I say "ok, thank you" and he hangs up without another word. Oh, and the price was ridiculously high. Find someplace else to get a trailer from.

It was a pleasure to deal directly with the owner who is a very knowledgeable guy that knows his inventory and equipment. I bought a trailer from this place and tried to return it in anticipation for a different one and offered to knock off $500 on what I paid for the trailer but this man would rather give me half of what I paid for the brand new trailer and treated me like a piece of nothing during this transaction. Trailer was still as same condition as I bought and all paper works and title still new and intact. All I wanted was to get a trailer and start a new business during this pandemic but I was thought a lesson of cruelty at this place. Be careful

J Bo: Bought both my trailers here, had great experience with staff both times once had a flat on my trailer I called them literally 5 minutes till close on a Friday and they answered my call sold me a tire and rim replacement and left it outside the building for me to get , saved me from needing a tow and leaving behind my trailer for the weekend was such a great help would recommend to anyone looking to buy a trailer or get accessories for towing etc great staff and great products . Will always bring my business back to Grandville trailer!!
Amy Huff: Stopped in to purchase a trailer we found online. Noticed a couple flaws in the trailer, asked the staff if they would honor a discount and was told no. Showed the flaws to the sales guy and was very dismissive and said that is not the only trailer with that same issue. We asked a second time if he was willing to lower the price at all and was told absolutely not! We left and purchased a trailer down the road.

Suzanne Davis: Dropped off our 5th wheel for a suspension recall fix. It took them over a week to look at the camper, even though it had been scheduled for drop off a month prior and they had the repair parts in stock. After a week they said they couldn't do the work right then because it has to be weighed and they couldn't do it onsite. After another week they were able to complete the recall work. They tried to get us to pay for a service we did not need, which was confirmed by an inspection at another dealer who was purchasing our camper. Because of the delay, we lost $1500 in our original offer sale price. We were very unhappy with the service in general but to try to get us to pay $1000 for work that did not need to be done is the worst kind of treatment from a service department.

Lance Benedict: I purchased a 2018 Jay Flight in February during the RV show. The Sales person and sales process was great! Picking up the camper a few weeks later was a rather lengthy process. We used the camper all summer then scheduled winterization and some warranty work. I called to check on the camper 2 weeks after dropping off the camper on our scheduled drop off date and to my surprise, they hadn’t looked at the camper. In fact, they were not sure if the camper was there. The next day we received confirmation and 2 weeks later we were able to get our camper back. Long and short of it, sales was great to work with, the camper is everything we wanted and more, service needs some organization.

Russell Boerigter: Got our trailer serviced and they didn't look at all that we wanted and have extended useless warranties , for $120 they should have checked it all out. The front electric jack wouldn't work with the hand crank so they said they would look at it when we got there to pick it up. When I got there he put the hand crank on it and snapped the pin in there in front of us and told us there is nothing he can do and we would just have to get another one and walked away. Another part that they said falls into the Warranty seems to have found a loop hole so it was not covored. The trailer we bought from them brand new was just 5 years old but the extened warranty doesn't cover anything.
Anthony Balestra: We found the rv of our dreams . So we drove all night from pgh to grand rapids mi. It started out a little rocky how ever a gentleman by the name of Jeremy the business maneger. He got everything straighten out and got us one hell of a deal then took the time and explained all the extras like gap insurance also extended warranty. Also the guy that got rv ready were great i had asked them to do a couple of extra things for me and they were very helpful and did all the work in a proffessional maner . ( im real anal about things like that) . Then Jeremy did something special for my wife and i after everything was done and we were dead tierd he purchased a night at a beautiful rv resort. No thats what im talking about good old fashion down to earth good guy! We give terrytown rv 5 stars thanks again

