Alger Bikes: what do users think?
Tyler Gaastra: Excellent service. I received accurate pricing information and job timeline. I'll be back.
Michael O'Callaghan: I bought my mountain bike here in 2017. And in the intervening years, I have found Alger Bikes to be a remarkably well-run business with competent and caring staff. I only have positive things to say, nothing negative. The building does not look fancy, but it is definitely a good place to consider buying a bike. It is a superb place to have your bike serviced.
Carol Clark: Thank you Brian and Nathan for sharing your extensive knowledge and experience with us. My new Cannondale CX2 is perfect for gravel or paved trails and we'll be taking it camping with us. We definitely will be recommending Alger to our biking friends.
Amy S: Mike did a bike fitting with me today on my bike that I've had for over a decade. He was SO helpful and my bike fits so much better! He never made me feel stupid for my questions either. Well worth it.
Dave Duggan: I could not be more pleased with my experience today working with Chris at Algers Bike. Chris is a pro in every aspect. I highly recommend this excellent bike shop.
Toni Drawhorn: My first visit was to get my odd sized tire fixed on an electric bike. Both Mike and Chris were super helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations and really looked out for me. Good job guys!
kyle fuller: First time at Alger Bikes and I was very happy with the service. They repaired my flat tire quickly and cheaply. It looked like they had a great selection of bikes and accessories as well. I will be coming back.
Cindy Anne: Bought a new bike recently. Big thanks to Brian (and Mike and Nathan) for help selecting which bike would fit me best and going out of their way to find it. Alger has won my business with their excellent customer service!
James Clark: Great bike shop! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and each good at what they do. Linda and Brian helped me pick a Scott mountain bike I am really happy with. Nathan and Chris are really great and always give me solid advice on service, gear, and parts. I appreciate they give thorough write ups on the service receipts also. They really seem to care about their customers and cycling community. We appreciate this local bike shop.
Bradley Bosscher: The mechanic department is awesome. The guys work well and communicate thoroughly. The sales department is not so collaborative.
Anderson Bearden: I was recently in an accident and referred to Alger Bikes by Orbea for the repairs. From the first time I called, Nathan treated me like an old friend.*He inquired about the accident and whether I was okay.*I had a friend drop off the bike and Nathan called as soon as he'd received it.*He called me as soon as he he got word about the status of my crash warranty and parts availability.*He called the day that the part arrived from Spain and let me know the total cost and when the bike would be ready.*When I picked up the bike we chatted about kids and movies in the park, places that we'd lived in common and more.Nothing against ProsCloset, but if you get a chance to support Nathan and Alger Bikes, you won't be disappointed!
Ebonie Andrews: The first and last time I was here I was met with by a man that immediately came off as not interested in our business with repairing our bike. The approach was so unprofessional and belittling, he should of said I don’t want your business. It’s very unfortunate that one’s marketing on the website is so welcoming, but in person the human actions and greet is distasteful. I’m sure they have the select group they like to do business with, place that on your website.
Carla: My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. We are seniors who are returning to biking after raising a family. The biking world is a lot different now that when we left it. We were met by Chris, who is a bike mechanic but took on the role of salesperson while we were there. He certainly knows bikes. We were amazed at his vast knowledge and his willingness to answer all our questions. He spent as much time as we needed and made us feel completely at ease. We ended up buying my husband his bike, and two weeks later, I went in and bought myself a bike. Very happy with our new bikes and extremely happy with the attention we received at Alger Bikes. Highly recommend this business.
Zack Segur: Was in the market for a new bike, and had a very low pressure guidance to help me purchase a Cannondale in 2019. In May 2020, frame snapped on the bike(no fault of the shop, just defective). With the supply chain issues, said it would be months until I could get an exact replacement frame. They were very kind to offer a slightly downgraded bicycle, and moved over most of my components from my broken bike to the new bicycle at no cost. Still running well, and have had good service from their staff.
Jeremy Sprague: The last time I was here, I was met with an enthusiastic salesman with great knowledge of bikes and the part that I needed. I was also thrilled to learn that the people at Alger are experts on tandem bikes, which present their own unique challenges. Not everyone gets to have this kind of service and expertise close by. We're lucky in GR to have them!
