T JB: Doctor Thebert is amazing, changed my life!
Kent Morton: legitimately pathetic care. I went here for help, I tested positive for corona so they locked me in a room. They couldn't get their ipad working TWO YEARS into a pandemic so I couldn't attend group. I spent the entire time isolated and had to force my way out. They are charging me 3100 dollars, when I complained, because they literally did nothing, their response was "if you don't like it goto the board" I have no legal recourse here, but seriously I could not have anticipated WORSE care if I tried. As a medical professional I'm disgusted with this place.Edit: Pine rest was kind enough to reply to this, I called the number provided and was promptly ignored. I'd literally rather die than spend another hour in this place. I have never seen a sorrier excuse for a mental health facility. 3100 dollars for literally nothing, I wasn't even able to attend group.
Brent Ranville: I started there around a year ago and had good results, up until recently when I asked for help. I have a few issues and notified my psychiatrist of one that I was dealing with. She was out of town so I talked to one of her staff, they documented me saying something totally different than what I said. Than when she did contact me, because of what the receptionist wrote down she says I’m better now. When clearly I wasn’t. I began to explain myself and when I did, she told me to try somewhere else. I emailed her and said I wasn’t going to do that she later replied with the same answer “ if I don’t agree, go somewhere else”. I been told to deal with my therapest instead, so what good are they doing here at pine rest. They don’t seem to listen very good or care about the patients. She I guess is helping me by giving me a list of other psychiatrist to try.
Andrew Carr: UPDATE: I love doctor planter as I’ve learned through the years. I just didn’t understand everything then because the facts weren’t there. Dr. Platner did the right thing, too.I could end up in the hospital again soon, too. Since Doctor Platner said to call him if I ever need anything, I should reach out there again next time and see if I can skip the ER and get a genuine doctor.Seriously, one of the best psychiatrists I’ve had and how the years have changed my mind. Pine Rest was great. Really the only hospital that cared. I’d love to catch up with Dr. Platner. I have a lot to tell him.

Ben Hardy: Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Erin was rude and dismissive. Her lack of compassion was unparalleled especially for someone who works in a mental health clinic. If you value your mental health avoid Pine Rest at all costs.

Lindsay L. Bandy: I have had great experiences here. I'll be following Faene to her new office in a couple weeks, and Stephen helped my husband find ways to deal with his anger. Love the office staff as well.

Eric Smith Jr: The Bill they send you in the mail is never the same as the balance they have on file for you!!! This is the worst billing system I have ever had to deal with. If you don't have really good insurance it's about $165 per appointment.

Sarah: My son was recently evaluated for autism at this location. Overall, it was a good experience, not great, good. But we did have one outstanding experience while we were there (and probably the most important) with Dr. Mario Petersen. He is great at what he does. Dr. Mario took his time with us, allowed us to ask as many questions as needed, and was truly invested in his work with our son. It’s always hard taking any child to the doctor at a very young age, particularly one with special needs. I was very impressed with how easily he interacted with my son and was able to complete a thorough physical exam while keeping my child calm, and even happy! He listened to our input as parents and discussed his findings up to that point. He has great tact. We heard some hard things that day but his delivery, while not at all sugar coated, was excellent. I didn’t leave that office defeated and without hope. I don’t often leave reviews, and unfortunately we’ve had many experiences at Spectrum that leaves a lot to be desired, but I had to give Dr. Mario some recognition here. It’s almost impossible to find a physician with both extensive knowledge and excellent bedside manner (the latter some would argue being most important). He is definitely in the right line of work, he’s a great doctor. Very impressed.

Kayla: This place is absolutely the best place for counseling that I've ever been to. Their staff are really incredible and there's no pressure or feeling embarrassed ever. They are down to earth people and make you feel very welcomed. The establishment is always inviting and clean. I've tried multiple local places prior to settling here and ill never go anywhere else ever again. They genuinely care about you and your "Well Being". If you're looking for a great place to help you better yourself and your life, this is hands down the best choice. Tim and the rest of the staff are wonderful people and great at what they do.
Jennifer Brown: I have been going to the Well Being for four years now and I have felt so much better then what I have ever felt. I have also overcome some challenging obstacles and situations. I have talked to Brendan Kelly there and he has helped me focus on what I want to and has made me more confident in myself. I have found myself more confident in what I do and what I want people to know me as and with also what I say. Going to The Well Being was the best decision that I have made.
Chasity Hall: I seen Timothy Peri for therapy after my boyfriend shot him self. The second meeting I had with him today.. I know I'm NOT going back. I've seen therapist before and that was by far the worst experience I've ever had. He was asking me things and details at this point I can not answer because I'm greiving.. He is pushy.. Rude and always seems to talk slow just to get through the session fast. That is so unprofessional!!
