Peter Postma: Best massages I have ever received. The place is clean, the towels are freshly laundered, and they focus on giving an exceptional massage. The style is decided asain vs. therapeutic, the Glutes and Adductor M are worked on. Hellen does an amazing job, Lynda uses more techniques but if her Chinese soap opera is streaming she will have her earbuds and phone screen nearby and pause occasionally. She usually gives an extra 15 minutes to you when this happens. If you are a regular and tip well, I am constantly getting extra time, and if they are not busy (rare) an extra half hour. This place went from walk in any time to definitely call ahead and schedule in a years time.
Stephanie Savage: Great massage today by Helen.I was referred by a friend and I see why - (1) I didn’t realize hot stones were included with my 90 minute - cool!(2) I was able to get in with very short notice… Which I *greatly*appreciated, because I always let my back get into spasming knots before I realize I really really need a massage; yet other places are always booked days or a full week out.FYI for anybody confused by the polarizing reviews…(a) There are different styles of massage – Asian massage is intentionally more vigorous, using elbows and knees to get the knots out… and if needed, there is a grab bar mounted above the table so they can even walk on you! Other styles do not do this. With Asian massage, you *will* be sore the next day. That is why they give you a bottle of water as you’re leaving. You need to drink water heavily to help your body flush out the newly broken up knots.(b) Of course you have to pay up front. Even bars swipe your credit card before they bring you a drink. Further, I tried to tip in advance and they gave my money back.
Patricia Riley: Not a deep massage, only 55 minutes not an hour, missed some spots that had cramps and then told me my tip was not enough. It was clean, parking was easy, but I will not be going back.

Most I won't even state, but if you're thinking about wasting your money here DO NOT.First, I called ahead and I was told they did couples massages for our anniversary. They don't. Second, our massages were cut ten minutes short a piece. We paid for an hour, they cut us short, and they still expected a tip. Third, they were on their phones during our sessions texting. My massage therapist also left multiple times to use the bathroom and wash her hands. I'm not a dirty person. I took a shower right before arriving. Fourth, they had no reservations about our state of undress. Nor we're they self aware enough to avoid uncomfortable situations they put us in. Mine nearly shoved her elbow up my butt!Read the other negative reviews and that's what happened more in dept. And exactly what will happen. All the positive reviews are trolls.

Joe Miles: Was still a little sore and tight from a cycling crash last weekend and was hoping to loosen up before tomorrow's race so I decided to give them a call and see if they had any openings while driving home. They did. I stopped in.It was a fantastic massage by Vivi. I left feeling awesome. She did a really great job working hard the whole time. Highly recommended!

gabe ayani: I Walk in lady asks me to pay right away. No problem, than asks for tip before massage even started again no problem, than asks me how much tip I gave her as I’m writing the tip. I always tip and tip well but this was a Very uncomfortable situation. Forcefully being pushed into a corner. Plus I started 5 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early while she kept texting with one hand the whole time massaging with the other. Not a professional place won’t come back again. Rather pay more get better service. This is like a low budget massage. I came because it had good reviews now I think those reviews might be fake

K SWARTZ: Audi has great techniques for relieving the tightness and pain in my muscles. She asks if she may walk or kneel to provide extra pressure and it’s amazing how well that works! The bed is warm and soft and wide. This isn’t the typical slow rub type of massage although there are moments of that and the music is very soothing. I’m sure she’d accommodate if that was preferred. Definitely give MoonMoon a visit!

Frank Cuthbertson: Went here for a post Thanksgiving massage hoping to relieve some tension and relax a bit. Instead, I received one of the most thorough and professional massages in recent memory. Stephanie took the time to discover what my major pain points were and THEN SHE ACTUALLY FOCUSED ON THEM!! On top of that Stephanie has essentially mastered the goldilocks level of pressure when working through tough spots. All this to say there are probably other massage therapists in Grand Rapids but do yourself a favor and just book with Steph.

My advice to you Stephanie is that based on my experience with you and others commentshere you need to learn that your business is to serve customers and you need customer service skills if you are going to be in this business! Otherwise find something else to do.

Lisa Mauric: I chose TNC because of the reviews and I'm so glad I did. It's such a welcoming environment. Le was my massage therapist and I have never ever had such a good experience. I've been to multiple high end salons and it's either painful or not enough to feel better. With Le, the massage lasts for days. I've decided that going to TNC is a priority because they do such an excellent job. They make you feel special and important. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

Megan DeVries: Best massage ever! I’ve been looking for a go-to massage therapist for a while and KC is definitely on the list! She spotted the area I had been messing with right away and worked on it the same way I was trying to, which no massage therapist has ever done for me before. But she did so much more- stretching techniques and talked to me about my circulation issues. The studio is a bit hard to find but don’t let that discourage you! It’s in the same lot as Hear USA and Barking Beauty.

StephenHCE W: Now one of top massage therapists. While the outside apperence could be improved, the place is legit good. The inside in nicely decorated. I got a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best I've had. I feel great afterwards. They are a technique base massage place and go above and beyond simply applying more pressure in a massage. Do note that due to this it requires that you be ok with being only in your undies. No sheets or shorts works with the deep tissue massage. Idk about the other types if massages they offer. Do note you may need to be patient with the massage therapist as they may have diffulity hearing and understanding you. 5 stars in my book. Will return again.