Johanny Rodriguez: Excellent staff......
Peter Rennie: I went in on a whim that I would be able to find a random steering part as i struck out at many other shops in town and even online. I left after talking with Nathan for about a half hour and not only left with a part to get me in the right direction but a better knowledge of what I was trying to tackle. Incredibly impressed with their little shop. Everyone there was friendly and incredibly helpful.
Alexander Boley: Friendly, down-to-earth mechanics. Quality service and super accommodating to your needs. Thanks!
Tyler Van Werden: Alger Bikes goes the distance- and then some. There are many west MI shops, but Alger delivers a better experience. I’ve always been treated fairly. They are not pushy. They are friendly and care to understand you AND your cycling needs. Big plus, their mechanics and bike knowledge are tops in the area. Stop by and check them out.
Evan Wilson: Been my go-to for years, great work and great folks!
Joe Tett: I didn't see anything under $1000 😞

Grand Rapids Bicycle Company - Fulton: what do users think?
larry jacobs: Pretty friendly vibes All around, managed to talk them into working on my bike after they stopped blocking the doorway and helping customers who stepped in front of me. Thanks guys!!!
Jack Burke: Cool and friendly staff. They fixed my bike after another shop failed. Highly recommend them.
Paul Helm: Grand Rapids Bicycle company is very conveniently located in the middle of my daily fat tire bike ride. As the weather got colder, my rear tubeless would not stay inflated. They got me in for a quick repair, literally took 10 minutes. Perfect job. Staff here are knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with. Highly recommend. and, I picked up a swanky new water bottle!
Zach Richardson: Good prices and better service! Will definitely keep coming back!
Dave Duggan: On the way back from the farmers market today I got a flat tire. I was a few blocks away from Grand Rapids Bicycle Company. I called them and asked if they could fix my flat tire. They said to bring it in and they would take care of it. When I arrived they immediately put my bike on the stand and went to work. Minutes later I was on my way and back on the road again. I am so very pleased with my experience here today at their friendly bike shop.
Ophelia Munroe: I absolutely adore the staff here! They're always extremely helpful and even if they can't directly help are always willing to provide resources. Plus if your inner tube has issues they can find the source of even the tiniest leak!
Felix: Amazing service and bikes! I love coming here because everyone clearly loves biking, and they are so nice! The mechanics are fast and clearly do a good job, the tune up made my bike feel better than new.
Ryan Welsh: Great bike shop with friendly knowledgeable staff with an all are welcome atmosphere.
Denise Bruns: Amazing group of guys very helpful and encouraging. Mitch suggested I go to Cannondale.com I my have found a bike Cannondale.Stolen bike: Quick 1 in Michigan 1,500.00. I lostQuick 1 Disc Women's Deep Teal S Cannondale.Serial#: YB55933.
Scott S. Hamilton: Regular cyclist, I popped in at the beginning of a ride and was immediately greeted with help adjusting my gear shifts. I was able to pick up a bunch of small items I needed and be out the door onto my ride. Great place and very helpful!
Ginger Laubaugh: Took our Biria bike to the shop for repair. Received a call later the same day it was repaired and would be ready for pickup next day. Amazing service! Everyone at the store was very pleasant. Highly recommend this bike shop.
Andrew Ohstrum: Got a tire change, it was quick and affordable and everyone was dope
Steven T: Super prompt. Took the bicycle in lat Saturday afternoon. Picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Prices are very reasonable. Probably the best in GR.
Mark Wong: This place is great. I'm a beginner when it comes to biking and Nate was extremely helpful to help me understand all the tech and what it means to have a fixed gear vs single gear and all that jazz. Even pointed me to equipment I didn't even know existed. If you are serious about getting into biking this is the place to go or even if you just need a tune up
Emily: Friendly, helpful, and great customer service!!
Anthony Germain: I don’t know Mitch from the next guy this is 100% unsolicited. I was leaving for a mtn bike trip and my tire was flat late in the day, he stayed late to fix my tire and keep me on the trail, cannot thank him enough and speaks to him and the company. You won’t find a better group/bike shop. Thank you Mitch!!
Cody Hager: Always a pleasure to visit. Excellent and knowledgeable staff as well!
