incredible; they were helpful and efficient while setting up in our work parking lot. The family we hosted the event for was very happy and impressed with the full set up; it was beyond their expectations. A huge thank you to Evelynn and Brian for working with us so quickly and efficiently.
Ron Ringler: The rentals were exactly as described and perfect for our event, of course we had to leave right away for our honeymoon and left the clean up to some family. When Baker found out that the return would be difficult because of some family health issues they volunteered to pick up for free, and we cannot thank them enough.

They delivered my order but incorrect count and I was left to deal with a lot less chairs than I ordered and paid for 30 min before the event. Customer service is very poor, got defensive and did not want to acknowledge the mistake. Also could not rectify the damage and inconvenience this caused me.

Kate Beckett: They are so helpful and desired to make my event special. Everyone I spoke with were explanatory, willing to work with my Specific requests for a surprise party, and communicated so well about what to expect and delivery/set-up timing. They truly took the stress out of planning a large event and I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone.
Genesis Waters: We were so pleased with our experience using A-1 for our tent rental last week for our fundraiser. They were extremely punctual, dependable, and a very fair price. The tent was beautiful, and they were helpful in determining what size was needed. We also rented tables and chairs from them, and they were very solid and in nice condition. We especially appreciated that the owner came to help us determine where the tent should be set up in the park, and was very conscientious about where the stakes would go and the electrical boxes were for our AV and lights. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely be using them again.
Linda Olejnik: A1 provided the best customer service experience as well as delivering our tent on time and installing it quickly and in consideration of best placement options, most of which we hadn’t thought of. Also, they came back out on the day of our event to install sides when rain threatened even when I hadn’t originally ordered them. The tent saved our event! They are true professionals and caring people. Would 100% recommend A1.

Medina Alic: We rented chairs for our wedding from here as we weren’t totally in love with the ones our venue had. We had several vendors in mind but contacted Alpine Events and they gave us the best price per chair in the area. We worked with Eryn mostly and she was friendly and accommodating when we wanted to change the color and quantity of our chairs.My only issue with this vendor is the lack of pricing transparency. When we initially reached out for a quote for 205 chairs we received a price that was different than when we changed our quantity a few weeks before our wedding. They also wanted to charge us initially over 1200$ for delivery and pickup of the chairs so we didn’t want this service as it was too expensive. When I inquired again about delivery and pickup a few weeks before our wedding, the price magically changed to 159$…Really loved this vendor and was happy with the service, but I would be mindful working with them if their prices don’t get more transparent.
Juliana Ludema: The company was very responsive throughout the planning process as we changed and added new items. They also had a wide selection of rentals and our wedding looked beautiful! However, our dance floor had broken sections, so corners of some of the squares stuck up. My dad duct taped them for the wedding, and if he hadn’t, people may have tripped. So if you’re getting a dance floor from them I’d be wary of that! Also, we had someone come out and scope out our location a couple of months in advance and he made a drawing of where the chairs would go. However, when they came to set up it seemed like no one had that drawing and set our chairs up incorrectly, twice. We also had to provide them with printouts of how to set up the tent. Overall, seems like a decent place to work with for big events, but don’t expect them to know exactly what to do when they come to set up. Ensure you have a planner there to make sure everything is set up accurately.
Evan Demorest: Seems like they have decent equipment but felt free to drive steaks into my yard (with underground sprinkling) and drive over it without even asking. Pretty sure yall should be staying on the purchasers property. If my heads or sprinkler lines are damaged you'll be seeing a bill. Signed the neighbor on Yukon dr.

Danika Szymanski: We got married at the Grant Pavilion and it is mandatory to use Alpine Events for the rental items but it worked out great! You never know what to expect when you can't choose a place yourself but it was really nice working with Alpine. I worked with Emily and she was super helpful, always available to help me out and answer any questions. All the items we rented were in amazing shape too!

Heather Manning: The communication on the front end was amazing however the communication on the back end with Patrick was extremely unprofessional and lacking. Beware if you decide to go with them and get caught with a surprise invoice with no explanation. I would not recommend this company.

We used Alpine for our corporate holiday party and they were so great to work with, from booking what we needed and talking over options, to delivery and set up the day of and tear down the day after our event. We were really happy with how nice everyone was and easy it was- especially loved the email updates to let us know when the drivers were en route. Will definitely use again for future events.
Mark Harnen: Initially my wife and I were very apprehensive when planning our 60th birthday party event using Alpine. Especially when their first crew came out and shared a plan that seemed unreasonable for the space we have and our customer service rep was difficult to work with. But then Patrick stepped in and sent out another different crew that mapped out a tent and yard lighting plan that truly made out event extra special. I cannot say enough about how quickly they recovered in their service/support to address our needs. Thank you Patrick for stepping in, particularly considering you were on vacation at the time!

Zoe Zeerip: Superior Tents was very helpful with my wedding. They delivered their items several days before and had a kind crew of workers. They also did a good job helping me change my order when needed. At times, they could be tricky to get ahold of immediately but overall it was a positive experience.

They are a family owned business and made me feel right at home. They also provided all of our tables, chairs and linens at a very reasonable cost, and were far cheaper to rent from than their competitors. At first I was hesitant to use them as my tent vendor because they are so small, but I am SO pleased with their customer service. They were puntual with our agreed time, and were even able set up the tent 3 days before our wedding so we had plenty of time to decorate. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to host an excellent party. That are wonderful!

Jack T: I rented a pressure washer. Good equipment, good price, worked perfectly. They have a smooth operating system. Driver's license, credit card, sign here. Pick it up at door 1, 15-second to-the-point tutorial. It was the same smooth operation when I returned it. Stop at door 1, the gas station dinger hose tells someone you are there. They check out the equipment, ask you your name, and give you a return receipt. Their system beats the stars out of the big box stores.

Then the slick owner msgs me last minute talking about how his 30 foot tents got destroyed because of a storm and that he can get me the 20 foot one and they will do just as good of a job. Lier!!! Shame on you. You ruined my sons graduation!! I hope someone does the same to you. Do not trust this business!! Be aware they will screw you over and they will not return a call ever. Be careful do not trust the owner
Willie Waver: Rented a tent for our Church Anniversary. We were told that we would be getting a nice clean white tent. Instead we received a dirty dingy tent and the guys who put up the tent said they would spray it off if we had a water hose. So they used our hose to spray it off🙄. When we called and complained the manager said " I suggest you part ways with us and never use our services again" By the way we rented a 20×40 tent and we paid over $700. We would never recommend anyone use Kentwood rental!

When something goes wrong and you need to dry out that carpet. When that big screen TV mount needs a hammer drill to set the bolts in your fireplace. Jimmy Esfahani: We used Pineda Party Rentals to get a bounce house for our family gathering on Thanksgiving day. Pineda was so wonderful to work with and could not be more accommodating. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They even showed up on Thanksgiving day! They handled EVERYTHING including delivery, set up, break down, and even took time to make sure I had all my needs addressed. The best part is how much fun the kids had.
