PRC-Medical Services: what do users think?
Alison Soderquist: Upfront about pricing, informative, and very kind. Didn’t feel judged or pressured in any way during my STD test, and was allowed to self-swab. I’m not personally religious and understand that this is a technically a religious facility, and in fact I accidentally made an appointment here thinking I was making an appointment at the local planned parenthood— but the staff is very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone for comprehensive STD/bacterial testing and information related to STDs. The testing also includes treatments for positive diagnoses and informational summary printouts from the CDC.
Regina Maslakova: I called freaking out pregnant wanting to seek an abortion and this girl named I believe it was Vanessa who helped me calm down and chose to keep my baby, but it turned out to be a false positive either way this girl really took the time out of her day to listen to my concerns. I just really don't know what I would have done if she didn't console me the way she had. I appreciate the PRC so much for this moment interaction you guys have great employees.
Frania Boone: Treated very disrespectfully on the phone and via text. Website states that you are entitled to a "Limited ultrasound" after having a positive pregnancy test to verify pregnancy, hear fetal heartbeat, etc. The lady on the phone just kept saying the same sentence "We only do limited ultrasounds. What you need is an OB". Very disappointed in that woman, and by extension organization.
Holly Rogers: Trash, absolute garbage place to go. They are anti choice and force their religious views on you. Zero stars if I could. They are not a credible facility in my opinion and I would discourage anyone who wanted to go here.
babs fantola: PRC is amazing!! They make you feel so comfortable. They are there to help you in everyway possible.
Vanessa Johnson: The PRC is very welcoming and really cares about every patient that walks through their doors. They offer amazing services including low cost STD testing! I highly recommend the PRC.
Ruth Mooney: PRC is a safe place. The medical professionals give you the information you need. I highly recommend their services.
britney zehr: Welcoming staff and facility. Very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend PRC!
Laureen Schmidt: I tried to go to PRC today for an ultrasound and was told I would need to make an appointment because spots fill up quickly for ultrasounds. That's fine, I completely understand that. What I didn't like was that I was taken into a room to schedule an ultrasound and was asked what my plan was for the baby. I said I was going to keep it. The woman working then says well we like to reserve those appointments for women who are unsure on what they are going to do....like really?? So because I said I planned on keeping the baby I'm not entitled to a free ultrasounds like your website boasts. Thanks a lot PRC!
Jesika Cueta: Very caring and attentive staff.
Sarah R: I didn't have insurance at the time, but I need a place to go to get tested for BV. The nurse was cheerful, but giggly when she asked if if "you found out you were pregnant today, what would happen?" I understand why she asked that question, but don't act all cute.So the result come back...I don't have BV. Well, I still have the symptoms, and it's getting annoying. I finally went to my regular doctor a few days later. Guess what? I have BV. I got proper treatment and was better a few days later. I ghosted the doctor when she called me back with the third party lab results. She left PHI on my voice mail, which is a huge no-no.Also, the board of directors doesn't have a single doctor, or medical professional on it. I find it ironic that an organization that provides care for pregnant women has one female on its board of directors. The rest are all male CEO/CFOs.
Lindsay Lieffers: What an honourable facility! Providing pregnant women with knowledge, great care, and giving them tools to better care for themselves and their babies. All at no cost to the Mama!
Kni Easha Richmond: Love the staff they are Awesome!
Tabitha Hunter: This clinic will NOT provide abortion services. This is a "Crisis Pregnancy Clinic." These clinics are tax payer funded to delay and provide misleading information to women seeking abortion until they are too late into pregnacy.
Cristine Fuhrman: Highly qualified medical staff. Licensed nurses as well as registered sonographers to provide care and ultrasounds at the same level as physicians office. Board members comprised of doctors and other medical professionals. Caring staff that provides judgement free answers and information.
Jillian Otto: their free ultrasound is the same as what you’d get from an OB-GYN. They offer judgment free care.
Kiera Honderd: The prc is very professional and has well trained staff that are able to give information about all your options. Wether thats adoption, abortion, or raising a child. I was in very good hands, and very well informed.
Seth H: I am always impressed by the kindness and professionalism of their licensed medical staff. Thanks for all you do!
Molly Klimas: The Pregnancy Resource Center of Grand Rapids wraps their arms around people in a loving and nonjudgmental way -- they are a wonderful resource for the community that offers free ultrasounds and other medical services plus education and family support programs. I'm grateful for the work of pregnancy resource centers here and across the country -- a PRC helped me years ago when I was facing an unplanned pregnancy. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you!
Crystal Hoag: I volunteered at the PRC for several years, and am proud to financially support them. They maintain a strong commitment to medical accuracy, professionalism and excellence in service. They are dedicated to serving everyone who walks through their doors, free of judgement. They do not push agendas, but present facts. PRC offers truth, hope, and grace in a judgment free environment.
