Den habe ich sofort reklamiert und zurück gegeben. Beim Bezahlen stand der auch nicht auf der Rechnung. Zuhause musste ich jedoch feststellen das man mir 5 Dollar mehr abgebucht hatte als auf meinem Beleg stand. Das ist für mich Betrug. Diesen Umsatz habe ich bei meiner Bank reklamiert.

Annabella Tasch: Absolutely awful. First there was a bug on my pillow. Then my sister got poked by a wire sticking out of the carpet. And then when I went to rinse off after swimming in the pool, the water came out yellow. I was disgusted. Not to mention that there was mold in some of the rooms too. And the wait at the restaurant is awful. The windows are disgustingly dirty and the rooms are small. I also found somebody’s hair in the bathroom of the room I stayed in. I know it wasn’t mine, or my mom’s, or my sisters since we all have curly hair and the hair I found was straight. 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Rachael Westwood: Tasty breakfast with great views of the water and fairly priced. Unexpectedly good eggs and breakfast sandwich with turkey. They let you pay at the register after your meal, so you don’t feel rushed.

Joe Meier: Male bartender was great, but the female was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She rolled her eyes more times during us ordering drinks than a high school girl fighting with her parents. The guy is the only reason I gave any stars.

Cheryl Peterson: I was excited to visit this restaurant, after I had heard it had been totally redone, as well as the hotel. We had a great dinner inside, with good service also. It has a very classy atmosphere, and a wonderful view of the Grand River. It was a perfect evening to sit outside, and enjoy the river with our drinks, after our meal. It has very comfortable chairs, to sit back and relax. We had a wonderful dining experience here, on Labor Day weekend. This place is a gem, and we hope to come back someday, as it is in our neck of the woods.

blueovalguy79: Breakfast bar is what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, however surrounding hotels offer better options and at no additional cost to the guest. I ate dinner there as well. The steak soup is great, but I was very disappointed with my sandwich. Glad I had a complimentary coupon for 20% off on dinner because it was unfortunately not worth the price. With such a variety of high quality options in the area, they need to step up their game if they plan on competing.

A “The Administrator” H: The ambiance is the best part of this place. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. We went there for Valentine's Day and we still received really good service. The manager Sheena was great! The menu is frequently changing with a few staples that never change. They have a lot of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menu items. They have a really good drink selection and they have some really good desserts. Hayden Leggo: It was a great atmosphere, I felt like I was in a 70s basement. The food was good and came out in a timely matter, but nothing to write home about. The reason I give two stars is because of our server. Very passive aggressive and not very friendly. Instead of handling a misunderstanding, she made a rude remark towards my friend, and blatantly talked down her intelligence. My entire party was flabbergasted. Most of my party being in customer service jobs we would never think to treat a customer like she did. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time.

CC: The atmosphere is perfect - it’s dark and intimate, with a fun 70s vibe, and good music. There aren’t too many places in town that offer a dark atmosphere with good vibes for date night, this place is ideal. The drinks were strong and food was pretty good. We thought the burger was good, chicken sandwich was better, the fries were ok. The service was amazing. Our wait staff was very responsive and quick to bring out anything we needed and more. All in all the food was ok (there’s better places to get a burger in the area) but we will definitely be back for the atmosphere and vibes (those are unmatched)!Update: this place is also a great brunch spot! Only comment is the wedge salad is on the small side and may not fill you up for a meal. I’d still get it again though.
