Select Specialty Hospital - Spectrum Health: what do users think?
Sasha Moore: I am giving them a 2 because of how they handled the death of my mother. There was only a couple nurses that actually communicated. The others were too busy and very unprofessional. My mom passed on a Saturday. The select speciality hospital DOES NOT have a case or crisis manager on hand on the weekends and I was left with sorry about your luck of your mom passing but good luck to you. There was no one there to guide the family. It was you can spend time with her body, but she has passed so figure it out.I would not recommend this floor at all for your loved ones. I regret allowing my mom to be sent here.
jadehaan1: I would give you all a 10 if I could! The one thing I would change is that the call light should go the desk and they page it out. The call system now takes a bit for people to get back to you. Understandable because they are busy. I don’t know how you guys are so nice! The attitude is unbelievable. So great!
Lori Moses: I felt like part of the group. This place is like a family. The nurses and the staff treates me real good. They kept my spirits up. Its a diverse group of people too! Jessica my night nurse was my girl. She took such great care of my wound. She would take the time to talk to me, laugh with me, and cry if I needed it. I also loved Cat and Beth in therapy. Petri was hilarious. And Jason from dialysis was amazing. Shout out to Daryla, Bre da, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Dyke. Is wish I could take them with me...
Jane Noonan: The staff is kind and does their duties willingly. One thing I appreciate is that the to heart transplant team is here. They have visited me and I know they would be be available if I needed them.
Tonya Jordan: They take care of ya! They get you where you are supposed to be. A few people stick out to for great care.I'd recommend coming here if you can!
Kimberly Mondry: Everybody here was so kind and courteous. I didn't get as much therapy as I anticipated. But I was on the high flow so I couldn't tolerate it. You hit the call light and they answer as soon as they can. They really are a team.
Lis Nieto: Most of the staff was caring and compassionate. The respiratory therapist were wonderful and on top of it. Shondrea would always make me smile by saying - Hello Gorgeous. I also liked Mike, Christian, and Tung were the best. Dr. Lee is wonderful! He was always looking out for me and what I needed. Gary, the Sppexh guy is a sweetheat.
Rose Scribner: I was annoyed that I had to go to another hospital for care. But it was the best decision I ever made! Everybody here helped me a lot. Physically and mentally there was a lot of good support. These young kids here get you laughing and it’s good for the soul. I did have to push them a bit to let me push myself. If I hadn’t come here, I wouldn’t be as far as long as I am. And able to go home today. And let me say that as sick as I’ve been, this has been the most excellent care.
Carmen “Carmen G” G: I would recommend Select Specialty. They cared for my husband for many months. They were amazing, caring and very professional. The physicians, nurses, aids and office workers all deserve 10 stars for the great work they do!
Bryan Tucker: The staff I met are all professional and willing to go above and beyond! Bree from Respiratory was very motivating. I had the intention of only being here 3 days and the team very kindly showed me I needed more help than I thought. It was humbling. I've been independent since I was 12 and this team took the time to respect my dignity and make it a personal experience. Beth from Rehab was easy to click with. She is very friendly to work with. Krishna is so caring! Didn't matter what you needed, she was there for you. I'd say all nurses were caring but Krishna kept me positive.
Becky Sowerby: My husband spent approx. 4 weeks at Select Specialty Hospital recovering from a very serious surgery and major complications/setbacks. Every single staff member, Nursing, PT, Physicians, you name them, are absolutely top notch. My husband was treated like family (they treat everyone that way). When it was time to be discharged, our Case Manager had everything set up so that he was safe at home and ready to take his next steps to full health. I highly recommend and we are so glad to have this type of medical care in our area.
Jeff Cooley: best hospital i have ever been in. the food was great and the staff was the best i mean the vary best i was there for a month and it seemed more like a vacation. thankyou everbody
Emma: I can’t say enough great things about Select Speciality. From the nurses, cnas, RTs, and case managers, everyone is wonderful. Everyone kept me in the loop. My dad was here for a month to recover after being in the icu on life support for respiratory failure. He is leaving the facility tomorrow to continue his recovery with NO vent or trach. Please consider Select for your family and friends. They treated him and I so well.