Kat M: **This is an anti-choice fake clinic** Does not include all options + will push religious agenda pro-birth 'choices' on you/someone you have brought there for options. There are a lot of better pro choice options in the immeadiate area- please visit those to get the support you need and deserve. Planned Parenthood is a couple doors down, you will get honest answers + the support you need there.

Alpha Grand Rapids: what do users think?
Puspa Lungeli: Good people
Stephanie Fongers: They are so kind and welcoming here and offer many options for both men and women, helping to provide diapers/wipes and baby items for those who are less fortunate. They make it very easy to donate items too!
Oswaldo Diaz: 😁❤
Cassie Aalderink: The woman are so great here. I get diapers formula clothes wipes food toy all sorts of stuff for free. They also do hair cuts and classes. It's a amazing place.
Madi Jo: I'm sorry but this place is a joke. They say that they offer ultrasound services and when I called, they told me I don't qualify to get one and to try somewhere else. They weren't even nice about it and considering my circumstances, if I don't qualify then who in the hell does?! and what really bothers me, is after they denied me for the ultrasound numerous times, they continue to try and ask me if I'm going to keep the baby or get rid of it? 😒😒 Overall, they just came off as super judgmental and not helpful at all. Whenever I would try to defend my side and reason with them on why I really needed an ultrasound done, they would give me attitude and just keep telling me that they can't do it. not helpful at all and I wouldn't even bother wasting your time trying to call them if you're seeking ultrasounds...Oh and I completely forgot... It is now December 16th and they didn't even have an open appointment until January 17th . 😂😂 What a nightmare
Michelle Jackson: A safe haven for the hurting and broken!I would describe Alpha as a "stream in the desert." The executive team, the staff, and the volunteers are committed to showing love and grace to everyone who walks through the door. This is more than a job for them. This is a mission. You can sense the love and grace in the air as soon as you walk into the building. If you are a parent of a small child and you need help and resources, Alpha is the place to be. If you are pregnant and you are scared and don't know what to do, Alpha can help you. If you are a man who just found out your going to be a father and you are scared, Alpha has coaches to walk with you.
----: Tried to come during walk-in hours, waited 30 minutes and then told to come back because they were very busy. Understandable. So I set up an appointment, I got there early and still waited over an hour before I just left. On top of that, it was very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Nakkya Love: Love love love this place singles mom group is awesome with carrie and so much help from these ladies is such a blessing
Pamela Stenzel: Great people offering real help in a loving, nonjudgmental way. The support they offer is invaluable and completely free. You get to choose how much you need! Thanks for this incredible service!
Marilee Alm: Have supported Alpha for years through donations and goods. They help so many in a loving atmosphere.
Becky VanDokkenburg: I would have given zero if it was an option. Good, if you are helping babies live, bad if you’re claiming to be “Christian”, and not following Christwgile doing so. You can do better.
savannah ballentine: Truly heaven sent. I completed 2 parenting classes here. The staff is amazing. If i can for sure say one thing about this place is that god is with them.
Crystal Hoag: Alpha Women's Center offers many great services, free of charge. They don't push their agenda, and are very compassionate. You'll experience love and truth when you walk through the doors - regardless of your circumstance.
Abigail Gilliland: The staff is very kind. People here actually care and respect your choice.
Michael Breznau: Alpha Women's Center is a loving and caring group that provides real, tangible assistance to women and children in need. I was amazed by how much they provide at no charge... food, diapers, clothing, medical assistance, counseling, education, resume-building, and much more. The leadership, staff, and volunteers are phenomenal. It's such a blessing to have an organization like this in GR.
andrea wellman: Horrible. Judgemental and unfriendly. They do not provide options or real support.
Kevin Cook: This center provides excellent counseling, and information so that expectant mothers can make informed choices about the life of their unborn child.

Lamaze of West Michigan: what do users think?
Karina Mejeur: Diane’s classes were extremely helpful for me and my partner. She is very passionate about what she does and she really cares about her clients. Her classes are one on one and she takes the time to answer any questions you may have. She helped me tremendously with breastfeeding after my delivery and eased my worries as a first time mom.
Lindsay Blair: I highly recommend Diane! She is a knowledgable professional and helped both my husband and myself to feel empowered throughout the birthing process. Prior to taking Lamaze, I was worried and anxious about childbirth but I went to the hospital with a wealth of coping skills, tools and confidence. Thank you for coaching us to meet our birth goals and safely welcome our daughter into the world! We appreciate you so much and would recommend this course to everyone! A must take!
Mary Lippelt: We're so grateful for Diane! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and competent, she is kind and wise as well. Her guidance made labor and delivery so much easier! Highly recommend.