M L: About a month ago I was researching teardrop campers to extend my camping quality and availability after a move from Texas to Michigan and came accross Eddie doing a run down on the new Nucamp Tag XL boondock. Well I was already sold on the Tag, but got a real kick out of Eddie's clip, so off to Grand Rapids to have a chat. Eddie was excellent. I contacted several RV dealerships, but quickly discovered we were relegated to the “we’ll call you if we find anything...probably never” category once salespeople learned of our limited budget.That changed with Bill Blake from Veurink’s. I told him what we were looking for, and the budget we were hoping to stay within, and he immediately jumped in to help. He found an RV that might work for us, so I stopped in to take a look only to decide it wasn’t exactly what we wanted. After that, I figured he’d put us at the bottom of the pile like the rest, but Bill didn’t give up. He took on the challenge, and really went out of his way to find a camper that would make our wish a reality.I’m happy to say that after working with Bill, we walked out of Veurink’s having purchased a brand new 2023 Della Terra from Forest River. Not only did Veurink’s help us make it work with our budget, it has all the features we were hoping to find so that my husband and I can use it for years to come. I will never forget the attention Bill gave us when others wouldn’t, and we’ll for sure be back at Veurink’s for our “retirement RV” in the future.

This is harassment!Well now its benn 5 1/2 years and their sending me ads in the mail again,what a bunch of a…….s. as you can see they said they would stop,their greed overcomes their common sense. We got a great deal, and the whole experience from purchase to picking up our awesome new Cirrus 620 truck camper was amazing. Darren, Mitch, Matt, Justin, and really the entire team at Veurink's was amazing! A few comments below seem unhappy with the service following the sale, and I have to say that hasn't been our experience AT ALL! Had a question about a controller part I couldn't find, and Eddie was going to send it to me immediately when I found it in a drawer. (LoL! my bad!) Got a call today from Chastity who asked when we'd like to come down to get a small replacement part installed, and we hadn't even asked for one! They noticed a minor trim issue before we even picked up, and just ordered it and let us know they could put it on anytime! Wow. You don't find service and sales like this ANYWHERE these days! Everyone there is happy, which tells me they are treated well by the company which is important to us! It was just an all-around fun, enjoyable experience! Thanks to everyone at Veurink's! Nate was super helpful and even though he wasn't prepared for a drop in immediate purchase, he was very accomadating and got the trailer I wanted out of the yard and swiftly completed the transaction. I will definitely recommend Summit Pointe Sales to my friends and family if they're looking for any type of open or covered trailer.

Garrido Trucking: Worst trailer purchasing experience ever. We were given the wrong address to pick up 1 of the trailers and we lost a $3000 load because of that and had to dead head another 250 miles to pick up the 1st trailer. The second trailer we asked to be left outside so we can pick it up over the weekend. When my driver got there on Sunday 09-06-2020 it was no where to be found. We called countless of times to try to reach someone and no answer. My driver dead headed back to the base. On Tuesday 09-08-2020 we got a call from the sales rep claiming another carrier our trailer and they will be bringing it straight to us. When we spoke to that carrier they used the trailer to haul a load from IN to FL and then dead head there to our base in Farmingdale NY. We are currently waiting to resolve this issue with a manager. I will update this review once they decide to assist.
Henry Bui: Be careful to lease trailer from here, happens to me months ago. When I leased trailer here before, they’re said, it was DOT and ready to go but there’s no detailed inspection documents upon pick it up, and when I returned it they will do details inspections and found all kinds of problems to repairs and they will make you pay for the repairs. Dispute, why I had to pay some things I never did or damages? I was leasing it less then 3 months so they’ll tries to taken your money to repairs their own equipment. This is not good business to work with, not honesty business. Highly NOT recommend to whoever needs to rent trailer.

James awesome dude, with josh and the rest of the fellas, good people.I came from California, I lost my trailer wheels together with the drums, and everything but the spindle was left, on the freeway I-96 by ionia, 50 some miles east of Grand rapids on friday. I had only $1600 only that's it. On monday they came chained my axle, took me to the shop, made urgent call to the spindle doctor, explained him my sense of urgency coz I had reefer load already two days late to the spindle guy, got all that fixed real quick, placed rest of the axle, break system, drum, wheels, tires and by the late afternoon I was done and out of there.They Only charged me for what spindle doctor charged, new parts, and $400 labor. I didn't even see them charge me for the tires , wheels and the road call. I mean if they added all those up I would had easily been at $2000 plus, money that I didn't have.For being a brown man let alone so much break , its hard to even get what I would pay for in everyday of my life. Knowing my tight financial situation these guys helped me out huge. More or less I took them for angels sent for my help.God bless these guys. Nice guys. Thanks again.
