A: Camelot Manor is a joke. I do NOT recommend anyone move here. If you can get into a different place, do it. They tow cars left and right. My sister in law parked on the street for 5 minutes dropping her 1 year old off, yes...5 minutes, and they towed her car. We pulled our car up to the shed to empty some heavy items into the shed and the tow company was literally eyeballing the car. My fiance told the guy to keep moving that were going to be moving it back as soon as the items were out of the car. Well the tow man violated us!! Saying we were violent towards him. This place is managed horribly and they are going to push away tenants and possible tenants. I will be warning anyone that I see looking into camelot manor.

No notice, no not nothing. They literally stole my car and didn’t say anything. That’s our only car!Edit, my place still hasn’t been fixed even though we sent in the paperwork the day we moved in and still haven’t fixed our place.

They also don't care about complaints about my neighbors being loud at 1am slamming doors and what not. Tyler Simons: **Written for a friend who is a member of the community**.The fact that they have their own community members towed is enough of a joke. I called a manger to discuss a $700 water bill that was a result of them not coming to do maintenance on a running toilet. I was greeted by a over the top rude manager that informed me that I shouldn't have paid the bill (one they sent me) and she proceeded to berate me and showed no remorse or respect for the situation. I had a vehicle parked out front (a friend) that was here no more than 10 minutes and it was hooked up to a tow truck and they finessed $150 from him. He was unaware of the rules but he was just stopping to pick me up. They still charged him the money. No warning, no help recovering the money, nothing from the staff here. If I could rate them lower I certainly would.
Tamara McClintock: Since they've got new management this trailer is trash! Their rude, don't inform people of new rules, give false information when you go into the front office and will tow your car even if you live in the trailer park! They towed mine just for moving it to the curb of my drive way and it wasnt on the grass or anything. I still ended up having to pay for it. I strongly suggest no one move here!!

My new born can not spend time with his grand parents because they are unable to walk all the way from the front office! Ridiculous!
The life of Shika: Christiana the sales person, gave us every answer needed, and help us move into what's is our most amazing home ever, I heard a lot about this park but it is actually not as bad as it was a few years back. Most of everyone I see are happy relaxed and take care of their homes and lots. Yard are very well kept up. Talk to Christina she's awesome

Rose Pennock: I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the owners didnt give the management a better budget to do what needs done. Such as proper security around the park, tree removal, speed bumps, and other essential things for improvement. Overall however, this is a wonderful place to live with reasonable lot rent. The manager is amazing!! She is always accomodating when able but will not kiss butt, nor should ahe.She has a job to do. If you follow the rules clearly outlined in your lease which you signed you won't have problems.Maintenence responds promptly and is efficient.

mary barror: I love it here it's a nice little community , lots of nice people here ,I've made some awesome friends that show how much they care, and the Park manager Bobbie Jo is the best, she's sweet and kind and she does a great job, all while having health issues, and she don't take any BS from people. The maintenance guy is also doing a great job and here, can fix just about anything and the remodeling he does is excellent. Plus it's right next to Meijer, and many other businesses. I honestly don't know why people complain so much, they should be thankful for the low rent and everything here, but ya can't please everyone.

April Dicks: I've lived here for 3 years now. It has some janky roads that could use repair and there's no storm drains. Street parking. We've had trouble catching the managers while they're actually in the office. Trouble getting maintenance out here too. Neighborhood a little sketchy sometimes, but I don't feel unsafe.Our rent is great! Though its a decently small, older mobile home to be fair. But the best price we're going to find in GR. A plus, it is pretty nice being right next to the Plainfield Meijer and gas station. Literally a 5 minute walk!
Aimee Denison: We have lived here for over seven years. It was once a reputable park, with excellent management. The current owners do not care about their tenants. They are quick to process paperwork to get you removed. No contact information with corporate offices are available. No names, email addresses or telephone numbers are listed anywhere. Their website is a joke, and I'm not even sure that it's being maintained anymore. You can register to pay online, but the website is deemed insecure with zero encryption. I would not feel comfortable submitting any sensitive financial information.When we moved in, there were not many open slots for homes. Now there are at least six on my street ALONE. They move in dilapidated homes that stand empty and they do nothing with them. When calling, the number is listed as RESTRICTED, PRIVATE or UNKNOWN. No reputable company would hide under the cloak of anonymity.There are children constantly playing in the roadways and this park is anything but kid friendly. No amenities for kids. And we have this huge grassy area that could be converted to a play area, but the owners leave it empty. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

When I came upon Leonard Gardens I just had a feeling "this could be the place". Very clean, streets were wider, more quest parking and it was obvious that the residents took pride in their community. In the short time that I have been here I have met some truly awesome neighbors. Thanks to all the staff that work endlessly to make this a great place to live. I havefound a home, a community, a family.

Aly: This place is unwelcoming to guests of long term residents. Went too see a friend, was parked for less then 2 hours and they towed my car. No one asked me to move nothing. I've visited this same friend many time before and never had an issue. This park has gone to hell. Don't live here you will be extremely unhappy. This is the last straw for my friend they will be moving asap.
Harmony Ruiz: My dog ran after some rabbits and gave me a heart attack when I couldn't find her I drive around a few times looking asking everyone I encountered when I finally gave up here comes Julie holding my dogs broken leash and saving the day, she was super friendly to both my dog and myself, I just moved here and knowing that we have such a friendly staff makes me sleep better at night.
