Once I made that connection with him everything got easier. He answered all my calls and texts. He was a big help.The installers showed up bright and early right on time in our first snow storm of the year and worked all day and into the evening like rockstars.A few days later Tuffshed sent out someone to check the work and even replace a window came cracked. He also adjusted things that I didn’t even know needed it.The city has just passed my beautiful 10X20 and I couldn’t be happier.So glad I stopped in.

Bill Barnes: Updated with photos. Finishing the inside, I just noticed gray paint all over the inside of the door. At least it matches the gray paint that was all over the window. Despite putting on a new deck the first thing I see is the big tear in the middle of the floor. NO JOY. Despite finishing the interior, every time I look out my window I see paint all over the screen, NO JOY! This company does not have enough help to install or warranty a shed right now. DO NOT USE THEM. My installers were double booked so they just had time to lay my material in my backyard and come back a week later after everything got rained on. There are several outstanding issues with the shed that have not been resolved a month later. I have taken an additional 2 days off of work waiting for workers who do not show. I have given up hope of having a properly installed shed, IF THEY CANNOT INSTALL IT, THEY CAN NOT WARRANTY IT.

JAMES MOORE: I had to push back delivery, I hoped this would not have caused a problem, IT DIDN'T. The shed was delivered right on time. The installers were fast polite, honest and picked up every scrap piece. Unfortunately they were not provided enough material to finish the roof. The follow up crew came in and finished the job. Again they cleaned up my yard as if they weren't even there. The shed is perfect. Thank you Robert and the amazing crew

Lillie Morgan: I bought my shed through Cedar Rock Barns. The shed is outstanding quality. I want to talk about delivery.I paid almost $11,000 for a delivered shed and in my opinion, they botched the delivery. They didn't work out the minor details with me. They showed up with my shed the first day we had accumulating snow, started telling me I had to cut limbs off my ornamentals and had me take down a 25' pine. They say it was in the "fine print" and it was my responsibility to have a clear path to the site. I don't know if it was or not. I signed a contract with them online, and don't recall seeing that. It doesn't matter. Their business is shed delivery. It's their responsibility to work the details of the delivery out with people and an exclusive conversation should have been had. I thought they had some kind of delivery crew that deals with obstacles. I thought they must have looked at my house on Google Earth or talked to their "highly recommended" site work contractor (who told me there shouldn't be an issue with getting the shed in).When I tried to talk to explain the grievance to them on the phone, they were rude. They basically told me it was my fault and somewhat tried to scold me about it and referred me to the fine print, which may or may not have existed on the online contract. I couldn't even get them to acknowledge that it's reasonable to have a conversation with people addressing this topic when a delivery is made and I told them that their "highly recommended" site contractor, that they give you a price guide for when you're buying the shed, told me it should be good, and their response was "so what." Just rude, they don't take any responsibility for what happened with my delivery at all, and they don't sound like they're going to take a lesson from it.The shed was built up in Fremont (great job), so I don't even think Cedar Rock Barns builds the sheds, and we just talked about the delivery part...Service:Shed delivery to installation sites

Greg Yoder: I don’t have my shed yet, but I’m thrilled with how responsive Cedar Rock has been. They reached out all on their own when I didn’t think there was a need. They just wanted to keep me in the loop. They have been so easy to work with both through old-fashioned telephone calls and email. While I’m having to wait 7 weeks for my shed (because of the COVID-19 crisis), they were very open about the backlog. I ordered a 10 x 12 shed and I’m getting exactly what I’ve been looking for and I don’t even have to build it. And, it’s going to be at about the same cost of buying a kit (by the time you put in a floor, vinyl siding, loft, and paint). I’m getting all that at no extra cost. And FREE delivery.

Charles Briggs: Our new shed from Cedar Rock Barns was delivered last week. We are very pleased with the quality of the shed. It seems to be well built. We were able to match the shingles, style, and siding to our house and existing garage. We think having the shed built off-site saved us money and potential headaches. The salesperson, Lou Daly, was very accommodating. He advised us on which features we needed, and some we might not, which in the end gave us the best value for our money. We would definitely recommend Cedar Rock Barns and Mast Mini-Barns (the builder).

Joseph Arbanas: I bought a shed from Lou and found him to be very accomodating. The shed is great value and delivery was the same week I bought it. One note of caution your site must be level because delivery truck does not do leveling. The driver also was very nice when we ran into this problem on mine. My landscaper Steve fixed it by adding some extra wood . I am happy with purchase and hope to have years of carefree maintenance.
Jason Buchanan: Salesman Lou is a terrible person to deal with and wouldnt purchase anything from them, very poor customer service only time they called is when i wrote a review.
