I understand that was my fault, but when I called back after finding my wallet (within 15 minutes) I wasn't able to get anything (including my previous order). I understand I was at fault for not having my payment ready but the manager was a total jerk.

Laura Yochim: Pizza is one of the only things my autistic daughter will eat, so when we were visiting Grand Rapids, we decided to go to Pizza Hut for their dining room experience. We were very disappointed. Apparently they've done away with their dining room service, which would have been fine except they were very rude about it. They rang up our order wrong and when we pointed it out, the cashier just said "oh" and walked away. The pizza was great, but service is lacking.

Always ask to have wings taken out a minute early, never been a problem there or at other businesses that serve wings. The guy in the front was rude to me about me asking about wings being taken out 1 minute early, have some bad teeth. Then the 1 guy in the back was rude as well, when I told him I will not hold them responsible amd the wings are plenty done taken out a minute early...he threw his hands up and straight up said he did not care what I say, they refused. Lost my business.
Rob Leier: Consistently good pizzas from the Plainfield location in Grand Rapids, MI. Pizzas are always fully loaded, hot, and delicious. And when I've asked for delivery, they often delivered well before the expected time. I'm happy.

They fixed their mistake when I order a few weeks ago. I will say that it seems they are low staffed and the workers as present don’t get paid enough and are working to extensive day in and day out to keep up with demand of a high quality product. I do not believe it is the employees fault for some of the negative reviews on here. They need help in the kitchen. They do the best they can given the circumstances and go above and beyond.

Because the app was updating. It literally went from "we received your order," then it never changed. I called the store, and they let me know my order was leaving the store right then. Once my food got to me, I received a bunch of messages stating that they were just then preparing order then a second later, I received a message stating it was on the way. I don’t really know what happened but I’ve worked in a pizza place in the passed and this pizza would’ve been remade the second it came out the oven like this. Not really sure what happened. We ate half because we were hungry and threw the other half out. Like I said the wings were great. The guy in the drive through was fantastic also, didn’t catch his name but he was incredibly nice.

Elino: I've been trying to put a big order from a non-exempt company (not supposed to pay taxes) multiple times. Night manager Clay was not truly helpful, and he didn't even want to answer the phone. His team said that he was not in the mood to answer and apologize for his behalf.He said to order online, but I told him I couldn't put the order online because the order was too big and was going to charge taxes. Even though I explained multiple times that I have ordered through the phone using a company account beforehand just a couple of days.

Heather Poynter: Really weird atmosphere. Why do I never see anyone in here? Took my kids to use book it coupons and they sat us next to the only other person in the place. An older lady reading a book, I tried to keep my kids calm and quiet. Also the personal pans don't even taste the same anymore my one kid refused to eat it.
Andrea Regish: Kinda a good and bad experience at this pizza hut. Called in and ordered because app wasn't working. Asked for curbside pickup and she said she would be the one to bring it out. I got there and called after waiting 5 minutes, no answer. I asked for curbside because I just had surgery and hurt when I walk. I waited another 5 minutes and still no answer. Waited 10 minutes and finally got a answer however it wasn't the actual store, the lady said she'd send a message to them. After a total of 25 minutes, I walked in and told the young girl I have been waiting for over 25 minutes. I finally got my order and don't get me wrong, it was good however I shouldn't have to wait so long and with it being known to watch for me was just plain crazy. 🙃 The waiting and with them not being busy at all was just not right.

I love the food but the delivery system RARELY REMEMBERS the marinara sauce in the the big dinner box.. if it's not the marinara sauce then it's the ranch sauce I over payed for.. oh and then for them to bring it back takes over 30 mins.. I try really hard not to complain but who actually uses the sauce 30+ mins after getting the food? And if you do, is your food AT ALL WARM still?? Or artificially warmed? Because if I'm going to microwave food for dinner it shouldn't cost almost $50?!?! Don't call to complain about it, they'll just make you feel stupid for complaining about missing sauce..DO BETTER PIZZA HUT!!

jj black: Ordered a medium pan pizza and was given two personal size pizzas and a small, because they were out of medium pan crust. At no point was I asked if this was acceptable or would I like to change my order. Snotty little high school girl was who served me on 2/29/23 at 7:30pm. Last time I ordered from this location my pizza was as opposite of what I order as it could be. Also it took over an hour of waiting in the parking lot to receive it, and it was cold. Very cold. I will not be returning to this pizza hut location and I have no idea how they have a 4.0 rating. None of the reviews have been responded to because nobody here cares. Do not spend your money here. This is a very poorly run business.

Amanda Parrish: Probably the worst Pizza Hut experience we have ever had. Waited 5 minutes to be seated, barely any customers. Once seated we waited another 10-12 minutes for our drink and appetizer order just for the cheesesticks to come out burnt and dry, and at the same time as the meal. We kindly asked for them to be remade just for our waitress to come back 15 minutes later telling us they were still in the oven when at that point we were already done eating. Never got asked for refills or how everything was just a snotty attitude when we asked that the cheesesticks just be removed from the check because we not longer desired them.

The chairs are stacked up, there were no other clients in there and they wouldn't consider seating 5 adults at a table. Never again. Avoid this location!We've been there a few times in the last few months and again had a bad experience. We will not return to this location. Our service took overly long. We were only told they ran out of cheese for garlic cheese toast after they delivered part of the order. They offered a swap for cheese breadsticks instead. The pizza was out minutes later. The pepperoni lovers was very sparse with some slices only having 3 pepponi on a slice. 3 of the 7 plates were given were DIRTY. Had never been washed from previous use, ranch & pizza sauce still on them! Waitress was polite and handling 1 other table. We only saw 1 other worker the hour we were there. Our table was not clean either when we sat at it. They did wash the chairs ad table quickly while wiping up the huge pop spill from previous client off the floor where we were to be seated. They are very friendly but service is super slow and just one thing after another each visit being worse than the previous.

Marissa The Tiny but Mighty: The service was really slow, people who showed up after me got their food first. The soda didn't taste like it should, and they took about an hour to give the appetizers. After we got those, we didn't get extra sauce like we asked and had to ask 2 more times on it. The food didn't taste quite right and wasn't hot, more like a warm heat up. They are very unclean as well, trash on the floor, dust and sawdust on the tables, splatters of something on the walls, and no hairnets that we had seen from the Kitchen. Would give this place no stars if we could review without having to add any.

None had bothered to clear the walk and when I ask where the ramp was they told me they had no idea! Sick a let down when I already had my mom in her wheel chair at 16° outside.
