John Verzi: Would not work with me. Claimed just sold the car I wanted. Though was still on the lot. Also it is still listed on their page for sale. Tried to see if I was interested in financing a 12k or 16k car instead of the 5k car that I wanted. They will try to get you to fiancee something on the higher end or way above what you say your budget is and if you won't then nope. However I will also say there is almost no inventory under 12k. And they want you to finance on a 16k car that if you bought from private party only cost 9 k. Yes they use car fax estimate and are close but we also know those numbers aren't realistic. That's like the dealer selling the new car for msrp of 25k when your friend with a dealer license sells the exact same car for 18k and still makes a profit. Anyways all cars are priced about 2k to 5k above their true worth. Highly annoyed with these scammers. But they didn't get me.and yes they lie straight to your face. as to their response: lol been here before similar a few years ago (they just don't remember). If you choose to go there beware. And that car or it's twin was still there a few days later. Also I ended up getting the same make model car for 1500 instead of 5000. The one I bought off an individual I little more rust. So glad they didn't want to work with me 🤣😊

Katia Lobopaz: Dealership is a scam they have horrible mechanics that only rig a temporary fix of what is wrong the car I recently purchase a 2016 ATS Cadillac 2.0L turbo 4 cylinder and was promised everything is new and good to go and ever since i started driving it more frequently for about a month now in one week the engine light will come on and off , brakes were already rust and needed a change for the front and back, suspension needs to get replace bc the car is not leveled correctly, the coolant hose already blown out and they used a silicone or some gummy substance to hold but it melted which caused a leak. My boyfriend notice that key wasn’t its original brand and didn’t have a spoiler and that’s my fault for not noticing that and when you reverse the vehicle sound like something is getting dragged my boyfriend and I already spent about 700 dollars in repairs and there’s still more minor issues that happen to pop up. I’m lucky I have people that would fix the car at a great deal while motor mall will try offer you the fix and charge you about 5 times the cost after you purchase it. I recommend bring a friend or someone who knows about car in order to deduct the price and make them fix it and have them show you proof what was fixed and by who bc they’ll make you sign no warranty so you don’t sue them and they’ll be able to charge you more after for any fixes

Sharpe Cars: what do users think?
Gerald Steinkraus: I ordered a part for an R59 roadster, but they send parts for an R60 countryman. They did this twice. Then they charged me a 25% restocking fee, when they sent the wrong part TWICE!!!!! Then they were rude to me about it. We buy, service, and sell 60-100 mini coopers a year. We treat our customers with respect, no matter the situation. We just took our business to another Mini dealer, who by far, is so nice and very helpful with us. We expect to spend $20 to $35,000 with them this year. It's sad to see that an inexperienced employee can cost Sharpe money. Disappointing, to say the least.....

Go back to pick up car after only front tires were replaced on an awd car. To find rear tires needing replacement. They said they would not replace they were fine and awd cars don't have to match front and rear.Brought my car in for repairs at the same time was quoted way more than I wanted to put into it. Had it fixed elsewhere for 1/7 the quoted price.Use caution when using this dealership. Not what they used to be.

I loved how Bob saw an actually human being when speaking to me, and not a way to make money. For example, Bob took the time to really get to know my mom and I, and even giving some special info about himself. Like the fact that he was in a Mountain Dew commercial in the 80's which I found pretty darn cool. When I put money down, the title for my car was not in yet. However, during this waiting process, Bob contacted my mom and I regularly giving us updates and funny jokes. I highly recommended purchasing your next car here.

I was checking out Sharpe's website to see what RRs they had in stock and a used Mercedes really caught my eye. I sent an email to get more info and within a few hours, Brett had contacted me to set up an appointment so I could check it out. Brett was super accommodating to my insane work schedule and was able to answer any and all questions I had (good and bad!) regarding the vehicle, servicing, etc. and was not pushy in any capacity -- I felt completely comfortable and believed he wanted me to make an informed decision as to which vehicle I purchased, even if I did not end up purchasing with him. We also discussed options for my "old" vehicle, and he even emailed me the CarFax report to assist in my selling it privately -- I was (and am) super impressed and would recommend Brett to anyone in the market for a vehicle! R&T None: For two days I have been trying to reach someone in Mercedes service and no one answers and no one calls back. Operator keeps saying they are busy. Guess what? I am busy too! Horrible service! I will drive to Lansing before I let them touch my cars again.

So they told me to come back when it’s warm outside and they will check it again. With all this said they tried to charge me the diagnostic fee.. this was the last time I take my car to this dealership they are horrible. To add this car was in once before for the A/C issue and they fixed it worked fine for 3-4 months and stopped again.

chris sheldon: It saddens me to report that my experience with Betten started out great in 2018, so much so that I bought a second vehicle from them in 2020, but it’s been downhill from there.Most recently, my four and a half year old XC90, that I meticulously maintain and serviced with Betten, left me broke down on the side of the road. So, things happen mechanically, no harm there.May be failed turbo or head gasket, but I assume because Betten service can’t tell me, and they aren’t sure they can even look at it for 30 days.I called Betten Volvo service from the side of the road, and the disappointments started there. I received immediate explanations on why Betten may not be able to look at my warrantied vehicle for a month, that they had no solutions for loaner or alternative transport. They gave me a number to global Volvo so I could arrange a tow. I was also told at this time the vehicle was not under warranty, when I had a copy of the warranty Betten sold me with the vehicle brand new.I went to Volvo the next morning to find my vehicle had been left unlocked in the parking lot all night. The service rep was very kind, but had no idea when they could help me.I called daily for a week, and was never given a glimpse of a solution, even after escalating and meeting face to face with the director of service, Eric. Eric also let me know there was no one at Betten who could help me, and he had dozens of customers in the same boat, and I wasn’t special.I have a handful of other poor experiences related to service since 2020 that I have overlooked but things are stacking up!The people working there seem kind enough, but ill equipped to provide the service that drew me in a few years back. Jason in particular has always been helpful, but Eric successfully made me feel like I am not wanted as a customer.I actually had to tow my vehicle from Betten, to another garage, in order to ensure I get my vehicle looked at within 30 days of breakdown since Betten is not be able to look at it. This vehicle is under 100% warranty that was sold to me by Betten.I can’t even begin to express the disappointment regarding how Betten handled my warranty kindly, so I won’t try.Don’t know whether to laugh….or cry, but I do know that Betten and I seem to be in agreement that if I need my car back this month, it need to go somewhere else, even though no one knows what’s wrong with it

Carmin Wolff: We bought a lemon for a car. My sister was involved in an accident with my car and the tire went flat. When they tried to get the spare tire off, the bolts were rusted and they couldn't get it off. They towed my car to a tire place and they said my tires were terrible and that they had to replace all of them. $1200 out of pocket. Then, I took my car to the collision place and they pointed out the two toned pain in the back of my car and said it had been in an accident before. XYZ never disclosed that to me. I got my car back from the collision place two weeks ago and today I heard a rattle under my car. I stopped to check what the noise was and there is a wire hanging from the front and part of a rusted metal piece that fell off….now its just hanging there. FYI…the collision was the back right corner panel, so this has zero to do with that. So disappointed in my purchase:( Do your due diligence before purchasing your car from here!
