abby cuevas: Do Not shop here. I thought I would give them another try after my first experience. The 1st time they were rude and not helpful. Continue to act like they are swamped when there's no one in the store. They usually never have a matching set that works and says they can order some. 2nd time I came here I purchased 3 sets and paid in cash. I ask before I left what the return policy is and she said as long as you have the tags attached and the receipt you're fine. I go back 4 days later to return 2 of the 3 sets I bought. She says they don't give refunds in the form of payment you paid with. You have to have a check mailed to your house. I stated that why didn't you say that when I asked you about the return policy? Her response was because we don't have to tell you. You can write down your address or you can take your items and leave. I was in complete shock at her lack of professionalism and her extreme rudeness. Every single time I or another medical professional goes in there they have had horrible experiences. Take your business elsewhere.

Anonymous: Save yourself some time and DO NOT come here!! They have a strict 15 day policy and if you go past it they will not work with you at all. Their store hours do not work for a working individual and the employees response was “well we are open on Saturday's”

Overall, interaction ended pleasantly, she assisted, and we found the perfect match. Overall, I will go back for more pairs! Just make sure you know what you want!

When trying to return the item they stated it had been worn which was false. The top had been in my possession for the weekend only. I was completely refused a refund. I was so disappointed since the top was priced close to $40.

Scott Hall: Good luck getting the uniforms back that was sent in to be washed. Been this way for years (20+ yrs) so nothing will change. I have been washing my own uniform for years so I had one to use the next day. I don't use their shirts either. Of all places to put a tag it's on the inside of the collar. Obviously the dumb office people don't wear any of their own uniforms to know how uncomfortable it is to have their bar scan tag stick to your neck all day everyday. I do not recommend this company for uniforms and nor will Iever.

Bob Waterbury: Absolute worst experience I have had doing business with a company. My wife and I opened a restaurant and used Cintas for our linen and towel service as well as paper goods and chemicals. The delivery driver Sean was always on time and helped with anything we needed. That's where the fun ends...After closing our restaurant, I was contacted about a week later by someone to schedule a pickup time for the equipment in the space. I returned the phone call and left them a voicemail and then didn't hear back for another 4 days. When I returned the last call I was sent through to customer service to talk to someone about the pickup because the man in charge of those operations was away, and my contact info was taken down with the intention of them getting back to me asap. At this point, it had been about two weeks since the initial call, and I checked our business bank account to find that they had billed us $1,900 for the equipment! After calling customer service several times after this, and then finally picking up the equipment, it has been over 3 weeks and they still haven't credited my account, saying that it had to go through levels of management approval to return my money. Absolutely the worst. Here I am, a month later down $1,900 and nothing to show for it except a phone call from accounting, "maybe today or sometime next week."
