Christina Welch: You know this place gives nothing but surprise after surprise after surprise as they clearly are only out for money because I've never seen a business run the way that this so-called business runs!! I've had an issue with them before and that credit credited me money on my account to take the review off well that ain't happening this time.... There's no communication whatsoever on their end what is there a secondary contact on the account if they never use it until you're belonging or that person's belongings are going into auction??? Only to say and talk to me and tell me the price that was owed then two days later put a lien on it and double the charge without saying anything about it.... the lien is $137 extra dollars..... Complete fraud and lack ofprofessionalism

The flexible hours, quick registration, and affordable rates were so helpful to me in the midst of a very stressful moving period.Diana provided a level of customer care that I haven’t experienced in awhile! She’s exceptional! She went out of her to way to stand out in the heat to help me and was so polite and charming (even when working in the evening on a Saturday). She truly made the entire process so much better. If you need a place to store your items, this is the best you’ll find!

Rick and Brenda Becker: Ok place. Needs more flatbed carts. Due to this issue and inconsiderate renters, the elevators are monopolized by renters not unloading all at once, such as they would with a flatbed, but unloading one box at a time to their storage unit and holding up the elevator. Renters should unload all of their stuff from the elevator to be considerate of others 💝

Kevin Scheid: Find someone else. This is a terrible company.Watch them when morning out. If on auto pay watch that too. They are ready to help you move in but otherwise not available and willing to lie.Also plan on your price being raised significantly after you move in.

They leave the trash behind and make it look good so they can still rob your money. Manager takes the good stuff out of the units.