We Love Todd J: What can we say! Once we received a call almost immediately after Todd was received into Select Specialty Grand Rapids care from downtown hospital late into the evening, we had confidence that this was going to be a terrific place, and good for our loved one. This showed their great concern for the patient & the family.Once brother was admitted, and the work began to wean him off the vent & to facilitate his healing... SELECT SPECIALTY's staff, nurses, CNA's, Respiratory Therapists, OT & PT, each performed their jobs to the fullest. Their knowledge & professionalism stood out as the best in the industry. They did outstanding jobs! They have such professional staff that all deserve a BIG HUG, and a HUGE HIGH FIVE. They know their stuff! They even worked with our family to let 1 person visit due to Covid restrictions, and due to the nature of our loved one's issues.I/we would consider them all friends, & can't wait to maybe visit once restrictions are lifted to show our gratitude. Love to all!
C&N: I would recommend this place. The nurse were good and listened to me. The respiratory therapist were awesome! Make sure to bring a pillow!
Victor Ryder: I was almost at the edge of my life and you all pulled me back! It was painful but I needed to come back. I remember being in the Walmart when it hits me how sick I was. I made it home but started to go downhill. I only remember getting poked at my first hospital but that was it.Christian, my Respiratory Therapist - I call him Alakazam because he's a magician! Hes my first memory after being so sick. I love each and everyone one of the care members here. They put forth their best effort to save me and they did!
dalesdolls: I was very insecure about what I was going to encounter about coming here from ICU. My first night nurse really made me feel relaxed and better about me coming here. I didn't understand what this facility was for. We were very confused. Wished someone would have discussed this level of care better. I wouldn't have been so nervous.Honestly though, every nurse, aid, and respiratory therapist was wonderful! Gary - Speech Pathologist was excellent. Macie, my wound nurse was excellent. Physical Therapy was outstanding. They didn't push me, they knew what I could do and were great at describing the therapy to me. Everyone was great at encouraging me.This is a transitional unit.
No_Clue_ Gaming: This section of the Bladget Hospital is isolated from the rest of the general hospital. There are some great staff members onboard and some very understanding caregivers. The two doctors Dr. Dyke & Dr. Lee I’ve dealt with are both extraordinary people, they are very understanding and passionate about their jobs and eager to see their patients succeed. We had a great experience and excellent care has been provided to us,all of our questions have been answered .... butit’s everyone’s homework to educate yourself on your loved ones conditions so that you are able to ask the doctors right questions to help you understand everything better. The physical therapist are greatest always understanding and ready to help to push you with positive attitude further that you knew you are able to.I would definitely recommend Specialty Hospital to other people and other loved ones.
Thomas Grover: They are pretty adamant about getting you off the ventilator, tracheostomy, and getting me healthier. Dr. Dyke is a nice guy who is very helpful. He's a character! The staff is very friendly, kind, and courteous. I would recommend this facility if someone need it.
Timothy Stewart: My loved one had a great experience here at Select Specialty Hospital. We didn’t really know what to expect coming from the ICU, but the staff were all courteous and helped us through a very difficult time. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to listen to our needs. The physicians, nurses, therapy department, everyone was great!
Chris Timmer: There were good days. There were bad days. I had great nurses. Night I had someone give me a stuffed puppy to keep me company and it helped me with my PTSD. The staff was really good about my PTSD. I made a lot of friends, they were really attentive to my needs for the most part. My respiratory nurses were awesome. Christian (RT Therapist) and Amber (RN) were really attentive to all of my needs. I can’t comment on the food because I couldn’t eat it. They made sure I got everything I needed.

Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital: what do users think?
Mariyam Punawala: All good
Quentin Moon: I had my RNS surgery by Dr.Burdette, Dr.Ali, and the rest of his team. They were really good to me throughout all of the testing and, up to month long eegs. I'm glad all that's finally over though and I had my surgery. Which has helped already to reduce my seizures, and the severity of them when I do have a breakthrough. .