Craig Morrison: Always helpful, always friendly.
Gregory Newland: When you need Stans for your forgetful brother in law and his sad tubeless setup at 6:01pm, you can count on Mitch and Emily being available to make that situation a whole lot better. At a fantastic price too. Our dream of sealed tires happened! Then our bonus dream of hot lapping the lake that evening was made a success!
Michael McMenamin: The entire team at GRBC went above and beyond to help me prepare for an upcoming bike packing trip. They provided expert advice, exceptional customer service, and outstanding communication throughout the entire process. They even made a special delivery to ensure I had the bike ready for my trip. I highly recommend them.
Jill Laybourn: Really great guy helped me purchase tubes for my bike and gave me some great information about finding the right trail bike! Great customer service!

Spinful Bike: what do users think?
Patrick Zawacki: I recently found Spinful when my regular local shop was too busy to get a quick repair done on my mountain bike. I called over to the shop and they were extremely accommodating to get my repair squeezed in to get me back up and running the next day. In addition, Nate was enjoyable to talk with and took the time to answer my questions with a ton of knowledge as I had a newer bike. The pricing was very fair as well. I will definitely be back for future service and purchases!!
Stacy Bare: I though I found my dream bike--but it was too small for me, an oversized rider left out of most design discussions for mountain bikes! But Nate found me a frame that fits, found components that worked, and got me having back pain free fun on the trail! Thanks for all your time and patience! Stoked to be riding Kona!
Erin Armas: Kind, knowledgeable, efficient service on a variety of bicycles. Will definitely return.
Jess Hinkle: UNFREAKINGBELIEVEABLE!After having Spinful help me with an emergency tubeless road bike tire swap amid across country bike ride I no longer have to add air to my tires everyday. Let me repeat. When other shops have set up my tires. Tubeless. And I mean very reputable shops. I've had to add between 5 and 10 PSI every single day! Nate took some extra time and had a somewhat peculiar method but let me tell you what I can go two or more days without adding any air whatsoever to my tires and they may lose a half a pound. I literally can't believe it. In the road cycling world, for tubeless, this is equivalent to a pot of gold!I can't say enough good things about this shop. Aside from being solid mechanics, it is well stocked and full of very cool bikes. The owner is nice as heck.I recommend this shop to anyone! Including road cyclists.
Andrew Hoekstra: Excellent group of guys- very knowledgeable. Thanks for setting me up with a a great bike!
Henry Christopherson: Great service!
Sean Florian: Excellent service, got the shifting on my Kona fixed the same day!
John Hillary: Nate and Matt at Spinful are very helpful. From putting together a Kona Honzo for me to servicing both of my bikes, they are the local mountain bike experts. No Lycra Larry’s at this shop. Was also pleased to find out they stocked shoes specific for mountain biking. I bought a pair of Crankbrothers shoes and it was nice to be able to try them on before purchasing. Thanks guys, see you for the next bike soon
Bill Hill: Great experience!!! Nate helped find the right bike for what I needed. He also recommended some very reasonably priced upgrades that have really helped me enjoy the bike more.
Logan schultz: Spinful helped me out with the exact suspension parts I needed before our big trip. Awesome staff, good selection of new bikes, and they had my parts on hand. Truly appreciate you guys!
Jason Dew: Positive:Professionalism,QualityAwesome bikes. Awesome prices. Awesome service.
Zack Ruppert: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueTook my bike in to replace the entire drive chain and handlebar. They were super responsive and accurate with the quote and the result was great.
alan mrozinski: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI had an excellent experience. Nate took good care of me and went the extra mile when fitting the bike. I would highly recommend Spinful Bike shop!
Peter Freswick: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueNate is amazing! Honest, gets to know you then gives a number of options. Highly recommend.
Anna Stowie: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Steven Wolski: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMy go to mountain bike shop in GR. Super fast service!
Jason Reckner: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessCould not have been a better experience. They were extremely accommodating to my needs, very informative about the bike and made sure that I felt comfortable to call, message or stop by with any questions. I have always been happy with my service there but this has made me a lifetime customer
josh stowie: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueSuper quick service. They got me in the day I asked and had my bike back to me the next day.
