Alison Soderquist: Upfront about pricing, informative, and very kind. Didn’t feel judged or pressured in any way during my STD test, and was allowed to self-swab. I’m not personally religious and understand that this is a technically a religious facility, and in fact I accidentally made an appointment here thinking I was making an appointment at the local planned parenthood— but the staff is very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable and welcome. Would recommend to anyone for comprehensive STD/bacterial testing and information related to STDs. The testing also includes treatments for positive diagnoses and informational summary printouts from the CDC.
Regina Maslakova: I called freaking out pregnant wanting to seek an abortion and this girl named I believe it was Vanessa who helped me calm down and chose to keep my baby, but it turned out to be a false positive either way this girl really took the time out of her day to listen to my concerns. I just really don't know what I would have done if she didn't console me the way she had. I appreciate the PRC so much for this moment interaction you guys have great employees.
Frania Boone: Treated very disrespectfully on the phone and via text. Website states that you are entitled to a "Limited ultrasound" after having a positive pregnancy test to verify pregnancy, hear fetal heartbeat, etc. The lady on the phone just kept saying the same sentence "We only do limited ultrasounds. What you need is an OB". Very disappointed in that woman, and by extension organization.
Holly Rogers: Trash, absolute garbage place to go. They are anti choice and force their religious views on you. Zero stars if I could. They are not a credible facility in my opinion and I would discourage anyone who wanted to go here.

Vanessa Johnson: The PRC is very welcoming and really cares about every patient that walks through their doors. They offer amazing services including low cost STD testing! I highly recommend the PRC.

Laureen Schmidt: I tried to go to PRC today for an ultrasound and was told I would need to make an appointment because spots fill up quickly for ultrasounds. That's fine, I completely understand that. What I didn't like was that I was taken into a room to schedule an ultrasound and was asked what my plan was for the baby. I said I was going to keep it. The woman working then says well we like to reserve those appointments for women who are unsure on what they are going to do....like really?? So because I said I planned on keeping the baby I'm not entitled to a free ultrasounds like your website boasts. Thanks a lot PRC!

Sarah R: I didn't have insurance at the time, but I need a place to go to get tested for BV. The nurse was cheerful, but giggly when she asked if if "you found out you were pregnant today, what would happen?" I understand why she asked that question, but don't act all cute.So the result come back...I don't have BV. Well, I still have the symptoms, and it's getting annoying. I finally went to my regular doctor a few days later. Guess what? I have BV. I got proper treatment and was better a few days later. I ghosted the doctor when she called me back with the third party lab results. She left PHI on my voice mail, which is a huge no-no.Also, the board of directors doesn't have a single doctor, or medical professional on it. I find it ironic that an organization that provides care for pregnant women has one female on its board of directors. The rest are all male CEO/CFOs.
Lindsay Lieffers: What an honourable facility! Providing pregnant women with knowledge, great care, and giving them tools to better care for themselves and their babies. All at no cost to the Mama!

Tabitha Hunter: This clinic will NOT provide abortion services. This is a "Crisis Pregnancy Clinic." These clinics are tax payer funded to delay and provide misleading information to women seeking abortion until they are too late into pregnacy.
Cristine Fuhrman: Highly qualified medical staff. Licensed nurses as well as registered sonographers to provide care and ultrasounds at the same level as physicians office. Board members comprised of doctors and other medical professionals. Caring staff that provides judgement free answers and information.
Jillian Otto: their free ultrasound is the same as what you’d get from an OB-GYN. They offer judgment free care.
Kiera Honderd: The prc is very professional and has well trained staff that are able to give information about all your options. Wether thats adoption, abortion, or raising a child. I was in very good hands, and very well informed.

Molly Klimas: The Pregnancy Resource Center of Grand Rapids wraps their arms around people in a loving and nonjudgmental way -- they are a wonderful resource for the community that offers free ultrasounds and other medical services plus education and family support programs. I'm grateful for the work of pregnancy resource centers here and across the country -- a PRC helped me years ago when I was facing an unplanned pregnancy. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you!

