Lindsay Hummel: I purchased a home from one of your realtors and after the sale was finalized and we moved in I found that there were a lot of false details on the listing report. I definitely would have negotiated the terms of the sale differently knowing that the property was less than listed, items included in pictures were taken by the sellers, and items listed as included in the association fees were NOT included. Very poor experience with this seller and would NOT recommend buying from Rick Voorhies in the future!

Extremely knowledgeable and full of facts and figures on comparable homes for sale and recent sales. The team of people she has to work with is seemingly unlimited. She set me up with people to come into my house to get rid of all the junk I had collected. Other people to tear out my old carpets and redo the floors and other people to paint the bedrooms. My house was sold the first week. But the buyers couldn't get financing. After a few more showings my house sold in a week and a half. After that her team was on top of all the required paperwork and we had the closing in approximately 5 weeks. I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and her team. They are FANTASTIC. Kyle Sutton: As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and were slow to move through the process. Dan Steffee was always available for a quick response (he touched base for several years before we were ready to start seriously looking). When he was unavailable, he communicated well ahead of time to coordinate someone else from Blu House to cover. Dan was straightforward and upfront about everything, often pointing out issues or considerations of houses that we would have missed. That meant he didn't get a sale for a long time, but in the end, he helped us find the house that was right for us. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future!
