Jim DeMassi: What can I say, Sarah is the best! I’m in town on business and normally use Soothe or Zeel when I travel but they don’t cover the Grand Rapids area so I started searching for someone local. Saw her reviews and took a chance. So so so glad i did. She came to my hotel with all her equipment (table, sheets, oils etc...) and was able to accommodate my work schedule and arrive in the evening.She’s just the sweetest person with a great sense of humor and made me completely comfortable immediately. She gives a unique massage with longer, slower strokes than I’m used to and the pressure was perfect the whole time. Can’t wait to come back soon and book another appt with Sarah. Felt like I was hanging with a good friend the whole time.

Amy Rossetti: I was in Grand Rapids for the weekend with my husband and got an appointment for a 55 minute relaxation massage with Abby Schnell. I was not disappointed. Everything about the experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Abby did such a wonderful job that I had to force myself not to fall asleep. She used the perfect amount of pressure. I actually felt drunk (or high?) as I was walking out to the car afterwards. It was such a great experience.I highly recommend Urban Massage and especially Abby. If I'm ever in Grand Rapids again, I will definitely re-book.

The atmosphere of the building is so nice: lots of lovely art, pleasant scents, and an overall relaxing vibe. From the front desk people to the masseuses, the staff there is so kind. I have seen Sara twice now and intend on regularly visiting - she's fantastic. They offer so many services, so check their website! I will always recommend this excellent establishment to anyone seeking a reprieve from their busy life.

P Ben: Fantastic, quiet, warm, good temp in room, simple intake process and completely paperless. The therapist, named Will, even demonstrated two physical therapy stretches for my right hip flexors. I thought that would really nice how at the end of the session, as I'm leaving, "he gave me a tip". And my health savings account covered the session. Way cheaper than outpatient counseling and someone else gets to do the work ;-). Completely worth it!

She has taught me some stretches I need to incorporate based on my areas of need. Her pressure is literally perfect. Love my monthly visits to her!