Daniel Dengerink-VanTil: This place is dedicated to their customers. Awesome experience keeps me going back.
Jennifer Zevalking: Excellent service and great prices. They were able to get my bike taken care of super quickly. Will definitely be back!
Ted Oosta: Nate once again was helpful and professional. Went in to look at carbon handlebars because of an injured shoulder and he directs me to looking at making adjusts to my shock to take some pressure off my shoulder. Long story short the refresh/adjustments to my shock worked wonderfully. Took the bike out to Luton today for a test run and it was a positive improvement.Plus, the cost was half of the price of a carbon handlebar.

Boston Square Community Bikes: what do users think?
Jen Atkins (tenacious828): I forgot to take a photo, but when I just went there today, they were closed and the sign on the side door said that as of April 14, 2023, they are closed until further notice. Was required to give a rating to post this… didn’t want to give them a bad rating, so I gave them 5 stars.
Cassandra Demlow: Very helpful guys!! Help you fix the bike instead of just doing it for you. It was great to learn from them. Highly recommend!
Brandon Martinez: I went to check them out and staff went out of their way to answer questions and give me the rundown. What a cool place with a great mission. Affordable bikes and parts and great access to the tools and knowledge to use them!
Karis Bird: Super helpful volunteers, welcoming environment, and affordable bike parts. I’ve never fixed anything on a bike but I felt really comfortable and I was so glad I could learn a few things and have someone there to make recommendations and provide help. I bought a used tube for 3 bucks and a rack for 5 bucks!
Andrew Schafer: Great people. Bike repairs. Bike parts for DIY folks like me is an invaluable resource.
Brickstreet Sprite: I came in to buy a used bike which would have been a guaranteed sale because I wasn't planning on leaving without one. I really needed a bike and they told me they only sell bikes on Fridays and Saturdays. So what I got from that is your open for business but just won't sell me a bike on a Wednesday even though your open. Thats a terrible business policy. They literally turned down an automatic sale. If your open for business than u should always be willing to sell your product. I've also bought 2 bikes from there before so I literally spend 80- 100 dollars everytime I come in. The main reason. Friday and Saturday are a problem for me is because I can't make it in either of those days because I work all day both days. So I guess u have to have weekends free to be able to purchase a bike from them.. im just disappointed. Thats all.
Ned Westveer: The guys there were friendly and very helpful. I have an old (vintage) Raleigh bike with a drum brake that needed work. I didn't know what to do and others I know who work on bikes never sawnone like that before. It didn't faze them a bit. When I rode up, one of them walked over and said he used to own a bike like that. They gave me a lot of help and advice. They also have assorted parts and pieces needed to repair most bikes.
Grace Prom: Very good experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time visiting and I plan on continuing to come here.
Cargo Nomads: Place is awesome and staff is very helpful!!
Vincent Nienhuis: I have only had 1 visit here and it will be my last. I went there to buy a cost effective set of rims . Initially the customer service was reasonable from what i could see. I watched how 1 customer complaint was handled while I was assisted with rims. Not impressed, rude would be an understatement. The person assisting me however, was very helpful to find good rims. I put the front rim on first and realized it would not work with current brakes. And one needed to be adjusted. I looked for the time your shop would open next, which would not be until Friday. I decided to just sell them after I had a friend true the wheels. I knew 100 was to high but proceeded to post it on Facebook market place. With the intent of lowering the price after i posted it. But the same person that was rude at the shop with a customer sent me an immediate reply and it was not nice. When I tried to message him 3 times he would not answer, so i took the post down. I still have the rims and will seek out other means to fix my bike to work with those rims or sell them. And yes i understand you have a return policy, however I do not feel i would be treated fair or kind. So I will NOT be returning. Please find a plan of correction in customer service !!
Jing Yuan: Great!
Zero Enna: Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Helped me pick out a new bike to replace my old one that was beyond repair.
David Peterson: The staff was great. super helpful and really informative.
Sel: Walked up and there were several "employees" taking bikes out and no one bothered to say anything.. we left.. lame
Jordan Newman: Stopped in for the first time to ask advice about a problem on my bike. They had the special tools to help and they showed me what to do. The people there were so busy just being helpful to every person that walked up, called, and stopped by. What a good thing for our neighborhood. Thanks!
