Tina Ruzi: If you're going to put new items on your menu, train your staff. Poached eggs are not supposed to be cooked all the way through. No hash browns available. We were not given syrup or butter with cold pancakes put on a hot plate. We had to ask for straws and silverware. Ketchup out of packets not a bottle. This place is run like the parents are out of town and the kids are trying to make a buck. Servers were pleasant but really need experience or better training.

Flowermomma: Came into eat on Tuesday night may 16th after my concert and was excited cause I haven't been too an IHOP in so long! Was vary disappointed! Waitress was rude! When I first walked in. I waited 10 minutes just to be seated and then 30 minutes until she took my order. Taking everyone else even new people coming in. I waited for over an hour for my food! Along with another 30 minutes just for my drinks. I also saw her getting pancakes and picking them up with her hands without gloves or washing them. Yuck! My order was still wrong. But waiting for an hour an a half I was hungry and didn't want to be there all night. I wanted to get back to my hotel room.
Natalee Sanders: We waited 5 minutes before being seated. Only 1 table. Then once we were sat we waited 30 minutes and no one took our drink order again only 1 table and the one server was standing there laughing with the cooks doing nothing.
Larry Medema: Not happy at all! We went for dine in service today and our service was terrible, we had to ask for more napkins twice! The first time we asked the hostess who then asked our waiter and he never brought any, we ended up having to ask a different waitress who finally brought us more napkins out. The food was alright nothing really spectacular about it.

Carly Jewell: If I could give zero stars I would. I've worked in food and service industry in alot of ways with many hats around so I try to get the benefit of the doubt but that was the worst service I've had in a long time. Long wait barely acknowledged asked when we're ready to pay at were not even half way through our food. Leaves with our card and then proceeds to leave our card sitting behind the counter while she helps others with their checks. So anyone could have taken it or who knows. Don't go here they don't even have heat lamps and just leave made up pancakes sitting out in the open.
T “Boots”: I use this IHOP for a class I teach on making healthy menu choices mainly because i know the owners from my food safety days. This was a bad day for them, 3 of participants had to reorder because they didn't have menu item, 1 had to place 3 different orders before she got a match of something in the kitchen. Salads without any salad dressing choices! Another after waiting, was told they were out ot items to make a sandwich! . The server forgot to come back to get her new order and we were packing up when her meal arrived. My food, as well as arrived cold and i had to send a burnt crepe back as well as hash browns were burned. I teach this class often and try to stay close to the nonprofit but will have to look at another restaurant. This was in the evening FYI, server was ready to cry and we had to assure her this was not her fault.

They're able to accommodate for any dietary restrictions you may have as well. I got the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and they are to DIE for. So moist and flavorful 😋 the actual restaurant itself is clean, filled with lots of fun trinkets and things to look at; filled with character! 10/10 would come back again to try something new and experience the great service for a second time :))

Our server, Andrea was amazing…even brought us to-go cups for the rest of our French press coffee which was outstanding 🙌 Love the atmosphere, convenient parking, and the ease of ordering pickup (which we’ve previously done). Cinnamon rolls are to die for, look meticulously rolled, really beautifully done. Highly recommend!

Alyssa Morin: Wolfgang’s never disappoints. GR is the halfway point where my mom and I try to meet up every other week since we don’t live in the same city, and we come here whenever we can. I’ve tried most of the Eggs Benedict options they have, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Ma usually goes for the frittata. Both are amaaaazing. This is truly the superior breakfast spot.

Lilly Baker: This is a great breakfast spot in East GR. It can get ery busy on the weekends but they have a ton of options. I personally have really enjoyed the skillets and the benedicts. I highly recommend the Cafe Wolfgang as well, which is a drink of hazelnut coffee and hot chocolate. Definitely worth waiting a little bit for a seat.

Generous portions.They haven’t wasted their money on an expensive, visible, exterior sign. It’s what is inside that counts. They excel at that. Eat local. Support local owners.
David Stults: We were amazed by and complimented our server on the fact that she took our order without writing anything down! We even asked her, how do you remember all this stuff? While she was very sweet and kind, she literally screwed up every part of our order! We'll get a different server next time, but the food is absolutely amazing, and I will go back as quickly as I can!

Zachary Burkum: We were happy to revisit Westsider Cafe for the first time in a long time. It was still busy, but a wait should be expected at any place worth the time on a Saturday morning. We were happy to be able to leave a name and phone number with the hostess so we could wait outside. There's not a lot of room inside the restaurant to wait for a table. Our server was friendly, and the food was as good as we remembered. My partner and I both tried something new this time. She got the Cuban skillet and I got the Polish skillet. Both were great, and I was excited for the thick cut toast we got. I forgot how good the breads are that they use! I'm looking forward to going back again soon!Parking: The cafe's free parking lot is behind the building, but is pretty small. Be prepared to park on Walker or one of the nearby side streets if you're going during peak hours.

Allix VanderMeer: One of my absolute favorite breakfast spots in town. It can get really busy on the weekends, but they're great about taking reservations if you call ahead. The first time I went was 10 years ago and I STILL love it! I am sad they took my favorite vegetarian frittata off the menu, but the last time I was there they were more than accommodating to make me an a la carte version.

Gertrude Deffert: My partner and I were in shock on April 30th when we went to dine in at this location. The hostess Micheyla (Spelling?) gave us a peace sign to indicate two of us dinning in. I said yes, just us two. She grabbed silverware, walked us to a booth. Dropped the silverware on the table from a few inches off the table and left without saying anything to us, from walking up to her as we walked in to being sat down. After 5 minutes we decided we didn't deserve the disrespect and we left.
