Kevin J. Garcia: I had some lower back issues, tightness really, nothing serious. Joy was able to work all of it out by walking on my back. It's like getting a massage AND a chiropractic adjustment in one session. I can't recommend her enough, very professional in her approach and the setting. My back and I both Thank You!

L Ham: The only 2 redeeming things about this establishment is that they honored my 1-hour appointment which I did make 1 week ahead AND the masseuse was friendly enough. When I arrived the person said she didn't have me scheduled and offered me a 30-minute service but I asked she honor the 1-hour appointment.I should have gone with her suggestion and had her focus on my lower half. But this was my first visit and definitely my last for any massage!Important negatives: in their bathroom you could see mold or dirt around the bathroom sink. There were no paper towels to wipe your hands after washing them. There were just hand towels scattered haphazardly. You wouldn't know if they were clean. There was no air-conditioning or fan and it was a hot and humid day. You can imagine the stuffiness of the room! The massage room and table looked like both needed a better sanitary cleaning. The massage was just okay. I've had way better!The owner replied that they are closed on Sundays. Judging from my experience (on any day as I described) wouldn't have me returning. My appointment was on Friday 7/22/2022.My experience In a nutshell... not an enticing experience to want to go back or even refer anyone there :(

c collins: Unpleasant experience: the property was very cold and not inviting. Not well stocked - no paper towels in the bathroom. No sheets or blankets on the beds to cover up, just one plain white towel. Sad. We were freezing. We had a couple massage - both ladies were “chatting” loudly in their native language until I asked them to stop. I was told later that there is a heating blanket on the bed and the technician did not know. While we were looking for a Thai massage the experience was disappointing. Topped by a technician lying in stating “she is not paid. Just very little”. To extort a bigger tip after $120/ 2. This got verified by a manager watching and she apologized for lying to us - as in fact she is paid half of $60. Needless to say we don’t be back snd felt being taken advantage off

Flawlessly Finished: Was good massage but had a complaint about my tip. They said I Should have tipped at least 20% awkward. Only had small amount of cash so what to do. They wouldn't let me put tip on card.....

chris jacobs: Amazing massage, and thankfully I was able to get in last minute. They worked so many knots out of my back, I went home and just passed out. That was the first time in almost 2 weeks that my shoulder isn't hurting. I have a nasty pinched nerve that's affecting my shoulder and arm bad, and it actually feels comfortable right now. I will definitely come back here again. I see a lot of comments about being painful or being pressured to tip more. I didn't experience any of that. It was deep tissue and can't say it didn't hurt at times, but the relief is amazing, and the entire massage overall was very relaxing. The warm towel at the end about put me to sleep lol. No pressure for tip, only asked if I wanted to leave one on the card. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It's the second massage I've ever had, and the first time here. Definitely won't be last.

Cece 3487: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a couple massage. Before you leave they Don't Ask if you want to tip they Request that you Tip. I told them no tip and the lady asked why then went on to ask was her massage not good. She was on her phone off and on the whole time and talking and laughing with her partner who was massaging a friend of mine. Not Peaceful At all. She told me Not to come back again and to take my business elsewhere since I didn't tip. I was APPALLED. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

We went in for a couples massage and we were impressed with the comfortable set up and we got to be in the same room. The massages were actually very good for being a walk in. The only thing that didn't sit right with me was the pressure financially. The lady working asked my boyfriend if he was leaving a tip on the card, after he told her an amount she asked if he could go higher two different times! then while running his card pointed out a 4 percent convenience charge for using the card as well. Id reccomend bringing cash if your visiting this place. Still wouldn't hesitate to visit again 🤷♀️

Doreen DeFlavis: I really don't like to write bad reviews but this massage was odd and not good overall. Two stars for the customer service being very good: ladies were super nice and responsive and the place was clean and quiet. I got a 30 min foot and 60 min body massage. The foot massage was ok. Body massage was bad. First, the tables have a head hole in the table rather than an actual head rest, which is very uncomfortable for a full body massage. The table itself was pretty comfy as it had a soft padding. She didn't adjust the leg bolster at all so it was in strange position both face up and down. Was using her phone during certain points of the massage which caused attention to not be paid to where she was putting her hands/arms. Several times she ran her elbow over my spine..OUCH! I did ask for less pressure (mostly bc of the elbow on spine) and she did accommodate. Also, there was no "rhythm" of the massage. I usually expect that an Asian massage will be deeper pressure but she seemed like she didn't really have a routine and was just maybe doing whatever. I will say she was highly skilled at cracking my neck and back, so perhaps she trained as a chiropractor and is doing massage for some reason?

They offer both foot and body massage, I had the foot massage and 30 minute body massage, both were excellent. The foot massage included a shoulder massage and was very relaxing. I have back problems and she focused the entire 30 minutes on my back , after the 30 minutes I felt much better. I highly recommend them for their professional approach.

