This is honestly the best “pure sauna experience“ I have had in a very long time (and Ive literally been everywhere) - fast, comfortable, super quiet, awesome price, Low emf saunas with bluetooth, and most importantly... I felt just incredible afterwards! Inflammation toasted. Also I only booked a 30 minute session, yet ended up arriving early to the studio... so the owner just let me go for a whole 50 minutes! No extra charge. Just Outstanding. Really cant say enough great things about the service & this place. Im home visiting from Thailand for a few weeks and I will definitely coming back several more times before the end of this trip :)

Roslyn Chauvin: Wanderlux Spa is like walking into a hug. The infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing. I followed up with a facial by Jenna which was so relaxing and great quality. She explained everything and put me right at ease. This was one of the best facials I’ve had. I love this cozy place.

Logan Sibel: LOVE LOVE LOVE wanderlux!! We had a party of 7 for a bachelorette weekend and the spa accommodated us and even shut down for the later hours of their day to take amazing care of us. Along with our facials we were given choices of other unique services to experiment with as a bonus like the infrared sauna. The girls were all versatile and knowledgeable and made sure to listen to our personal skin concerns in order to give us just what we needed during our treatments, as well as recommending us great products afterward. Reva gave one hell of a facial, it was truly an out of body experience 11/10. Basically felt like I had the best O of my life..so good I needed a cigarette after. This place is the cat’s meow!!!

Ariel DuVal-Zinn: Services are great, but often leave more stressed than I arrived due to their POS system and accounts. Last time I called, they had to correct my phone number and my mom's last name. Once I'm done with the package I have, I probably won't return.

Jackie Smith: I was excited for my massage at Woodhouse after reading the reviews. However, my experience wasn’t as enjoyable as I would have hoped. The actual spa is beautiful, but I wasn’t happy with the attitude of the front desk woman or the work from my massage therapist. I told my masseuse to focus on my upper back and neck area as that is where I hold stress. My massage was in the evening so I went home and not long after went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night with a very sore upper back and a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. It took about 5 days for that to remedy itself. Just a bummer that I went in for a massage to relax and it actually caused me discomfort. I’ve had massages before and this has never happened so it leads me to believe it was the masseuse’s work.
Paddy Van Ek: My husband bought me a 2 hr couples massage for Christmas. Let me tell you, it was amazing!!! The time flew by and the talented staff were very attentive & made the experience enjoyable for the 2 of us. This says a lot since my husband has only had 1 other massage (13 yr ago) and didn't really want another one. The entire experience was very relaxing & would recommend to others!!

Many times once there is a completed transaction, service changes. Each time I go back to the store, the staff always greets me by name and ask how everything is going. I continue to have questions - and every time they always have an answer or they get me the information I need. They continue to provide advice and ongoing education to help me keep my fitness spa optimal. Service in today's society is a vanishing value, I really appreciate this aspect. I still think of my fitness spa as fun preventive medicine!Thank you very much - see you soon!Many people purchase a fitness spa for enjoyment - and a fitness spa is fun, but I don't think people think about it as a long term investment for health and well being. Aquatic therapy supports mobility and cardiac aspects. Anyone that works a desk job or a physically strenuous job, hydro therapy is one way of helping to manage pain/physical challenges.The staff at Master spas has been so very helpful, from inquiry, selection, ordering, delivery, installing, and education/set up.I do have to say - Harry, is AWESOME, he is the go to man, every time I have a question, he has the answer - and I always have many questions.Daryla

Despite the late hour, he patiently showed us the spas. We decided to purchase one. Again he was patient with all of the paperwork, and all of the questions we had. He also gave us many accessories for free. Could not be happier with our master spa. Fast forward 5 years. We had a seal leaking from one of the pumps. My wife went to the store, and they sold her a $10 pair of seals, and showed her how to replace them. She was able to repair our spa, and avoid a service call. Good quality spa. I still paid the full service although I asked her to stop the "massage" after 5 min. She charged for a 60 min massage. I paid full amount. But this review cost her the $2000 pesos I paid. The wors service I had ever received at a SPA. Avoid at all cost.

Audra Passinault: I called the spa to ensure ahead of time that a specific facial I wanted was OK to get while pregnant. After being told yes, I arrived for my appointment only to find out (once I was laying down in the facial room) that it was not. They offered a different facial type, which felt nice, but I would not have booked any facial had I known my preferred type was not available to me.The bed was also lie-flat with no accommodations made for pregnancy, which was disappointing.I emailed the spa after my experience, but did not receive a response. When receiving a more "luxury" service, I expected better customer service.

We loved using the infrared light room and our couples massage was so fun to do together. We were welcomed with a snack and mimosas when we arrived. Rachael Snyder: I had really high hopes but I was disappointed with my experience here. My massage appointment was rescheduled as I was walking out the door to go. This made it so I wasn’t able to enjoy all of the amenities because my new appointment was too close to my work start time. My massage therapist was unsure of what massage I was getting. The massage itself felt inexperienced. We will give it another try but I was not impressed.

Morgan Doherty: I have used both the full body cryotherapy machine as well as Cryoskin localized fat loss tool. The full body cryotherapy is amazing. It obviously is cold, but it is great to be cold for 3 minutes rather than sit in an ice bath for 20. I felt really rejuvenated after, and slept really well that night. I also felt like it took away from the soreness I expected to have from my workout that day. I had worried about how cold my fingers and toes would get, but with the wool mittens and socks/slippers, it was fine! Three minutes also passed by quickly since the technician was in the room chatting with me. For Cryoskin, it was a totally different experience. I was a little hesitant about the end result, not believing if it would happen or not. After my first session, my waist measured smaller than before it. This also is cold, but not as full as the full body cryo. It is similar to an ultrasound machine, using jelly and being slight pressure. However, it switches between cold and warm when going over your skin. I think this is a great way to localize fat loss, as even working out cannot target specific regions of your body for fat loss.Overall, I would definitely say it is worth trying out! There are so many more options to take advantage of besides the two I have experienced too! If you think you want to avoid the cold during winter, they have an infrared sauna you can warm up in! There is no excuse to not try it.
Ray Olszewski: I am a 51 year old man who does not have a six pack of abs so I went in yesterday to Xtreme Cryo to have stomach slimming done with the CryoSkin 3.0 machine. First I was really impressed with Sam who not only did the session but also was extremely knowledgeable about how the CryoSkin machine works and how my body was reacting to the hot and cold during the process. Second we did measurements before the slimming and I can’t tell you how surprised I was to find out that I lost 1 3/4 inches when she was done! It was painless, relaxing and I feel good. I can’t wait for my next session!!