There are a lot of better pro choice options in the immeadiate area- please visit those to get the support you need and deserve. Madi Jo: I'm sorry but this place is a joke. They say that they offer ultrasound services and when I called, they told me I don't qualify to get one and to try somewhere else. They weren't even nice about it and considering my circumstances, if I don't qualify then who in the hell does?! and what really bothers me, is after they denied me for the ultrasound numerous times, they continue to try and ask me if I'm going to keep the baby or get rid of it? 😒😒 Overall, they just came off as super judgmental and not helpful at all. Whenever I would try to defend my side and reason with them on why I really needed an ultrasound done, they would give me attitude and just keep telling me that they can't do it. not helpful at all and I wouldn't even bother wasting your time trying to call them if you're seeking ultrasounds...Oh and I completely forgot... It is now December 16th and they didn't even have an open appointment until January 17th . 😂😂 What a nightmare
Michelle Jackson: A safe haven for the hurting and broken!I would describe Alpha as a "stream in the desert." The executive team, the staff, and the volunteers are committed to showing love and grace to everyone who walks through the door. This is more than a job for them. This is a mission. You can sense the love and grace in the air as soon as you walk into the building. If you are a parent of a small child and you need help and resources, Alpha is the place to be. If you are pregnant and you are scared and don't know what to do, Alpha can help you. If you are a man who just found out your going to be a father and you are scared, Alpha has coaches to walk with you.
----: Tried to come during walk-in hours, waited 30 minutes and then told to come back because they were very busy. Understandable. So I set up an appointment, I got there early and still waited over an hour before I just left. On top of that, it was very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Karina Mejeur: Diane’s classes were extremely helpful for me and my partner. She is very passionate about what she does and she really cares about her clients. Her classes are one on one and she takes the time to answer any questions you may have. She helped me tremendously with breastfeeding after my delivery and eased my worries as a first time mom.
Lindsay Blair: I highly recommend Diane! She is a knowledgable professional and helped both my husband and myself to feel empowered throughout the birthing process. Prior to taking Lamaze, I was worried and anxious about childbirth but I went to the hospital with a wealth of coping skills, tools and confidence. Brooke Beneke: My partner and I took Diane's Lamaze class September/October of 2020. I was franticly looking for a Lamaze class while I was like 7 months pregnant, because I didn't realize typically women sign up for Lamaze classes way early in their pregnancy. Diane was the 4th Lamaze instructor I talked to and she was the only one absolutely willing to take me in right away! She worked around my boyfriends insane work/training schedule and we got all of my classes done before the birth of my son. Even though I ended up having a C-Section and not a natural birth like I was hoping I still was able to use many of the breathing tricks Diane taught me in class. It was such a wonderful experience. Diane was even more than happy to take my phone calls and help me with things like breastfeeding my son over the phone. because even though it seems self explanatory to breastfeed it is actually quite challenging for a new mom and baby to figure out! I will forever refer her to anyone looking for a Lamaze class!

I wouldn't have wanted to trust anyone else with this special moment in our lives and her genuine care, respect, and wisdom have made me more confident.
Breanne Bazzarelle: I recently delivered our first baby, and Diane’s class helped so much. I was so scared because I thought I was going to have to be induced, and Diane was available to help guide us. Miraculously, my body decided to go into labor naturally and after only 8 hours, I delivered our little girl pain med-free! I have never been more in awe with what my body can do and we are so overjoyed to have our precious baby here. If you are expecting, I would definitely recommend this class.

Diane came very highly recommended from a couple who had 7 natural childbirths using her techniques, and Diane was not disappointing. My water broke and I was given petocin and I was still able to have a natural delivery without the use of any drugs because of the knowledge and techniques taught in Diane’s class!
Brad Knoth: My wife Kimberly & I had the pleasure and benefit of getting childbirth instruction during Kim's first pregnancy. The information and coaching on how to handle the pregnancy, birth, ourselves, our communication with each other and hospital staff were priceless. We cannot imagine going through the experience without this information. We actually took the class during each of the subsequent four pregnancies to review and prepare. 5 natural deliveries done as we wished. Knowing what we learned gave us so much peace and confidence, and also created a much richer experience.

Kris Steensma: Diane is an amazing teacher & coach! I took Lamaze class with her during each of my 4 pregnancies. I used the Lamaze method during each of my deliveries and it was very helpful. In addition to teaching me the techniques I needed to deliver my babies in a natural and peaceful environment she also empowered me to understand and express my wishes throughout the entire journey. I needed to be induced for my first pregnancy due to some concerns over the development of my daughter and Diane walked through every step with me. What she taught me was invaluable and I would recommend every mother learn these tools. It will open the door to a wonderful delivery experience for you and your baby!
