After describing our design ideas to a few jewelers around Grand Rapids, we were pointed to Metal Art Studio. "They work with more organic concepts" we were told.Carol and Scott have been amazing through the creation of our rings. In our initial meeting, we told them our budget and they laid out the process and told us what it would cost to fully develop our rings from scratch. We decided on a pebble concept after seeing a ring that Scott, who is the main jeweler and owner, had created for retail sale. After getting our initial design drawings, he cleaned them up and drew options to scale for our review.We chose an option, suggested minor revisions and then finalized the design. We were even able to select which diamonds we wanted through their supplier's online diamond portal. After we made down payments, Carol and Amy, who handle the customer service side of Metal Art, gave us a timeline of 6 to 8 weeks. They not only delivered on time well ahead of our wedding, but my fiancé's ring was completed under budget! 👍🏻🤑 Now I can't wait to see my ring!

They said by the 21st of august. Her party was the 21st(50th).the wedding ring came back sep 1not really a problem but I couldn’t pick it up. The store was never open. Kay jeweler at woodland mall in Grand Rapids mi. So now I’m waiting on the levian ring(1,200) finally shows up on sept 5th. The store has not been open and I can’t get my ring that I paid for. Contacted customer service they said a district manager would get ahold of me and let me know when I can pick it up. Still no call and no answer from customer service they said they sent it tho the service manager. My recommendation is go else where this place is the worst

Isaac: Cant express how happy I was with everything. Went to pick out a watch for my college graduation and they were beyond helpful. Not only did they answer every question I had about the watch I wanted, but they let me look at, and ask questions about their used section. These of course were much more expensive than the one I was looking at. However the worker recognized my fascination and took the time to show me everything and answer everything. At no point were they pushy or overbearing on sales. They took the time to replace straps, check inventory, and even see if they could order specific bands. I walked out with a watch, and a bunch of free Hamilton swag. Safe to say these guys will be my go to from now on weather it’s for myself or recommending it to someone else. I don’t remember the salesman’s name specifically but he was tall with blonde hair. Although I should mention that everyone their was incredibly friendly.

Met with David and the entire experience was first class. You can really tell that he loves and appreciates the brand. I felt bad about taking up so much of his time but he spent time going over the functions of my new timepiece as well as the history/heritage. Very thorough from the operation of the crown, setting the date and time, features of the clasp, etc. We spoke about what these types of timepieces mean and discussed how individual customers preferences are when it comes to the function, dial, complications, weight, and overall feel of the timepieces. This was the most time that I have ever spent in a jewelry store and I didn't even buy anything. You can just tell that they really enjoy what they do, and that they have the same passion for the timepieces that the customers do. I was able to view and try on some of the samples that they have in order to get a feel for the weight, the movements, the clasps, and really judge how the timepieces look on the wrist which I think is vital. I cannot describe with enough detail what a wonderful customer experience this was. 100% 5 stars. Erica Smith: Tried selling my 1/4 ounce gold eagle. The owner wanted to only pay 350 for a coin well worth 400+. He stated there was no profit. So if your thinking of bringing in any coins to this facility just know you wont get what your coins are worth, let alone your premium. Will never go back. I bought a silver 1ounce american eagle from this guy for 38 dollars today in real time, then brought that same coin back two days later and he offered me 22 dollars stating no one is buying. Do not go there.
