Casey Cannady: We stopped by this afternoon to look at a few diesel Class-A and Super-C units as we're trying to figure our next rig as we're full-time'ers. Their facility is a good size and has a good selection of new and used RVs to tour. A sales associate checked on us once we came up to their front lot. All-in-all a nice RV dealership visit.

Laura Lawson: Back in February, we went to an RV show at Rosemont, Illinois. And fell in love with the Tiffin products. We started looking on the internet for a used Tiffin Phaeton 40IH. We found one at Midway RV Center. We started communicating with Ryan Kramer. He was great!! Answered all of our questions he even went on the roof so we could see the condition of the roof. 36 emails later we put a deposit on the unit. Three weeks later we were able to head over to Grand Rapids from Huntley, IL. Once we got there, Brian took over and showed us every single thing we needed to know on how to use the unit. He was very thorough. Then came time for paperwork. It took about 20 minutes for us and then we had to move all our stuff over. We wanted to keep our mattress. So Isaac helped my husband with that. Sounds simple, not at all. The mattress is an air mattress and needed to be unassembled and re-assembled in the new unit. It took them about an hour to complete and Isaac was happy to help in every way. We can't say enough great things about the people that work at Midway RV Center. If we had to do it again we would take the 4 hour drive there and back. That's how nice everyone there is. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Life Journey: Look no further. This is the place to be. As a full time RV'r for 3+ years, I've had my fair share of dealing with mediocre to worthless dealerships. The reviews speaks for itself. From the moment I met Kyle, the entire process was crystal clear and spot on. Got a contract for a new 2022 Newmar London Aire in Sept of 2021. When Newmar unexpectedly hiked prices and passed it on to dealerships mid contract, Midway stood firm and honored their commitment. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this industry. Ordered factory delivery and was given an unexpected credit for dealership PDI. I've dealt with the most popular and well known large dealerships in Colorado, Texas, and Indiana. Tom Fricke: The experience with Midway RV Center has been a pleasure every step of the way, from an initial spur-of-the-moment visit by my wife and me, to conversation at that visit with Ryan Kramer, through the decision process leading to our Pleasure-Way Tofino purchase, and the final pick-up and walk though with the technician who I know as Dave, Senior, since I neglected to get his last name! My wife and I are completely satisfied with the whole process.Ryan was especially knowledgable about the Tofino, having driven and camped in it himself. Our sharing about the same height at 6'3" he was able to immediately address any concerns there, while answering any other questions from his own experience. Later contacts (by phone, email, and text -- since we live over a 100 miles from Grand Rapids), were always pleasurable, too, with immediate responses to any questions. Ryan was low-key (no pressure), yet attentive; once we made the decision to buy, he continued in that vein and very efficiently moved us through the steps for purchase, including setting a price for a trade-in vehicle in record time. Our purchase was made with great confidence that Ryan had our interests well taken care of.Scheduling pick-up was easily done. And the walk-through with Dave was a wonderful overview to the Tofino's features in which I learned much in Dave's conversational and easy style; no question of mine was left unanswered; demonstrations of how to work the Tofino's features were easy to follow and precisely what was needed. Vincent Norton: From the moment we called to the moment we took delivery, Midway exceeded our expectations. One may expect a pushy sales person in this transaction but instead we encountered the most polite; most professional representative that you could imagine. He even had the Coach (which was spotless) pulled inside so we could tour in the warmth of the service department. Although we knew inventory was tight, there was no pressure to buy.The rig was pristine and a great reflection of the Midway experience even though it was 4 years old.At times we wondered why we were getting the royal treatment on a used Class C when we were surrounded by gleaming, new Class A's. But when we reflect back, it's the pride and care that this dealership embodies that makes all the difference.On delivery day, they continued to exceed our expectations with stellar assistance learning all about the Coach, and our tow vehicle was fitted with the necessary components to get us on the road safely.Our service consultant continued the caring approach by taking his time to explain all the details from top to bottom. Even when he was on vacation and didn’t have to respond to my email he made a point to reply back and then get me setup with a temporary contact at Midway to handle the communication until his return. By far the easiest RV purchase of our lives. No haggling, just up front honest people. They even helped me swap the mattress from my trade in unit into the new unit. I can honestly say if they have the RV or can get the RV I want the next time I’m ready to upgrade I will be knocking on their doors! Got a call today around 12pm 4/7/23. To setup an appointment to give it a look sence I live in Chicago. So they sell it to the first person in the door to put a deposit, I wasn't given that opportunity during the call other wise would have. Totally terrible customer service, just in it for the commissionjust expect them to lie and be disappointed

Suzanne Davis: Dropped off our 5th wheel for a suspension recall fix. It took them over a week to look at the camper, even though it had been scheduled for drop off a month prior and they had the repair parts in stock. After a week they said they couldn't do the work right then because it has to be weighed and they couldn't do it onsite. After another week they were able to complete the recall work. They tried to get us to pay for a service we did not need, which was confirmed by an inspection at another dealer who was purchasing our camper. Because of the delay, we lost $1500 in our original offer sale price. We were very unhappy with the service in general but to try to get us to pay $1000 for work that did not need to be done is the worst kind of treatment from a service department.