Chalice Belliel: I gave birth to my first baby here, it was an amazing experience, tleveryone was so caring helpful and got done what needed to be done I had an amazing nurse named ash, and Dr Johnson was a heaven sent. They followed my no man rule as I have ptsd and I cannot recommend them enough!
TJ David: Our buddy smashed his face on a sidewalk & Nurse Jackie in the ER did a phenomenal job of helping us.
Bellasima Poloski Valentina: The building & parking is confusing. However, random staff members throughout the hospital were more than happy to give directions inside. They took great care of my son during his surgery. Note: make sure to take your parking ticket inside to get validated or prepare to pay a hefty fee.
Debbie Sain: This is a terrible place !!! My mom went there she fell and had a broken hip and 2 places in her wrist . Surgery on Easter Sunday. The first day she was being treated so bad she called crying and screaming for help. They sat her in a chair for over a hour and ignored her call button for help for over one hour. She called me in severe pain and they wouldn’t answer her button . The nurses were the rudest people I have seen . Mom couldn’t walk or barley move. In Things got worse from there. They continued to treat her bad. Left her food she couldn’t reach it several times . Moved her phones she couldn’t answer her family . Then she was in there 6 days and never allowed her to brush her teeth, clean up or brush her hair . This was right down unexceptional!!!!! They should be held accountable for one of the worst experiences mom and family has had !!! Beware don’t take a loved one in this torture chamber !!!!!!!!
Donna Kapala: They are terrible at returning families phone calls. I left multiple messages with questions about my family member who is a patient, I am on her HIPPA, as well as having medical poa.
Jay petroelje: Went here with my fiancé as he had a bug in his ear and was told nothing was there went to the urgent care on alpine and there was a bug in the ear that the hospital “didn’t see”
loren schultz: Most unprofessional staff I have encountered.starting with the security guards up to the dr’s. Sad situation for the city of Grand Rapids, MI.
Erin Hiebert: I feel bad for those who had a negative experience here. I had excellent care when I came in for skin cancer surgery. Everyone from the nurses to the surgeon were beyond kind and caring. Little things like extra pillows, offering me ginger ale, wheeling me to a room earlier than scheduled because I had to use the restroom (it was that or a bed pan, which I honestly didn't care either way). The parking can be a little confusing, but I've lived in a bigger city with more convoluted directions before -- comes with the territory of growing medical campuses.
Patsy Littlefield: Went there by ambulance after I had fallen and hit my head and torso on my bathtub. I was in horrendous pain with blood by my ear, not sure where is was coming from. I was eventually told I had a brain bleed, and a partially collapsed lung, but no broken bones. I was sent him with two days of pain medication. I told them I was in disbelief that my bones were not broken, and out the door I went. I was encouraged to see my doctor on Monday. I was unable to see my doctor because of the pain level I was at, and consequently no medications were given. I checked the portal and read what I had been told in the ER. Later on that same day I went in to read their diagnosis to a family member. The report was totally changed and stated I had NO signs of injury. At this point I was very confused and made an appointment with a totally new doctor close to my home. Upon making it to the “new” doctor, I was advised that I had multiple fractures! I was enduring intolerable pain all this time, taking Tylenol after the ER meds. were gone. It was inhumane. I was then sent to Osteopathic Surgeons of West Michigan, and told I needed surgery. You pay top $, so go somewhere that knows what they are doing!!!!
CHERYL: Our daughter was in ICU for two days and then to 7th floor. We cannot choose just one great nurse and staff, EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS GREAT!! That is by far the best hospital we have ever experienced. For all of the staff to be so kind and compassionate, that speaks volumes for this hospital. Wouldn’t want her to ever go anywhere else!!
