I contacted Mike Ross regarding possibly selling my house. After asking me a series of question to better understand my needs, goals, and condition of my home, he gave me his honest opinion. He said we could list it up for sale now, however, if you do these things (like finish the basement) it will greatly increase the value of my home. He put a lot into perspective for me. Tabatha White: Grand Rapids Realty,Your "company" should be ashamed of yourselves. After wasting our time and money. I see today that the property has been posted for rent online. With not even a call or email to us let us know we were denied and why. If you weren't going to rent to us you could have just let us know. Instead you dragged it out making us think that it was possible. Resulting in us turning down other places that are now rented. I was very up front and honest with Mike about our credit and he was very misleading saying it was not an issue. You both made us jump through multiple hoops just to make us look stupid and feel worthless. We are very hard working honest people. Your company have been very cruel to my family. This is how you treat a 13 year disabled veteran and his family? Not to mention its it's illegal under the Fair housing act not to notify the Applicant of denial and give reason. Not once but twice you broke the law. I pray that no one else falls for your scam.Tabatha White

Ryan Millhouse: Called to ask to view a property. His first question was “Do you have a realtor?” (I did not). Second question was “Are you pre-approved for a loan? (I was not). He was very dismissive and then refused to show me the property.I completely understand not wanting your time wasted, but this man was downright rude. I was not looking actively on the market, but was very interested in this particular house. Very disappointing and unprofessional interaction.
