After calling and emailing we took the piece up to the store to try to get a new one from the manufacturer and can't get one. Basically paid 3 grand for a reclining couch that is junk.

To the many text messages to ask questions, she was very helpful. Matt delivered it today, him and his helper were very friendly. He called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Took the time to show us how to fill the spa and access the control panel.Definitely recommend him he was very knowledgeable.
Rose Bush: Work with Ronda on getting a new hot tub and she went beyond the call of duty to find one that fit our existing opening on the deck. The service was excellent and also they were very accommodating in getting the hot tub delivered.
Jon Fitzpatrick: Bought hot tub and everything was smooth including delivery. Had it for about 4 years and needed service as the tub was shutting down due to over heating code. Called in October, serviced in November…. We are now on our 4th or 5th service call and nothing is fixed, I bought a new heater at their suggestion and had it installed because there technicians said that could be the fix. This was about $500. Did not change anything! The service of this place is non existent! There is no communication about the problem or what has been done to fix it within their department. I’m a supporting customer it’s a shame they can’t figure this out and make this right. It has been 7 months and I’m not any closer to getting my hot tub fixed! Do not give this place your business the service is not adequate for the price of the items you will buy. It’s too bad, seems like an easy fix for the service department but will require professional effort on their part. Don’t foresee that happening. Still not fixed going on month 8… service is terrible!

If all you have had is Top Ramen or Maruchan Ramen, then get ready for new ramen experiences! From spicy ramen, to ramen with multiple packets, there's plenty of options to choose from!Rugs: There are a lot of very unique rugs sold here including rugs that are sustainably made! From rainbow patterns to somewhat Victorian patterns, it seems like there is a rug for everyone!Unique find: mini section! There's a shelf near the back of the store filled with mini food things! From jam to honey to mini hot sauce, if you're looking for an on the go condiments or a tiny thing for your tiny cooking hobby, this is the perfect place you should be.Entrance is handicapped accessible. Handicap parking.Overall, I really like world market and I feel like it really is a market full of what this world has to offer! :)

Turning Point Builders: Stonesthrow has high quality service as well as high quality furniture. We had a little hiccup with supply chain issues (not their fault) but they resolved it quickly and helped us still get the couch we were hoping for. They also leased us a different couch while we were waiting which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our time working with Karen and her team to get a sectional and chair for our new home. We love our new furniture and we highly recommend Stonesthrow!

Corey Pool: We loved browsing Stonesthrow's showroom, and stumbled on a dining table we loved! It was just the right amount of simplicity and style with the curve on the sides. The table we bought was actually the display table, and it was in perfect condition! The staff were very helpful and patient as we debated our options.Our table arrived a bit delayed due to the shipment's truck breaking down before our delivery date, and funny enough, the truck broke down outside our house after delivering our table and had to be towed. Despite the shipment delay, we were very happy with our purchase, and can't wait to host friends and family at our dining room table.We'll certainly be back to Stonesthrow for more furniture in the near future. The picture shows the table at Stonesthrow show room, and it finally set up in our new home.
Kameron Giar-Tantes: Was told they only sold modern furnishings. And while the store is a little more trendy than most in town, they have great options for everyone. And if it's not on the floor, they can help find a great one to order. Their design team is top notch. Definitely trust their help, because that's what it is. Help, not an over the top sales pitch. Gary Pease: I'm writing this review because my wife doesn't feel comfortable writing one. First I going to say my wife just loves this store. So much so that in the last year we purchased a couch, coffee table, rug and several accent pillows. After waiting several months for our couch it came in damaged. We reordered and have since received and love it. The issue is when the couch was delivered a pillow was supposed to be delivered with the order. It was left behind. We had go to the store to pickup. My wife said it doesn't look right when she picked it up. They said sorry you special ordered it. Sincethen the pillow is not right and is out of shape. Asked again about returning it and was told again sorry you special ordered it. We feel if it's defective you should be able to return it. Not happy with this reply.

Patty Wieschhorster: Due to COVID and floods in Texas furniture deliveries were delayed. While this is out of control of Stonethrow, they failed to keep their customers informed of delays and projected deliveries. I found the customer service to be exceptionally poor. Additionally a piece of furniture was delivered looking quite weathered and damaged I was told that the sales person who sold me the piece was new and did not properly explain to me that the leather I had ordered tends to look weathered. While the onus is on the sales person to inform the client they still did not hold themselves accountable for the misinformation. Again poor customer service I do not recommend this company.

Gags Hashed: Product: Pretty good.People: No faults found with the staff.Property: Clean, but...Massive statement fountain ...with no water in it?Large concrete decoration piece knocked over and rolled around?10 year old trees that need an arborist to guide the next 30 years of growth.Prestige/reputation: If the above is what the building owner/manager allows to be seen......what is happening out of sight?Power: This place was probably prominent...a decade ago.In the garden of choices; this is still a good place to plant yourself for a few hours.To the gardeners out there: if you give this property: water, a lift, a prune, and find an even-keeled caretaker to maintain/fix issues as they develop...then this will be a place people go out of their way for, once more. As it is: It's worth a browse.(If you find that they fixed the issues listed: Add a star or two to my rating/comment.)

Lucia Vorce: We are so disappointed with Talsma. Our shopping experience with the rep on the floor was great. But it has been less than satisfactory since then. We spent a lot of money to furnish our new home and took advantage of the 2 year no finance deal. When our furniture arrived we were missing an ottoman. They claimed it was not on the order sheet (not too sure how that happened). They ordered it at full price (not the sale price) and would not add it to our 2 year finance. Fast forward to 8 months later. The 2 living room chairs are already fraying. I was told warranty does not cover this and to use a device to remove. These chairs are barely sat in and not even a year old! I never would have chosen this fabric had I known it wouldn't even hold up 8 months! We are also having all sorts of issues with the billing department. They never sent one invoice or email. We thought we paid off the ottoman but apparently they have been applying the payments to the 2 year finance contract and are not charging us 29% interest! Ridiculous! Never again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

dwight oswalt: After waiting forever for our bedroom furniture we finally got it only to discover it was flawed. They sent their delivery guy to pick it up and he left our mattress on the floor for us to sleep on. After calling the store to complain they sent a guy out with a loaner frame so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor. Now it’s been a few weeks of barely any communication and after several texts we are finally getting our bed back. They set up our delivery for 9-12 so I stayed home rather then doing what I needed to do only to sit here watching the time tick by waiting. It is now after one o’clock and of course no call to say they will be late or if they are even coming. This is my last time dealing with Talsma. If your smart you will go elsewhere also

Aaron Rose: For the amount paid, the quality is terrible. Poor craftsmanship on the entire set I got, bad paint job, cheap hardware, scuffs on almost every piece fresh out of the boxes. I would rather go with Ikea if I had to do it again.

Aling with that Debra also showed me a break area for customers with coffee, cake, ice cream if i remember correctly lol.Definitely worth the trip!
Austin Dickinson: Nothing discount about it. I went in to get a quote about a king sized mattress and frame. The quote was $2100. I looked around and saw that big lots had the same exact mattress and frame for $1050. I saved more than $1000. I guess that’s what happens when you have salesmen who are commissioned.