Jeff Hankinson: My one and only complaint is the lack of respect from family and/or friends in the surgical waiting room. For the love of God take your phone conversations out to the hallway, or go somewhere as private as possible. If that’s not an option, then have the decency to talk quietly because no one wants to hear your damn one-sided (loud) conversation or listen to your call on speaker when it is, and should be, a private and discreet matter. Respect for others has disappeared, and that’s beyond pathetic. People are disgusting. Please ban phones in the waiting room and designate a specific area for these situations. Then again, a simple text message works wonders as long as your phone is on vibrate and others don’t have to hear the tones everywhere.
Sulie Cervera: This hospital have me traumatize. I feel like all they doing is experience and testing on babies and older adults. Nurses going out the country and returning the next day and being around sick or premature babies in the Nicu. Adults ha they just leave them there to rotten. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE!
Robert Robbins: was highly disappointed on the quality of care I received since March 1, 2023.The communication was not accurate or consistent. I had a resident wish me luck with a ribcage removal which was not scheduled and nurse was not aware that a NPO was not inplace for an IR nerve block. When asked never once did any staff if I was NPO.it turns out I was and was unable to receive the nerve ablation.I am beyond anger over this situation. For a world class operation you should be highly embarrassed. Thanks to IR Nurse Elsa I will receive the procedure on this Friday. I only need to endure 2 more days.I can't thank her enough.
Kylee M. Tamminga: Nurses and doctors are great but billing department is awful. So many issues with them that it makes you never want to go to a spectrum office.
Dave: Five star nursing and services...Fifth floor..."Landmark" Building...Thanks...
Seldon Cupps (Seldor The Destroyer): Pretty nice hospital. They have nice staff as well.
Dyonne Washington: Absolutely the worst hospital ever. They treat you like an addict if your a minority.I will never ever support this place. It’s really sad how many people feel this way.
Kristine Heimler: My mother spent a week with this hospital. What a disappointment. No hot water for two days, so she had a COLD shower. Not one meal was even remotely warm. AND while in the ER her phone was stolen! Security said "sorry we can't help you". Corewell is not better or even close to the quality of what we deserve on the "medical mile"
Andy Anderson: VETERANS AVOID THIS PLACE! They have no experience dealing with the VA and veterans! Sent hubby’s RX ton the wrong number (I offered the fax number several times) andc when we got back to the VA to fill the RX, the pharmacy tried to call back to the ER bit of course spectrum was little help. Go to another ER

Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital: what do users think?
Isaias D'Oleo: In 2022 I went to the ER because of a hemorrhage. I received an excellent service at Blodgett. Both Dr. Bishop and Dr. Dilan-Szanto worked diligently to get tests ordered. Thanks for their work I discovered I had Stage III cancer. Blodgett has a very professional team, including doctors, nurses, and others.
Donals Bryant: Thank you everyone on 1st floor. So much help and even more patience!!!!
Hannah Pitcher: I had outpatient surgery here and was VERY pleased with the care I received from Amber, Alayna, Ruth, Diane, and Elli. All were extremely nice, understanding, and helped ease any nervousness I had. The doctors and anesthesia team were awesome. The registration staff left a little to be desired (they were very snappy and somewhat rude). Overall, a pretty good experience. If I had to have surgery again, I would come back.
Liz Kerwin-Wilholt: I had back surgery 4/13 and had a wonderful experience. My nurse Jessica was fantastic, great caring personality and sense of humor ;) I was made comfortable by everybody including the lab professional and all the other support staff. Good clear instructions and the ice pack they sent me home with is better than mine! Nice area for my husband to wait, reclining chairs, lockers and vending machines. I don’t want to have surgery again but if I did I would go back here!
Paxton Gray: Incredibly dismissive
Edward Dixon: Love the hospital and had both my surgeries there with no issues. The ER staff are a little rough, and they could be less rude, but overall, the care is good. The doctors are awesome, and the floor nurses are professional and compassionate. The security was good with none on their phones like some hospitals. It's an old hospital, but Spectrum has been a good experience.
Christopher Wood: They'll make you wait all day. They really don't care.
Alison Kailing: Literally everyone but one nurse abused me during my stay. Please call me. Asafp.
