Adrian Wiley: When you first walk in its a nasty flee looking disgusting dog greeting you then the desk person says then don't come in, just rude and unprofessional. The place was like a junk yard. I do not recommend.

Jack T: I rented a pressure washer. Good equipment, good price, worked perfectly. They have a smooth operating system. Driver's license, credit card, sign here. Pick it up at door 1, 15-second to-the-point tutorial. It was the same smooth operation when I returned it. Stop at door 1, the gas station dinger hose tells someone you are there. They check out the equipment, ask you your name, and give you a return receipt. Their system beats the stars out of the big box stores.

Andy Randy: Very bad experience.. the guy said he had great equipment for my sons graduation and I specifically asked him weather his tent will hold up if it was raining. He said don’t worry even if it’s storming our tents will keep everyone dry and having fun. Then the slick owner msgs me last minute talking about how his 30 foot tents got destroyed because of a storm and that he can get me the 20 foot one and they will do just as good of a job. Lier!!! Shame on you. You ruined my sons graduation!! I hope someone does the same to you. Do not trust this business!! Be aware they will screw you over and they will not return a call ever. Be careful do not trust the owner
Willie Waver: Rented a tent for our Church Anniversary. We were told that we would be getting a nice clean white tent. Instead we received a dirty dingy tent and the guys who put up the tent said they would spray it off if we had a water hose. So they used our hose to spray it off🙄. When we called and complained the manager said " I suggest you part ways with us and never use our services again" By the way we rented a 20×40 tent and we paid over $700. We would never recommend anyone use Kentwood rental!
stan dejong: Kentwood Rentals always been my #1 Go To if EVER I needed something to rent for a job..From Live Cage Traps, to other Tools needed..The Help there are always Great to see including their German Shepard that Guards the place at night when they are Closed.Everyone that works there have a part while working at Kentwood Rental...From making sure that everything is cleaned, to Loading up the Service Truck with Chairs delivered to a Party somewhere...Great Job to Everyone who work at Kentwood Rental

When something goes wrong and you need to dry out that carpet. When that big screen TV mount needs a hammer drill to set the bolts in your fireplace. When you have to pay for your daughter's wedding mistake. When you need to take down the 80's wallpaper in the house you just bought. Kentwood Rental has the tool for your needs. Well maybe not a total solution for the tool your daughter is marrying.

Kraig Nielsen: Great place to Rent Tools, equipment for events, and to buy new Yard and Garden Equipment. Stihl, Toro and much more.Refill propane tanks for much less that exchanging them at any store.

Triple DDD LLC: Place is a joke they don’t maintain there equipment till it’s broke in your yard. Manager changes prices depending on who walks through the door. Personally seen this as I am a x employee. Don’t waste your time with this place. Manager is very arrogant and all about himself. I could go on for days and days.
Ken and Sharon Adema: We are VERY satisfied with Alpine Rent-All's repair of our TORO Personal Pace 30" lawnmower; it needed a new transmission. The labor charge was exceptionally reasonable, and I'm grateful that I now have an alternative lawnmower repair place other than going 2-3 miles west of Standale.
Cindy Kraft: I purchased my Stihl gas leaf blower and weed trimmer from here. The leaf blower needed a carburetor adjustment so I brought it to them. They said it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I called on it almost 2 months later and was told they would be getting to it that day or the next. That was on Friday. I went in the following Wednesday and picked up my leaf blower, it hadn't been touched. I will take it, and my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Zack Schlicht: First off, I cut out a star for not being open on Sundays. The only time I can rent is Saturdays and the equipment needs to be dropped off before closing time or I get charged another day. Always need to rush around to get the rentals back in time.Second, the equipment works. IMO that’s most important aspect. Also, the staff is very friendly. I rented some lawn equipment and one piece didn’t work as designed/advertised. They were very understanding and willing to work with me financially for the defective equipment.

Tim DeWitt: I had a problem with my fsa56 Stihl weed Wacker. They did not have the trimmer head in stock so they took time to see if they could do a temporary fix until the part arrived. After a couple of weeks i got the call that my part was in. I picked the part up and began to try and put the new trimmer head on. 2 hours later i am standing at the counter with the part saying I can’t get the old one off. They took my trimmer and tried to remove it. Only to discover that even if they did get it off the new part was the wrong one. Corey, who was helping me went a grabbed a new trimmer and said no charge because of all the hassle I had experienced. Whenever possible I shop at locally owned small businesses so take it from me. Alpine Rent All went the extra mile for me.

Thomas O'Brien: This is the place you want to go for all your needs. The customer service is top notch. Anytime I have needed anything to rent they have it. Their equipment is clean and always ready to go. For 4th of July they help equip our neighborhood with only the best tent and party supplies. They made sure to do no damage to our lawn sprinklers and showed up when they said they would be there. I even got to meet the wonderful owner Carey on the job site. It’s really great when the owner is there to help when needed as well. I would give them 100 stars if I could. No only if I could rent an Italian beef cart that would be awesome! Keep up the great work Alpine and staff!

I mentioned the mixer I had rented and he told me to go in and finish the paperwork and where to hook up the truck. The whole process was extremely easy both picking up and dropping off.

If I need equipment repaired or equipment rental all I have to do is make one call and Greg takes care of it for me. He is always looking at way to work with me in planning future rentals. I have also had times when I would forget something like a diaper for a scissor lift and Greg will go out of his way to make sure I get what I need for my rentals. Thanks Greg keep up the great work!
