Amber Kendrick: I contracted FirstTel for a business phone system that was installed in May and here is is in August and I am still waiting for training on the reporting (requested multiple times) and I am still waiting for several phones to be reprogrammed so they can be used from remote locations (which I was promised would be no problem.) I also switched my telephone service through them and my sales rep, Parker, calculated my savings incorrectly - I sent him my old telephone bills and he sent me an excel sheet showing how much money I would save with the new service, but he calculated it based on the number of calls, not the minutes, and my savings is MUCH less than he projected. The installation of the phones and the training was also a mess. There is nothing they can do now about the installation or the money I have to pay, that is all water under the bridge, but the training and programming could be done any time! I have expressed my dissatisfaction via multiple emails and the sales rep Parker has been rude. If FirstTel eventually delivers on their promises I may change my rating of their business, but for now I would warn anyone to stay far away from this company.

Ryan Miedema: We are a small business and we used Classic Telephone to install a new phone system. Once we had signed the paperwork for the job after having gone over ALL the details, things started going downhill. The equipment worked fine, but suddenly the original quote DOUBLED in order for us to get what was original promised and agreed upon for the system by the original salesman...We were left in a corner forced to pay up to get an operable system. We received next to zero apology despite the problem being 100% the incompetent salesman's fault and costing us a significant amount of money over what was agreed upon. We heard a lots of "oops, I forgot about this...." and "I forgot to add this in the cost" from the salesman. We are happy to have a up to date working phone system in the end but would never use or recommend Classic Telephone. To be fair, if I could give the installation crew 5 stars I would, they were helpful and friendly.