B K: Why changing the policies for Sickle cell anemia disease patients for some medications specially Benadryl injection...why not stopping the Benadryl pills too? Why the doctors should decide in our places what medications we should have? That's very insane since we are actually the ones who go through the pain and we know what is best for our bodies....and for me these policies concerning the Benadryl injection 💉 are stupids and the old policies should come back as they were meaning using the Benadryl injection because some people as myself can do pills.
Ron Poortenga: This review is based off my wife’s most recent stay from having hip surgery. Her first day the staff had my wife move in positions that we were told later by her therapist could have damaged her new hip. The nurses were over 2 hours late getting her pain meds to her and did not want to give her meds that would help her pain they fought us to give her meds that would help. Today we ordered dinner for her and after waiting 2 hours we were told the order never went through. The only saving Grace was a staff member named Amanda offered to pay for her to get some Panera bread, thank you so much Amanda this hospital needs more nurses like you! Overall a horrible experience for my wife at this hospital
Richard Hatkowski: Brought my wife home this past Monday after 8 days following surgery at Blodgett Hospital. Of course we're thankful for our surgeon Dr. Ryan Figg. Also want thank Dr. Kim and Dr. Modi. Nurses Janna, Rachel, Alecia, Ruth. Assistants Olga, Kenji, Brooke. Ostomy nurses Ann and Melissa. I'm sure I've left out some names. Everyone was so helpful, even nurses and assistants who weren't necessarily assigned but popped in to help from time to time answering the nurse call button. All of you were very caring for my wife and I felt like a welcomed guest. The food is very good and the room service personnel are prompt and attentive and just as caring. Can't say enough good things about Blodgett Hospital. Free parking is a plus. Thank you.
Shirley Grahek: Excellent nursing care. RNs listen and care. All staff are great. Food hot and tasty. Docs listen and treatments are appropriate. Shirley E Grahek MSN
Steve Grody: Identity crisis again. This time around it's a name that sounds like a college sophomore was involved. Not listening to staff and community, and spending wastefully
Susan Verwys: We visited the ER Dept. on 1/18/22. It was very busy and we waited for about 2 1/2 hrs. to be seen. The nurses and techs worked diligently to take care of patients. I admired their professionalism during a hectic time. The nurse assigned to my husband was was excellent. (I am sorry we cannot remember her name.) Both Dr. Bishop and Dr. Pham worked diligently to get tests ordered and communicate with my husband’s doctor. My husband was well cared for.
Riley Mitchell: I had a complication with my procedure, and I've been sitting in an ER exam room for 3 hrs. All I've been given is pain and anti nausea meds and a steroid pill. The doctor even handed my partner the examination light because he couldn't seem to see my clear injury. I even showed him photos I took
Dawn Larsen: They picked a sheet / blanket off the floor and put it on the bed ,my guy slept in his jeans for 2 days there was no tooth paste or they never told him wear it was, his bed looked like it was sat in,. the heat was at 80
Keith “Blaze” McLennan: Delivering here in a 53ft trailer is a challenge. Take your time and don’t be afraid to get out and look. They are really good at getting you unloaded asap
David Thomas: On July 1st 2021 I had a horrible motorcycle accident, ended up at Blodgett after I was transferred from Butterworth. I had a broken neck, right femur, pelvis, burst bladder, left fibula and tibula, and left forearm. Rachel was my OT and Brian was my PT but they were awesome not only for rehabilitation of my many injuries but for making me laugh and giving me the spirit and drive that I was alright. I am now stronger than I was before my accident which is my goal that drove me, crossfitting again and crushing my old Personal Bests. They showed me my accident was just a temporary bump and that I could use it to make myself a better human. Thanks Rachel, Brian, and everyone at Blodgett who cared for me in what could have been a dark time ,I would love to come in and visit you guys and show you how far ive come someday. You guys were AWESOME.David Thomas
Kelsey Heath: My dad was treated here in September for low sodium levels bc they couldn’t figure out the cause of his pain and that’s all they could come up with, also cleared of his cancer returning, he was sent home with no solution for his pain. 4 hospitals later he got his diagnoses after having to travel to Cleveland. He died last week from metastatic brain and spinal cancer. Go somewhere else to get your answers.