Lance Benedict: I purchased a 2018 Jay Flight in February during the RV show. The Sales person and sales process was great! Picking up the camper a few weeks later was a rather lengthy process. We used the camper all summer then scheduled winterization and some warranty work. I called to check on the camper 2 weeks after dropping off the camper on our scheduled drop off date and to my surprise, they hadn’t looked at the camper. In fact, they were not sure if the camper was there. The next day we received confirmation and 2 weeks later we were able to get our camper back. Long and short of it, sales was great to work with, the camper is everything we wanted and more, service needs some organization.

Russell Boerigter: Got our trailer serviced and they didn't look at all that we wanted and have extended useless warranties , for $120 they should have checked it all out. The front electric jack wouldn't work with the hand crank so they said they would look at it when we got there to pick it up. When I got there he put the hand crank on it and snapped the pin in there in front of us and told us there is nothing he can do and we would just have to get another one and walked away. Another part that they said falls into the Warranty seems to have found a loop hole so it was not covored. The trailer we bought from them brand new was just 5 years old but the extened warranty doesn't cover anything.

He got everything straighten out and got us one hell of a deal then took the time and explained all the extras like gap insurance also extended warranty. Also the guy that got rv ready were great i had asked them to do a couple of extra things for me and they were very helpful and did all the work in a proffessional maner . ( im real anal about things like that) . Then Jeremy did something special for my wife and i after everything was done and we were dead tierd he purchased a night at a beautiful rv resort. No thats what im talking about good old fashion down to earth good guy! We give terrytown rv 5 stars thanks again

We got a great deal, and the whole experience from purchase to picking up our awesome new Cirrus 620 truck camper was amazing. Darren, Mitch, Matt, Justin, and really the entire team at Veurink's was amazing! A few comments below seem unhappy with the service following the sale, and I have to say that hasn't been our experience AT ALL! Had a question about a controller part I couldn't find, and Eddie was going to send it to me immediately when I found it in a drawer. (LoL! my bad!) Got a call today from Chastity who asked when we'd like to come down to get a small replacement part installed, and we hadn't even asked for one! They noticed a minor trim issue before we even picked up, and just ordered it and let us know they could put it on anytime! Wow. You don't find service and sales like this ANYWHERE these days! Everyone there is happy, which tells me they are treated well by the company which is important to us! It was just an all-around fun, enjoyable experience! Thanks to everyone at Veurink's! Kevin Onan: There good bunch of guys but we bought a new toy hauler pay they made us pay $2100 to go through it and check everything to make sure it was working properly. They failed badly the miss a duct cover and the heat vent in the bathroom the pipe the hooks to it was ripped. They said the well fix it but now I have to get out of work to haul it down there. So it costing me time and money not happy about it at all.
Karen Miller: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I wish there was a "0" star option. I am not one to leave reviews, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership at delivery and still now. Ryan (the salesperson) was very easy to deal with from the start so we bought the Heartland Cyclone from Terrytown in August (spent $125k) and paid to have the camper delivered to NY. Upon arrival, it took over 3 hours to get it to level. We had to call several people to trouble shoot the problem to find out wires were installed backwards so there was no way it was tested and they charged us extra money to make sure the camper was inspected and in working condition. The list goes on from there: toilet pedal stuck and overflowed the back of the RV with toilet water, washer flooded the kitchen, brackets for the kind bed slide are installed backwards so the slide wont go in all the way, screen doors missing latches, some lights do not work along with many many more things wrong. We were also missing 2 TVS. We contacted the dealer and they offered for us to have it repaired and they would arrange transport or (since there were so many major issues) we could swap it out for a similar model but we would have to pay to have it transported ($3,000). In addition, the only similar model they could offer us was $2,500 more so we would have to pay that as well. This has been a nightmare, we have hired a lawyer to just get them to take it back and give us our money back but they will not allow that as an option. We also missed out on camping the rest of the summer because we could not use it the way it is. This is still not resolved, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was a very big investment for us and we definitely did not get what we paid for!!!
Tomas Akey: This place is a absolute joke. I have videos of techs getting drunk and working on coaches. Very dirty with trash everywhere and they screw people over left and right. My parents bought a brand new camper and it didn't even last 6 months and was leaking everywhere. The slider leaked the awning leaked the septic tanks leaked and they they fired me when I reported harassment.