Jenny Berry: The guys here are absolutely amazing! They were so helpful. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. It's a great place to learn how to work on bikes. They have all the tools you could need and the knowledge to go along with them. I wish more people were this helpful
Kevin Scheid: Good people and program. Stop by and say hello. They can help with your bicycle needs
Ben Dekker: Great place to fix your own bike with lots of tools to use and guidance for free! Very affordable used parts available when needed. Also they have reasonably priced bikes for sale.
Megumu Jansen: Very helpful with getting my bike repaired.
Charles Ritchie: Quality rebuilds. Friendly and helpful.
Velo Saint: If they're open it's a great place to find a used bike at a great price. Plus you can do work on your own bike. But call ahead

Freewheeler Bike Shop: what do users think?
Dan Uccello: Best bike shop in GR! Super helpful and patient with someone that doesn’t know much about bikes like myself. Also super helpful & patient helping my kids find their perfect bike! #Supportlocal
Claire Michkovits: Can't say enough good things about this shop, honestly. Coming in as a newbie to cycling and having purchased three different bikes from them. They have always made time for my questions and TLC on my bikes. Appreciate their understanding in time of need AKA race weekend and willingness to find me the best possible products that are within my budget. Very honest, down to earth, and reputable guys!
Brandon Hood: This is the bike shop you go to when you need the job done right. They will tell you like it is. Great selection of ebikes
larry jacobs: These guys delivered again. Went above and beyond…while it was busy too. Very pleased and impressed. Top notch staff.
Erica Armijo: Luv it
Roy Smith: Very helpful an friendly
Mark Edwards: The Staff at Freewheeling bike shop was second to none with information, knowledge, inventory, recommendations and overall follow up as well as set up of my new purchase of an Aventon E bike.
Andrew Hoekstra: Very friendly staff and a good assortment of accessories. They had just what I was looking for- thanks!
Travis Kamps: Very knowledgeable staff
Aa Bb: I bought a $1,200 bicycle from this shop and not a single employee at the shop told me "Thank you".
J W: Helpful staff. Great inventory.
Martin Camp: I have an old-but-still-good bike, but it needed a couple of parts to make it fit me better. I could not get them at my local bike shops, where selling new bikes is obviously their priority - not service. Freewheeler was awesome. The Mechanics were very attentive and helpful, and took the time to ensure proper fit of the new parts. They found the things I needed, and advised me on how to properly install them. The best 25 bucks I've spent in a long time. Very impressive.
Tony Norkus: Best bike shop I have found in Grand Rapids area. Repairs and service are excellent and often at less cost than other shops. Estimates for service are accurate and work is done in a timely manner. Friendly workers and great customer service.
Michelle Zeboor: Friendly with excellent service!
Laurie Seaver: Stopped in with a mechanical question. Mechanic patiently answered my questions and gave me the info and supplies to do the repair myself. Super helpful and customer oriented with all interactions I witnessed in the shop.
A. Dwelle-Olson: Brought my bike in for a full tune-up since it was the only place in town that seemed to have less than a month wait list. Had a weird experience dropping off my bike where the employee I dropped it off with just seemed to space out multiple times with me mid-conversation. It wasn't until I finally said, "What do you need from me?" That he took my name and phone number and explained that they don't do receipts... Ok, I guess. Hope I get my bike back in a couple weeks?Service was done and completed on the day they told me it would be - great. Went in to pick it up, gave the guy my name, he went in the back and just disappeared. Same employee came back out about 5 minutes later and asked, "Hi, is anyone helping you?" Um... I thought you were?!?? Gave him my name again, waited another few minutes, got my bike. I had asked for new pedals to be put on the bike which they did for me quickly. Didn't realize until after I got home that they kept the pedals they took off... I guess it's not a big deal.Take my bike out riding and I honestly don't know what service they actually did other than clean the mechanics. My brakes are now bad and "sticking" (which were fully replaced a year ago and non-problematic before I brought the bike in), the chain is as loose as it was prior to bringing it in (when I specifically asked for it to be tightened). I dunno, if I'm paying $100 for service, I expect a much better ride than I'm currently getting from my bike.