Brooke Beneke: My partner and I took Diane's Lamaze class September/October of 2020. I was franticly looking for a Lamaze class while I was like 7 months pregnant, because I didn't realize typically women sign up for Lamaze classes way early in their pregnancy. Diane was the 4th Lamaze instructor I talked to and she was the only one absolutely willing to take me in right away! She worked around my boyfriends insane work/training schedule and we got all of my classes done before the birth of my son. Even though I ended up having a C-Section and not a natural birth like I was hoping I still was able to use many of the breathing tricks Diane taught me in class. It was such a wonderful experience. Diane was even more than happy to take my phone calls and help me with things like breastfeeding my son over the phone. because even though it seems self explanatory to breastfeed it is actually quite challenging for a new mom and baby to figure out! I will forever refer her to anyone looking for a Lamaze class!
Jayna Zimmerman: Dianne coached my parents through four deliveries. I was the first at 24 years ago. She now coached my husband and I to prepare for the birth of our first child. I wouldn't have wanted to trust anyone else with this special moment in our lives and her genuine care, respect, and wisdom have made me more confident.
Breanne Bazzarelle: I recently delivered our first baby, and Diane’s class helped so much. I was so scared because I thought I was going to have to be induced, and Diane was available to help guide us. Miraculously, my body decided to go into labor naturally and after only 8 hours, I delivered our little girl pain med-free! I have never been more in awe with what my body can do and we are so overjoyed to have our precious baby here. If you are expecting, I would definitely recommend this class.
Cassandra Cruz: I have just about graduated from Diane's Lamaze class, and feel as though words cannot express how grateful I am that my husband and I signed up. Diane came very highly recommended from a couple who had 7 natural childbirths using her techniques, and Diane was not disappointing. I have deep personal reasons for wanting a medication free childbirth experience, and now feel as though I have confidence and power to do so. My husband is prepared to help me through. She is a wonderful person, very easy to talk to, extremely educated, and has an answer for every question. Thank you so much Diane!
Jessica Gould: Diane's classes are highly informative and in a small setting they allowing you to get all of your questions answered. We are a high risk pregnancy and Diane has helped tremendously to calm us and has shared great tips with us.
Jessy Rollston: My family strongly recommends taking Diane’s birthing class. She segments the information into manageable chunks and does plenty of review. Furthermore, she has been a great support to us after the birth of our child. We were ready give up on breastfeeding; Diane’s reassurance and guidance helped us achieve our breastfeeding goal, and wecwaljed away feeling comforted and more confident as first-time parents.
Alexandria Shepard: Diane’s class was awesome! It felt great to be empowered during the birth of our baby girl! Diane put my mind at ease by educating us on what was actually going to happen to my body and to the baby while in labor! She also gave us the knowledge that we do have choices and a say it was happens during the process. My water broke and I was given petocin and I was still able to have a natural delivery without the use of any drugs because of the knowledge and techniques taught in Diane’s class!
Brad Knoth: My wife Kimberly & I had the pleasure and benefit of getting childbirth instruction during Kim's first pregnancy. The information and coaching on how to handle the pregnancy, birth, ourselves, our communication with each other and hospital staff were priceless. We cannot imagine going through the experience without this information. We actually took the class during each of the subsequent four pregnancies to review and prepare. 5 natural deliveries done as we wished. Knowing what we learned gave us so much peace and confidence, and also created a much richer experience.
Kristi Brooks: I signed up for Diane's Lamaze class 30 years ago when I was expecting my first child and was so happy, returned for a refresher class before having my second. I was thrilled to know she was still teaching when my daughter started looking for a lamaze Class.Diane has such a warm way about her. She was able to answer our questions while making us feel comfortable and well prepared for the birthing process. I highly recommend Diane's classes to anyone searching for natural childbirth classes!
Dinorah Caro Livingston: Looking for an exemplary experience. Look no further than Diane Kutter. I have experienced her class on 6 occasions. Each time it truely prepares you for the excitement of labor and delivery.
Niki Smith: Great personality and a lot of information. Follow up is fantastic. I would strongly recommend Mrs.Kutter. She was really helpful with my daughter in law delivery and breast feeding.
Kris Steensma: Diane is an amazing teacher & coach! I took Lamaze class with her during each of my 4 pregnancies. I used the Lamaze method during each of my deliveries and it was very helpful. In addition to teaching me the techniques I needed to deliver my babies in a natural and peaceful environment she also empowered me to understand and express my wishes throughout the entire journey. I needed to be induced for my first pregnancy due to some concerns over the development of my daughter and Diane walked through every step with me. What she taught me was invaluable and I would recommend every mother learn these tools. It will open the door to a wonderful delivery experience for you and your baby!
