diego e diogo morais e soares: I took private driving lessons through the Grand Rapids location. My instructor was Garry Strong. I was very impressed. I am an older woman who has not driven in a few years due to health issues. He was very respectful, very kind, firm, brought me back to the basics from many years ago. I was able to get comfortable behind the wheel very quickly! I would strongly recommend this instructor and the services of Official Driving School.
ARUN KUMAR: Currently learning with Mr. Garry. I have had driving lessons with another driving school before. The instructors in my previous driving school never pointed out my mistakes and help me improve. They always kept telling me that I did well in everything. But Garry is different. He tells me what exactly is wrong with my driving in what situations. This information is very helpful for making corrections. I feel like I am finally learning to drive. Totally recommend him.
alexis waltz: When I first showed up I was terrified because I was in an accident in 2021 and I was scared of driving. Gary, my instructor super nice he made me feel super comfortable behind the wheel in less than an hour! After I left I WANTED to drive more. You know you got a great instructor when you come terrified and leave calm. A few more drives and I’ll be ready for all types of driving!

Savanna Headd: I love my teachers, they're all really understanding and patient especially with anxious drivers. If you know that you're going to be an anxious driver, sign up for classes with Ms. Brooklyn and Mrs. Catherine. They were both extremely patient with me. They're both very good at teaching and are very clear with what everything means especially because it's all a lot of information to retain. I really recommend Official Driving School!

I really loved the way that the instructor Mr.Brown was really patient with students in our drives, he made me feel safe and ready when it was time to get behind the wheel. Mr Otto has made me very comfortable on the roads and parallel parking is easy. Edit: I am now being spammed by car insurance emails after giving allstar my email address. I still think the instructors in East are great, but the company is pretty rough.

I have been calling and emailing for a week straight and have not been able to reach anyone! This is so unprofessional and I am irate. Where's the customer service. You're collecting hundreds of dollars from people who can't even get communication from you!
Eliza Bott: I enjoyed classroom time, drive times, and the instructor, but there were a few things that could have been better. There was little to no social distancing, but everyone was required to wear masks the whole time in the classroom and on the road. The communication was limited before hand which was frustrating at times. Overall I learned a lot and would recommend AllStar East Grand Rapids.

nytro: Easy to follow, Kim is a great teacher. She explained everything thoroughly. She is patient with people and is kind. I had to reschedule a rescheduled class, so I called, and the customer service was pretty good. I am very pleased with my decision of choosing Official Driving School.
haylee johnson: I personally believe that I had a great experience, both instructors taught me well especially Kim. It was slightly hard to find drive times though.

Jenna Vannette: I had Matt and he always made me feel very uncomfortable when I was with him alone and with the class, the majority of our time was spent either copying down a peice of paper or talking about Bigfoot and aliens. We didn't really learn anything in class and he would just give us the answers to the test. The car I had to drive always smelled like pot and he would leave me alone in the parking lot for 20 mins during my drive time a to "go to the bathroom" he would ask me personal questions and tell me things he had no buisness asking or telling me. I do not recommend at all, it's a waste of money, Matt is very immature and if I could I would give this place 0 stars.
natalie greenbauer: My driving instructor, Matt, was just amazing. He made me feel very comfortable whenever I was in class or behind the wheel. I felt like I was able to freely talk to him while getting the proper driving instructions. He had animals within the classroom and I thought that was just so great and it allowed me to be very comfortable in the class setting. Because of Matt I now feel genuinely safe while driving and I dont worry about doing the wrong things because Matt taught me the right ways and I am just so appreciative of him and his unique classroom pets, hands down 10/10.

Chris Veldhuis: Driver's training at jungle survival is good and Matt makes it fun. There is no homework only in class work. They teach you defense driving and the space and visibly sheet that we have to wright out every day during segment one may not be fun but it is worth it. I would recommend jungle survival.

Ainslie Vandersluis: If you're going to go to jungle drivers training, the location over in Dorr is amazingly better than this location. The classes are way to packed and there is no care given to each class in this location. Tyrus Woods is the instructor in Dorr and is amazing for my child and a great instructor

Josh F: Ok, they do not do anything during classes here really that teach people anything unless they already know everything. Classes are spent copying things and not learning. Tests are NOT graded.
