ray j: Getting surgery at this facility and trusting Dr. Ringler has been by far the worst choice and experience of my life. Not only have I been living with pain for years because of it, but it has made me look worse than before! Dr. Ringler is crooked, and gave me the wrong advice, but did not admit that until after I had the surgery. Now I am living with permanent pain, reminding me of this terrible experience that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. I can't think of anything that has harmed me as much as this surgery, and it could have all been prevented had he been honest. Malpractice is alive and well, and these plastic surgeons have deep pockets to keep people quiet. Don't let this happen to you, and if you are considering plastic surgery, my advice is to NOT do it, and if you do, be very careful, as it could be the worst decision you ever made.

Susan Wolford: Delighted with Dr Ringler - he has performed the following: #1, facelift when I was 47, #2, facelift when I was 60 and #3, six weeks ago at the age of almost 73 - the best surgical procedure yet! One of the pictures below shows how the corners of my mouth drooped - preventing me from smiling without it looking like a painful grimace at best. My grandkids would often inquire if I was angry. Another picture will show the sagging fat under my chin ( every old lady in my mothers family was cursed with this after 70). I knew this wasn’t going to get any better. I checked into an outpatient surgical center at 8:00 AM and was on my way home by noon. The most painful part was the the needle insertion for the sedation. The very next morning, I met him at his office where the bandages were removed before my hair was shampooed. One week later, all stitches were removed. I have so much regard for this fellow and I hope he is still practicing for my next procedure when I’m 85!

M M: While the staff are all very nice and friendly, I would not recommend Dr. Ringler to anyone. I have been going to Dr. Ringler for around the past 5 years for a breast procedure that required multiple surgeries. Dr. Ringler has always been very cold and unfriendly, talked to me as if I was an idiot, very rushed, didn't seem to care much about my procedure. He never made me feel comforable or heard; I even dreaded going to see him. I had severe asymmetry in my breasts and 3 surgeries later, my breasts are still a full cup size or more apart. Last time I went, he blamed the noticeable difference in cup sizes on me "gaining weight" and completely humiliated me as I've gained *maybe* 10 pounds due to depression from trauma. I also had an areola reduction on one side, and there is still a huge difference in my aerola sizes. I have a large amount of scarring as well. I cry looking at myself. I regret ever going here and wish I'd gone elsewhere to begin with.

He performed a procedure that caused permanent pain when it was supposed to me “minimally invasive.” When I went back and complained about the pain, he brushed me off and did not want to offer me any kind of help or guidance. They were open about pricing, and I personally thought that just under 1000 for a totally cosmetic procedure was an exceedingly fair price. My surgery date was only a few weeks, and was scheduled conveniently. These was 🚫 waiting, and the staff was really kind and reassuring. Dr. Lippink and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and completely pain free. Doctor was efficient, but really friendly with great bedside manner. Some docs have it, and Dr. Lippink does. I was left with a tiny little bloody line, that was covered with a steri-strip. In and out in just under an hour.It's only been a day, but already I can see there's going to be a VAST improvement in it's appearance. Once I cleaned it up a little, it's just a tiny line that fits perfectly in n my forehead lines.For someone with an eidetic memory, being able to change the narrative of the scar on my forehead is a big deal. And to have those bad memories replaced with a tiny little surgery, done by very nice, highly trained and competent people?Well, that's just fantastic.Update - What scar? I had a scar? Love it!

Chad: I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty from the Centre for Plastic Surgery after being recommended by Spectrum and my surgery was completely botched! My nose is still crooked and they made it much more difficult for me to breathe (my whole point of getting the surgery was to breathe better), making day to day life much harder especially now during the spring with allergies. Post surgery I went back for a checkup that took the doctor no more then 5 minutes to tell me that the septoplasty didn’t hold and I’d need to pay for another surgery and I was of course billed for that quick visit too… I give them a 0/10, do not get surgery done here.