Chris: This is service related! We drove over 2 hours to purchase a particular RV that I found online and our salesman Evan was great! BUT, we have had to bring our Jayco Greyhawk in for warranty repairs and other service issues many, many times! And I'm over it!!! I don't recommend their service department, we feel that we have gotten the run around and we have to take time off from work to drive the 2 hrs there and then take time off work when its ready for pick-up!! We've waited over 4 months for parts to repair the Equalizer Stabilizer jack system and I got no where when speaking or emailing the service dept. then today my husband calls and guess what the parts are in and I wasn't notified and NOW have to WAIT 18 more days to get it in for the repair!!!!!!! when I've already mentioned to service that we have begun our spring camping and have our big 2 week trip starting May 27th!! URGHH, FRUSTRATED!!!!

Patrick Kinane: August 29, 2022I am impressed with the Airstream Interstate 24X, the Airstream customer support in Ohio, and the people at Woodland Airstream in Grand Rapids MI.The initial experience of any organization always leaves some impression. But it is the experience immediately after a complex purchase like an RV, that is very important. Without doubt, more questions and issues will need addressing after taking the RV home. That is when you see the true character of the people and organization. The following will give you a sense of what I am talking about:At home with new the RV, there were several issues for us: the router died and needed to be replaced, the LP exterior hose for grilling was missing, and the pairing of the new Airstream Connect router to the RV was problematic.First, although the router was working at Woodland Airstream, it failed shortly after bringing the RV home, I was willing to take the RV back to Grand Rapids (3hrs away) but Joyce in service thought they do better by diagnosing over the phone instead. She hooked us up with Zak to help trouble shoot the problem. With Zak’s help, we learned the router was bad. It was late in the day and Zak told me he would have Erich, the Service Manager, call me the next day between 9 and 10 am. He did exactly that! He arranged for a new router, express shipping, which is exactly what happened.Joyce saved me six hours round trip minimum. Zak diagnosed the problem correctly. Erich’s focus was to get us up and running quickly with a new router. The Woodland dealership team was good at solving problem quickly and had a sense of urgency, an exception for some organizations today.Second, while watching the most excellent video training guide narrated by Airstream’s Jim Parrot, we learned we were missing an LP hose that should have come with the Airstream Interstate 24X. In contacting Woodland, I hooked up with Ethan in Warranty, he wasn’t familiar with the hose but said he would look into it. Which is what he did! He sent the missing part and I received it in a few days.Third, we couldn’t get the new router to recognize our VIN number using the Airstream Connect app. The Airstream Connect literature suggested we call Airstream customer support if we experience problems. Which is what we did and talked to Blaine at Airstream in Ohio. Blaine spent hours on the phone with us, walking through the process. It took two days, but Blaine was persistent, he got IT involve once we learned it was a software issue. We got connected!I said earlier, the initial experience leaves an impression, and it did. Our experience at Woodland Airstream was exceptional. They answer the phone, they say what they will do and do what they say. The inventory as shown on their website was true. The dealership was clean, organized, professional and just plain friendly. We knew what we wanted and put a down payment on the 24X before leaving. The day we picked up our Airstream, Olivia at Woodland Airstream rolled out the red carpet for us, literally (see pic).Woodland Airstream is an exceptional dealership backed by competent people at headquarters, and the Airstream Interstate 24X is an exceptional RV!

(Todd): What can you say It's an RV trailer place and they have a parts department and I own a trailer so you know there's always something that needs attention at least it was only a bulb. I've been going there for a long time even before it was just known as an airstream place when I was 16 which was 44 years ago I used to work next door at the boat place(northview sport and Marine) which is long gone. So you know this place has been around for a very long time that says something about a company. They sell just airstreams now which I like, but I would never buy one because I'm not that fond of the inside It's too hard and cold as far as I'm concerned, but other people love them They have a cult-like following which is good for airstream.
Mike D: We had a good experience with Donny @ the Lebanon location. One thing about Indiana that really isn't talked about is the excise tax to register the RV. It's pretty hefty! So you future buyers, make sure you do your HW and check with the BMV. This isn't on Woodland, but they also didn't seem to know about it. I also found it strange that while they do send the BMV all the paper work they do not issue temp tags.

River Run: I put down a $3k down payment with a plan to close by end of May, made very clear I could not pay over $50,000 down. No loans available due to current income despite excellent credit scores. So I expected at least $2k refund since $1k was minimum. I had surgery and was recovering 2 weeks, waiting on return down payment. June 1 they wanted $54k down payment by Tuesday 6/7/22 or they would keep all $3k. It was a scam they played knowing I could not go above $50k+, So they could dishonestly kept my $3k. Clear communication with buisness was difficult.

Either the info was delivered or delivered with no follow up. Folks, I get it, you are busy, so am I and everyone else in the world but shouldn't be too hard to follow up with a customer. And to think I was actually considering driving 8hrs one way to deal with these folks. Nothing to see here!
