Susie Catherman: I've had two pickups missed. I only received service every 8 weeks, and now I have 16 weeks worth of shredding. Customer service is the WORST and they charge way too much. Called another company and was quoted more than 30% cheaper for exact same service. Do not use them.
Robert Longstreet: One of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had, from onset to cancellation. Do yourself a favor and look for other options.
Kirsten Zalobsky: Our service is scheduled to be every 4 weeks starting in March - since then we have only seen a pick up 3 times since then. Every time a pickup was scheduled, they did not show up. I also cannot get in touch with any of the reps that we were given, left multiple voicemails with no returned call, tried emailing, nothing. I had to call the corporate branch and ask for contact information for someone in my local area, but the kicker is that I had to give them my contact information (which they already have) and hope that they would contact me. I have never been so disappointed with how a company conducts business in my life.
Thomas Fuller: Absolute worst customer service of all time. Very dysfunctional company. Constant mistakes in billing. They refused to process our cancellation of service. We can't get rid of the collection boxes!
Eric A. Ellison: Tried to contact the local branch in Grand Rapids MI to arrange a drop off. Our office doesn't amass to much material; about 5 boxes a year, ten boxes total for now. Could only contact main number in customer service and every time they transferred me to another CSR, they were only able to tell me which branch was closest to me. Asked questions and was told to go to their website for answers. Very unhelpful, basic customer service. Thanks to another reviewer, I found West Michigan Shredding and was able to talk to some in authority to answers and quote, only $5 a box! Go local!

Terrible customer service, they do not return calls or give notice of schedule changes. We were billed for 3 pick ups that did not happen. I would never recommend this company.

Kendra Omans (K.A.M.O): I have had a rough first experience. Its hard to reach anyone and it seems like they are lacking communication. I have had billing issues for almost 3 months and they say it's being figured out but I have yet to see results. I hope they figure out communication with their drivers and the home office....because it's been pretty messy. The reason for 2 stars is they do on-site shredding so privacy is extra important to them.

James Kinney: I called Shred-it customer service yesterday to check rates. $75 for 1st 10 boxes of files and $10 per box thereafter. I dragged 34 boxes from my attic last night to shred today. I called Shred-it this morning to verify they were open and that i had over 30 boxes. The lady at Shred-it said the most i could bring was 10 boxes. Ridiculous! I then called west michigan document shredding and they took all 34 boxes for $4 a box!! Needless to say I will never use Shred-it overpriced and certainly not willing to do with a customer needs

I normally drop off boxes and they always unload the boxes from my car for me, and there's never a wait, it's always a quick stop there. Good prices too, around $15/bankers box for drop off.

In true new customer form I had told him that I had 11 boxes to shred, I actually had 32 boxes... that's pretty close to 11 right? Your driver was very nice and professional and helped me get the extra boxes out from the tight storage area. Jackie B: I’ve had great interactions in the past, but yesterday’s interaction was absolutely unprofessional.I walked in to package and ship two separate shipments and was greeted by a very young male employee (no name tag but I have his employee number on my receipt). The first thing I asked for was a flat rate shipping box, to which he replied in belittlingdemeanor, “We don’t have those, this is UPS.” So I said, okay well I’ve been to other UPS locations and they do carry them, that’s why I asked. I ended up handing him my phone for the address because he kept whipping his head around to try and join his coworkers’ conversation behind him, and when he asked if the address looked correct on the screen I had to tell him 3 separate times that it needed the apartment number. Why? Because he was turned around and joking with his coworkers, who were filling Amazon return boxes. He took my items and put the box size sticker and the address sticker on top and slid them into the Amazon return mound, then changed his mind and placed it in the back. My tracking still says label created, so I’m hoping it actually gets out of the store. The next package was for my mom and I said I wasn’t going to send it out after all and finished paying for the first package.No one appreciates being talked down to, and if you’re helping a customer, the least you could do is pay attention and help them. The employee was all around unprofessional. I wish I had taken everything and walked out. I will not be coming back to UPS.
A A: There is no outdoor drop-off box at this UPS location. That doesn't make sense...........that's like a Post Office having zero outdoor drop-off boxes. Illogical.

Rachael Travers: One of the best UPS experiences I've ever had. We worked with Emmanuel to print, notarized, and fax a 20+ page document and he was thorough, competent, and kind. Whenever people would come in, Emmanuel knew them by name and would ask how their day/their business was going. Even when a delivery driver came in, he offered him water. Seriously was amazed at the high-level service and would come back to this UPS any time I needed shipping/packing, etc. - and it's all because of the amazing employees and Emmanuel.

Devon Procter: Great place for typewriter service and repairs. Their prices for repairs are very reasonable. Mike did a great job cleaning up and repairing my Grandpa’s IBM Selectric II, it was like a brand new machine when we got it back. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend River City Business Equipment for typewriter service and printing.