Kenzie L: Last week I had a reduction mammaplasty (Breast reduction).I originally started this process back in December of 2020. I remember originally finding my surgeon at a different practice and then read horrible reviews later on. I then sought the help for a referral by my insurance, which was Dr Brundage at Centre for Plastic Surgery.When I went in for my consultation, I was greeted warmly by the medical staff. They had precautions in place, considering we were still amidst the pandemic.I met with some of the nurses, which were very friendly considering this was a vulnerable and insecure time for me. They had to take pictures of my breasts to send to my insurance (hence the vulnerability part). During which the whole consultation were very encouraging and informative.Once approved by insurance, which only took 30 days time, we had set a surgery date for April 13. They had me come in 3 weeks for my preop appointment to go over final details. I met with a woman named Marybeth, whom had a very nurturing and exuberant personality. She shared her own personal experiences from having the same surgery I was having, which was nice to hear. Answered all of mine and my husband's questions as well.The day of surgery, I still remember two nurses. One was named Bethany and the other I don't remember her name. But after the surgery I remember her (unnamed nurse) coming in and rubbing my feet and talking to me. I've never had a nurse so compassionate and concerned and gentle after a surgery. A lot of medical teams I've noticed in this day and age lack good bed side manner. Their team fell nothing short of my expectations. I cried shortly after being released from surgery. I was so happy with the results once I looked down and saw the reduction.We are now one week post op, and during my initial 48 hour recovery Dr Brundage called to check on me and so did his nursing staff. I didn't have many questions because I've done so much research leading up to this point. However, when I went in for my first post op appointment yesterday, I did have some questions. I was told in about 4 weeks time what my recovery would look like, that I was healing well currently, and that they are pleased with my recovery so far. Also, just a nice little surprise when I went, they gave me a $300 certificate to use at their practice for future. What a NICE gesture right?!I have my next appointment scheduled in 4-6 weeks from now. Could not be HAPPIER. Thank you Dr Brundage and your medical team for everything. Christie Koester: As a breast cancer survivor and reconstruction patient of Dr. Timek's in 2019, I would never recommend her for reconstructive surgery. From my very first meeting with Dr. Timek as I considered my options for reconstruction after a breast cancer diagnosis, I felt barely seen. I had to fight to have smaller implants placed than what she wanted to insert (even my breast surgeon was surprised at the size she had initially suggested), and Dr. Timek was the opposite of warm from the first consultation. The implants I received were larger than I had hoped for, and within less than two weeks I was diagnosed with cellulitis. I was in her office nearly daily in the lead up to this, during which at one point she grabbed my breast harshly and told me I must not be in much pain since I didn't yell.After my last drain was pulled, my breast became red and throbbing in less than 12 hours, and I was admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics for five days. On day one, I asked if she thought I should see an infectious disease specialist. She declined. By day five I insisted on an infectious disease specialist when she indicated I would be in the hospital as long as it took to "get the redness down"; when the infectious disease doctor came in, he said there were very good options for oral antibiotics that could (and did, successfully) take the place of the IV antibiotics I had been on, and better oral antibiotics than the one she had kept me on all week. I was home the next day; had it been left to Dr. Timek's care, I have no idea how long I would have been there.Following this, I asked her about explanting the implants to aesthetic flat closure - I was frankly done. I will never forget her response. She told me, "Not having breasts is impractical." I felt like having an infected breast and living on oral antibiotics for months was more impractical. When I asked what she meant, she asked what I would do if I was wearing a prosthetic in a swimsuit and it popped out at the pool. At that point, I knew she was completely the wrong doctor, had an attitude that was actually creating physical harm, and clearly didn't have the skill set I needed to remove the implants. I did not return to her practice.Luckily, I found an amazing plastic surgeon who helped me get the implants out that were making me sicker than I was with cancer and who was caring and wanted to be sure I would be happy with my final results. Three years later, I have never been happier with my body and to have cancer and implants in my rearview mirror.

I was asked to place a deposit and schedule a surgery date, even though I left with a lot of unanswered questions. It felt incredibly pushy and almost forced. Upon the date of the second consult, I had made the choice that Francine Vagotis was not the right surgeon for me and this surgery. I felt like just a number, not taken personable and not respected as a patient.I had requested they refund the $1,000 deposit - this was a FIGHT. By that, I mean I had to report it to my bank as fraud for them to investigate it for it to be refunded. MIND YOU - while I was fighting this battle, they had already processed the ENTIRE SURGERY COST to my CareCredit account BEFORE even the DATE of the surgery...Long story short, I've been fighting for this to be refunded since August. The dispute was handled by CareCredit, as the clinic refused to handle it.September I was sent an invoice for the amount of $2,515. This invoice was for "Surgical Center Cost Loss" - WHAT?... I cancelled the surgery that was scheduled IN ADVANCE, without signing a SINGLE consent form. That's right - no forms where presented nor signed where I was made aware of ANY of this. I was just TODAY provided with my "online portal" information, where all the "incomplete" consent forms have been sitting...This has been offered as "in office credit" - I wouldn't send a loved one here after the hoops I've had to go through.Another dispute and legal actions this time around are being taken due to the unprofessional way this business chose to process payment.BEWARE when going through this business. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

Jamie M: MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR SURGERY DETAILS IN FULL IN WRITING PRIOR TO SURGERY.I felt that Dr. Vagotis was not very professional once surgery was complete. I left your office in tears after my one week post op appt. Dr. Vagotis's mood changed at the first inclination I was unhappy. Aggressively pulling up and down on my breast, upset about a question I didn't even ask.After my implants started dropped, I noticed they didn't look right when I raise my arms, lay down or lean foward. I understand results may vary and that thing can happen but this is not normal. I was not able not able to come in for my 6 weeks due to covid and then a house fire.About 6 months in I reached out, with photos, first getting a response that this was my pectoral muscle and this was normal. After explaining that it moves and I can cleary feel its my implants and she had showed me before, she gave me another explanation, saying it was normal. Not, once asking me to come in. REVEALING that she did not place my implants the way we spoke about prior to surgery. We also discussed that one would need to be slightly bigger, yet I have the same size implants?! Make that make sense.I am now 1.5yr post op with one breast that is going into my armpit and two double bubbles. I'm completely lopsided and misshapen. Considering I only wear sports bras/non wire /no bra, I don't work out my top half and I don't do any crazy activities...I dont see how I could have prevented or caused this.She wouldn't let hold and flip through her results myself. Only showing me the ones she has on the website. HER BEST ONES. She didn't mark me during the consultation or prior to surgery. She basically guessed but I didn't know any better at the time.Her constant running of specials/ good deal and excited attitude, AT FIRST, makes it really easy to be blind sided. I do take blame in this, definitely! I chose her...but it was a mistake.Be warned if she messes you up, she will do NOTHING to fix it for you without a cost!