The place is clean, the staff is very nice and the massage is incredible! Highly recommend if you like deep tissue massages and need to get rid of knots or release tension. Yiling walked on my back and stretched me out. Amazing!Highly recommend this team. Especially if you like deep tissue massages. Everyone had is strong and, although technique varies (a good thing), very effective in releasing tight muscles. Consistently impressed.

Every other place he had been to was booked out through the week, but she had an opening available that same day.After a one hour session he wasn't hunched over. He was so happy that he wanted to book another one the same day to work through the rest of the pain, and he was happy he did.I'm happy we found this place. We tried a couple of other spots, but he hasn't been thrilled with any of them. This is his go to now. I believe the location is relatively new, and the lady who runs is extremely sweet.

Peter Postma: Best massages I have ever received. The place is clean, the towels are freshly laundered, and they focus on giving an exceptional massage. The style is decided asain vs. therapeutic, the Glutes and Adductor M are worked on. Hellen does an amazing job, Lynda uses more techniques but if her Chinese soap opera is streaming she will have her earbuds and phone screen nearby and pause occasionally. She usually gives an extra 15 minutes to you when this happens. If you are a regular and tip well, I am constantly getting extra time, and if they are not busy (rare) an extra half hour. This place went from walk in any time to definitely call ahead and schedule in a years time.
Stephanie Savage: Great massage today by Helen.I was referred by a friend and I see why - (1) I didn’t realize hot stones were included with my 90 minute - cool!(2) I was able to get in with very short notice… Which I *greatly*appreciated, because I always let my back get into spasming knots before I realize I really really need a massage; yet other places are always booked days or a full week out.FYI for anybody confused by the polarizing reviews…(a) There are different styles of massage – Asian massage is intentionally more vigorous, using elbows and knees to get the knots out… and if needed, there is a grab bar mounted above the table so they can even walk on you! Other styles do not do this. With Asian massage, you *will* be sore the next day. That is why they give you a bottle of water as you’re leaving. You need to drink water heavily to help your body flush out the newly broken up knots.(b) Of course you have to pay up front. Even bars swipe your credit card before they bring you a drink. Further, I tried to tip in advance and they gave my money back.

Most I won't even state, but if you're thinking about wasting your money here DO NOT.First, I called ahead and I was told they did couples massages for our anniversary. They don't. Second, our massages were cut ten minutes short a piece. We paid for an hour, they cut us short, and they still expected a tip. Third, they were on their phones during our sessions texting. My massage therapist also left multiple times to use the bathroom and wash her hands. I'm not a dirty person. I took a shower right before arriving. Fourth, they had no reservations about our state of undress. Nor we're they self aware enough to avoid uncomfortable situations they put us in. Mine nearly shoved her elbow up my butt!Read the other negative reviews and that's what happened more in dept. And exactly what will happen. All the positive reviews are trolls.

I always tip and tip well but this was a Very uncomfortable situation. Forcefully being pushed into a corner. Plus I started 5 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early while she kept texting with one hand the whole time massaging with the other. Not a professional place won’t come back again. Rather pay more get better service. This is like a low budget massage. I came because it had good reviews now I think those reviews might be fake

Richard Ayers: On 3/8/23, I decided to book an appointment with ViVi. I knew all the ladies there through a very special person. When I arrived, I was greeted with hugs and smiles. ViVi, Jenny and Mary all made me feel welcomed and everyone shared how much they missed me. Vivi was awsome and worked out all the kinks in my hamstrings which were tight from preparing for a bodybuilding competition. Thank you Vivi, you are a true professional and friend. I’m in town on business and normally use Soothe or Zeel when I travel but they don’t cover the Grand Rapids area so I started searching for someone local. Saw her reviews and took a chance. So so so glad i did. She came to my hotel with all her equipment (table, sheets, oils etc...) and was able to accommodate my work schedule and arrive in the evening.She’s just the sweetest person with a great sense of humor and made me completely comfortable immediately. She gives a unique massage with longer, slower strokes than I’m used to and the pressure was perfect the whole time. Can’t wait to come back soon and book another appt with Sarah. Felt like I was hanging with a good friend the whole time.

Anna's House: Sarah was incredible. I found myself stuck on the word "perfect" every time she asked how the massage felt. She's also funny, and that makes it feel like you're hanging out with a friend who happens to be great at massage therapy.
Mallory Doan: Sarah is great! She is professional, timely, and even came in on her day off, last minute, to provide a massage when another local masseuse didn't show up for an appointment.
Derrel & Meg Watt: While visiting Grand Rapids for work, I tried a couple massage therapists but was not pleased with them. I found Sarah’s card in my apartment complex’s garage and she was excellent. Although she’s a little pricey, the relaxation goal was met. Her pace was awesome, pressure was perfect, and she was very knowledgeable about how my back pain could be improved with massage!
