abby cuevas: Do Not shop here. I thought I would give them another try after my first experience. The 1st time they were rude and not helpful. Continue to act like they are swamped when there's no one in the store. They usually never have a matching set that works and says they can order some. 2nd time I came here I purchased 3 sets and paid in cash. I ask before I left what the return policy is and she said as long as you have the tags attached and the receipt you're fine. I go back 4 days later to return 2 of the 3 sets I bought. She says they don't give refunds in the form of payment you paid with. You have to have a check mailed to your house. I stated that why didn't you say that when I asked you about the return policy? Her response was because we don't have to tell you. You can write down your address or you can take your items and leave. I was in complete shock at her lack of professionalism and her extreme rudeness. Every single time I or another medical professional goes in there they have had horrible experiences. Take your business elsewhere.

Anonymous: Save yourself some time and DO NOT come here!! They have a strict 15 day policy and if you go past it they will not work with you at all. Their store hours do not work for a working individual and the employees response was “well we are open on Saturday's”

Joshua McCafferty: Service was friendly, but not super accommodating. Loved the discount for students/staff - spectrum, mercy, etc - 20% off, can’t complain about that. Ended up picking through a few before the staff ended up helping. Seemed like she was bothered to step away from her desk to assist. Overall, interaction ended pleasantly, she assisted, and we found the perfect match. Overall, I will go back for more pairs! Just make sure you know what you want!

Liz Romero: I've purchased plenty from this store but will no longer shop there. I bought a top that ended being too small, It wouldn't go past my arms. When trying to return the item they stated it had been worn which was false. The top had been in my possession for the weekend only. I was completely refused a refund. I was so disappointed since the top was priced close to $40.

They do have a wide variety of print tops But ONLY IN SMALL!! I will be shopping elsewhere or on line for my scrubs.

Delivery driver was completely rude, intrusive, loud, inconsiderate and very aggressive.Upon delivery I was in session with a client and he was made aware of this twice and proceeded to make a scene.Slammed the door to my office so hard he rattled my office windows and cabinets and startled my client and myself.Called management and not only did they NOT apologize but reprimanded me for not supplying them with “the dirty linens”. I explained to Jake that first off an apology was in order before being reprimanded and of course the lack of skill and adequate customer service skill and experience he failed and continued to talk over me as I was trying to explain to him that I did Not have dirty linens as I was out of the office. He was rude and very unresponsive to my explanation. Still no apology and he explained to me that he and his boss “Jeff” were on the same page and that “they” did not want to “deal” with me on a weekly basis. Wondering still how this whole situation got turned around on me when it was the delivery drivers poor performance. Jake proceeded to hang up on me as I was requesting his superiors number. I had to call back and I could barely get a word in edgewise. Love being talked over the whole time! Jake having worse customer service skills and the worst in representing a company I’m embarrassed for them. Jake Is ultimately reason I have ended my contract with this company. I do not recommend this company.I called the owner Jeff and have had zero response from him personally. I requested from Anna (Whom I originally started my lines service with) information regarding my automatic payments to company and she refuses to give me detailed information wether or not they will cease deducting from my bank. I have requested a refund for linens not used from Anna, and she inform me that Jake will not issue a refund. I have yet to receive any cancellation of the contract or updates to my account.Its just one thing after another with this company. Absolute worst in customer service and performance starting from the top.There are many linen service providers out there, go with another company and save yourself the headache.I do not recommend VCL

Sales woman came in and said she would let us do a 1 year contract with the company as we were unsure about 3 years. Signed the 1 year contract and was verbally told that it would end after 1 year. Called Jeff on 9/1 at 12:21pm and left message we didn’t want the service anymore due to the current pandemic we are in and really cannot take on the added bill. Never received a call back. Called again today and spoke with Jeff who apparently is the owner. Explained I had left a message for him and he didn’t call back. He was extremely rude, arrogant and unethical. Basically stated that if I didn’t contact them 60 days before the contract was done then it automatically turns into 3 years, I explained I wasn’t aware of this and that is why I called him on 9/1, and had he taken time out of his busy day and returned my call maybe this would have ended differently. He then tells me “what, you just sign contracts and don’t read them”. Well Jeff, my apologies. I thought this was an honest company and would stand by the “handwritten” notes all over the professional contract. Stay far from this company, they are awful!!

VCL ROUTE 5: Love it it's a home away from home couldn't ask for a better place to work

diana johnson: I lost my company ID badge for entry into my place of employment. I called this VCL a few days later after I couldn't locate my badge it got in the linens to be washed accidentally. I got a call back by the next day from VCL & was told my badge was found & returned to me this next day. It was John (the driver) who made a special trip to my jobs door even though it was not our pick-up/drop off day scheduled. What a great company!! Customer service is courteous & extremely helpful. I am very thankful!!!