Jessy Lee: Great hospital they’re taking very good care of me but can you please make sure the people that deal with us in the hospital are nice to us? I called room service and the lady was absolutely rude to me I already don’t feel good I’ve been stuck in bed for 2 days I don’t need someone snapping at me with attitude. This happened 12-6-22 at 6:10pm
jose paguada: Great people G.I.Bins was called to Service all the Trash bins

Spectrum Health: what do users think?
stephen thornton: Canceling a 20 week ob appointment less then 1 hour before. Very unprofessional.
Tim Crawford: What a bunch of morons.
Neight “King” Renegado: Incredibly unhelpful, and they take forever to schedule appointments. When you do finally get in, unwilling to provide aid.If you require surgery, consider Orthopedic associates. If you don't meet Spectrum's surgical pre-requisites, they essentially just tell you that you have to live with whatever pain you are enduring, no matter how bad.
Danielle Tubbs: Great hospital for families and very kind staff❤️

Pine Rest Neuromodulation Clinic -ECT/TMS: what do users think?
Heather LaVelle: Staff is kind, caring and compassionate. We were informed that it is not a first come-first served clinic. Some people will take priority for medical reasons (i.e. diabetics as they have fasted for the anesthesia and need to eat ASAP.) PERFECTLY UNDERSTANDABLE!Treatment has worked - literally a lifesaver for my daughter. I’m so thankful to have this resource in our community.
Nate Cummings: are kind, careing, quick and effective. However management appears to be non existent at times. The clinic on google says they open at 730. The first time we went we were in the doors of the office at 7:30. At that point we waited over 2 hours before being called back to see the doctor then, another 2 hours until the therapy began (not exaggerating timeline

Trinity Health Neurosciences - Grand Rapids Campus: what do users think?
Lainy Todd: All of the staff from check in to nursing were extremely nice. Dr. Taylor was in the room with me for over a half an hour. I have never had a neurologist invest this much time in an appointment. She was straight forward asking questions and completing exam. She also answered a follow up question quickly and addressed my concerns.
Allan Steele: Dr. Trevor Wu was extremely dismissive of my symptoms, which he was not able to explain in any way. He wrote false statements on my discharge notes. I've never felt so disrespected by a doctor. He claimed he was unable to diagnose me as an adult, yet was willing to take the referral and my money.
Jahan Spearman: So I came to this facility with severe back pain My mobility was very limited So thinking that you're gonna help me The doctor went on to explain that I may have a bulging disk or herniated disk Her advice was 4 to 5 weeks of physical therapy. So now at the lengthy period of physical therapy I'm still in pain , No mentions of injection steroid injections For pain. Thanks for nothing still lying in severe pain..Wow..
Kyla Joy: I am always impressed and grateful for the care I receive here. Each of the professionals treats me with dignity and respect, but is also personable!
Ann Marie Michael: It is absolutely necessary that you check behind your doctors, my husband has a TBI and Post Concussion Syndrome, the doctors charted incorrectly, I will say that after my husband called and screamed at the doctor about simple mistakes about not listening.Dr. Nyenhuis was his doctor !!!Why don't people slow down and pay attention to the patient, simple listening skills are important to fixing problems.I am a Registered Nurse, my name is Ann Marie Hodges RN
Diane: True saviours
searchin 4 sun: dr melanie taylor was professional and compassionate. she listened to my description of the reasons for my visit and despite the fact that i was feeling awful and felt i didn’t describe my problems well, she asked appropriate questions that helped me explain the issues that i had been having. my treatment plan was explained, i felt she listenedto me, i did not feel rushed or judged. i am so thankful i was referred to the hauenstein neurology clinic. like many others i came to this office at a low point in my health and left feeling hopeful that i would improve with medical intervention. thank you!