Wayne Meyer: Great service, and expert bicycle repair.
Nick Goulet: Knowledgeable. Friendly. Honest. Patient. Also a much better value than any bike shop I've been to in GR.
John Nawrocki: Great Service & mechanics, money spent well
Shelby Denhof: I bought a used bike here and have brought it in for repairs ever since. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's comfortable to shop here, even as a newbie like myself who doesn't know much about bikes. I will continue to bring my bike here for any work it needs.
Brenda H: Always very helpful. Great location too.

Gap30 Cycles: what do users think?
Tim Ward: Very nice people I ordered a part for my bike and is hasn't shipped out and I contacted them and they are sending me out a new one
Toby Albion: The Gold Standard for online bike shops.I have purchased from Gap30Cycles several times, including ordering the wrong part and having to replace another with them. Each time they dealt with the order with perfect attention to what was needed, so I feel confident buying from them as a result. Also, they have a wide selection (including esoteric parts for old "Ten-Speed" machines). When something goes this well, why would anyone go anywhere else?
Brian Saylor: Wasn't expecting delivery of my ST-EF500-L4AShifter till the 20-23 rd , just remembered I didn't check my order or my mail on ox yesterday and there it was , AWESOME! Well done and really needed it, you can definitely expect more business and recommendations from me
Cecil Robbins: Gap 30 is NOT A STORE!!!!!! IT'S A SHIPPING WAREHOUSE! BUMMER 👎
first last: Horrible customer service. Actually are deceitful. Don’t expect any genuine help from them. Cheaper is usually not better.
Josh McBryde: Great place for online bike parts!
Adam Johnson: Best prices that I could find online. My tires took a while to ship but arrived 4 days early so no complaint there. I think it was 3 day free shipping out to Cali. Great job boys ill be ordering again in the future.
Mario Haro: Their prices are great, however my experience was bad with this company. 1 of 2 items was wrong and it's usually not a big deal, but communication is what set them apart for the worse. I tried calling and emailing, but the only response I got was a request for pictures of the box and the item. I did as instructed, but haven't heard from them. I'm going on 3 days since delivery and I have no clue what they plan to do to fix it. I give up and am simply returning it via USPS. I'll eat the shipping charges and avoid them.If I had gotten an email response saying they were going to fix the problem and make it right, some form of assurance, it would have alleviated my concerns for days. Instead I'm left in the dark.Good luck with them!
Jon Linden: Bought some brake pads from them online. Shipping was very quick and product is accurate to description. Also was cheaper than anyone else online. Thanks again.
John Matthews: If you order something it will take them at least a week to ship it and at least another week to get to you. They show no remorse for their slow ship times.
BATMAN BATMAN: FAST DELIVERY,AND VERY HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCT AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE,JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR THANKS. LOVE MY RITCHEY HANDLEBARS.
Bravvo. Company: They shipped My item
Eugene Griffith: Product as described! Prompt service. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Josh & Ralf!
Gabriel Diaz: Initially had an issue but was quickly reached out too and the problem was resolved. I appreciate their help and look forward to doing business with them again!
Jack the Aviator: Inflated prices, incompetent staff. A really awful excuse for a bike shop
Bruce Gooch: Beware Scammers!Only one star because I can not give Zero.I ordered from them through Amazon and was sent the wrong product.Amazon told them to send me a return receipt. Gap30 ignored Amazon. I complained at least a dozen times, each time Gap30 would say, "the return receipt is in the mail." Until one day they said, "It has been more than 90 days since your purchase, return denied."Read at the response from the owner below. They wrote it over a year ago. They have never contacted me. I am now more certain than ever that they are scammers.
Charles Lemon: The owner,Ralph called and took care of my concerns.Thank you
Ricky Longstreet: Good bike costs alot of money
icarumba123: Awful company if you order something on Amazon from them. Apparently they order the part you order, then receive it, then ship it to you, which could take days on end. They need to give up their Amazon business platform and concentrate on local if their service is so bad.
Sam C: I Did not receive my order online and had to purchase another one from a different shop.
Mike Bernhard: Took my road bike in for a drivetrain overhaul. Staff was super informative and did a great job. Bike rides better than when it was brand new. The entire experience was great and they kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend
