Dave Nichols (Davestermac): Local drivers are nice, but the inside accounting and sales group are not helpful. Long contracts, lots of fine print, poor disclosure, lots of EXTRA fees and my sales guy doesn't even work there anymore. Don't make the mistake I did - choose a diff company.I've been trying to fight my way OUT of the contract for weeks now. Terrible communication and incorrect billing too.
Alvin Harrison: Nice and friendly workers and excellent loading.But if your gps.says it's on the left like mine did the place is really on the right take first entrance for trucks sign says 1950.

Kelsey Spoelman: Nice, temperature controlled unit. I have easy, but safe access. Todd who works the front desk has been amazing with all of our customer service needs.
Francis Simmerer: The facility is clean, secure, and well kept-up. It is a very nice touch to have the three flat carts available near each door to help with moving items from the vehicle to the unit and back. The motion-sensing lights always come on as you walk through so you are never in the dark. Todd the manager is very friendly and quite helpful. This has been a very positive experience. Thank you!

Todd Spencer: I have dealt with several different self-storage properties over the years and I have to say, this is one of the best! With the majority of the storage units being inside the building, there is no worry about weather issues (rain/snow/humidity/etc...) damaging belongings. The building is always clean and easy to access, with carts available to move stuff in and out.I highly recommend this business!
Paul Becker: Very, very clean climate controlled facility. Easy to get in out of. Various size units. Excellent lighting and restrooms available inside the facility. Plus power to charge you phones if need be. Manager on duty! My mother in law had a unit (two at one point) there for six years. Highly recommended!

The flexible hours, quick registration, and affordable rates were so helpful to me in the midst of a very stressful moving period.Diana provided a level of customer care that I haven’t experienced in awhile! She’s exceptional! She went out of her to way to stand out in the heat to help me and was so polite and charming (even when working in the evening on a Saturday). She truly made the entire process so much better. If you need a place to store your items, this is the best you’ll find!

Due to this issue and inconsiderate renters, the elevators are monopolized by renters not unloading all at once, such as they would with a flatbed, but unloading one box at a time to their storage unit and holding up the elevator. Renters should unload all of their stuff from the elevator to be considerate of others 💝