Shirley Jenks: I have been so impressed, please and grateful for the treatment I received at Mercy Health Hauenstein Neurosciences! I wasn't happy to be there, but the staff made a bad situation the best it could be. Excellent doctors, empathetic nurses, even the housekeeping staff was compassionate and kind. This is how healthCARE should be! Thank you
Crystal: Friendly
Beau Oldfield: Dr Nicholson and his staff are top notch! I had not experienced to care compassion this office provides. The nursing staff actually listen to what you have to say and truly care about your well-being. If only the rest of the healthcare system operated on this level of professionalism!!
kristin carigon: PLEASE GO SOMEWHERES ELSE theres a reason they have a BAD rating
American 4 America: Office & docs normally do well. However, last visit was cancelled and I was not notified until I showed up at the office for the appointment. Nothing in MyChart, telephone or e-mail advised of the cancellation. No excuse for a medical organization to function this way. We'll see how things go moving forward.
Meghan H: Apparently all of their patients are unresponsive to pain prevention treatments and aren't controlled. My last visit my concerns were ignored which was really bad since I actually have abnormal MRI which would have been caught had my symptoms not been blown off. And even though NOTHING has changed I still have to wait MONTHS for a new patient appointment. This office will NOT fill out ANY paperwork for you so I'd go elsewhere if you suspect it will be needed at a later date FYI. If I'm going to wait months for a new patient appointment I will be taking myself elsewhere to an office that actually deserves my business.
Nicholas Kreuzer (Ryzure): If you suffer from any debilitating neurological pain, don't worry! They'll make a note of it and file it away in the garbage bin.Edit: Edit: Not a fan.
Shawn Sandee: Nurse and staff are excellent, the doctors? If you’re proactive about getting healthy and happy again. You should try somewhere else first.
Karen Schuiteman: Nurses Claire, Julie, and Katy, and others provided exceptional care for our loved one. Best care our family's ever seen was from these nurses at Houenstein center. Thank you.
casey dekam: I would never recommend or return. When an MRI revealed a cerebral aneurysm, I was referred here. Upon my first appointment, the Doctor terrified me with all the death and disabling statistics that come with a rupture. He pushed for treatment, and I agreed. He attempted to coil the anuersym, but failed. After the procedure, he came into my room and said I "could live with it" and I never heard from the office again. I was left confused, horrified, and with many questions.
Matt Lilley: After waiting months to get an appointment,. they literally said " We're not sure why you are here" then took my BP and wondered why it was so high. Overheard complaining and whining about why a patient was in the office just to find out it was probably me. Worst experience ever.
βπιαη ω: spine diag, quite lacking although the rudimentary med science procedures have limited ability.eval a dynamic pathology with a static methodology, no surprise medical error is 3rd leading cause of death in the usa. roll the dice..
dan rosie: I simply cannot put in words how disappointing my experience with this office was. I was referred to Paige Barber for a 2nd opinion on a neck issue I have been fighting for almost two years now. On the day of my appointment I leave work early to fight the construction traffic for a 30 minute drive to this office. I arrive and the one good thing is there was plenty of parking close to the building. I walk in to a line at the elevator so I walk the 3 floors up to the office where I wait my turn at the front desk. When it is my turn the receptionist asks if I brought my paperwork, I respond that I did not receive any paper work. She walks off to talk to the doctor and comes back and says that we need to reschedule. Turns out according to the receptionist the amount of time between when I scheduled and my appointment was not long enough to get the paperwork to me. So I reschedule my appointment and the best they can do is 40+ days out. Right when you think it can't get worse when I arrived back at work I called to cancel my appointment because I am not feeling confident about this office, I navigate the menus and after a short wait a woman greets me with a hello and the office name I wait a short moment to make sure that she is done talking and right as I am telling her my name the phone hangs up! She actually hung up the phone as I was talking. I would definitely never recommend this office nor will I be back at any time. I am just hoping I can actually reach someone and cancel the appointment I have.
Brian Hauenstein: I arrived with L4 & L5 compression issues and Dr. Luders was able to diagnose and rectify my issues, making it comfortable to engage in recreational activities once again. Many thanks for the support!
