Amy Mingerink: Honestly, this is the first time I read reviews on this business. It is absolutely appalling that there are no apologies only excuses for bad business practices. I had a terrible experience here and I need a current repair on my vacuum. I am so thankful we have choices. I will never return here. I had a motor replaced. Brought it home n couldn’t figure out why it was blowing air out instead of the reverse. I believe I returned the vacuum at least 3 times, each time coming home to find the same issue. I paid each time. Their were excuses as to me not operating it right, the setting needing to be adjusted.... finally they fixed the issue. I’m not exactly sure, but my vacuum is not blowing out anymore. I invested way more money than I should have in a new roller, unnecessary labor, etc. I’m sure this review will be followed by excuses why this was my fault. However, beware consumer.

Linda McCaleb: I would not recommend this business to anyone due to rude customer service. I took my vacuum cleaner into the store for an estimate on repairs. After a quick examination I was rudely told it could not be repaired. Instead of returning my vacuum, the clerk, I assumed owner, left me to wait on another customer and discuss politics, while I retrieved my vacuum from his work area before leaving the store.At that point, if he could have repaired my vacuum, based on his level of customer service, he would absolutely not have gotten my business.

Jack Watson: This place is great! I needed a new dust filter for my Hoover max extract pressure pro model 60, and they got it done immediately, and perfectly. No one can do it as good as him!

Woodland Wonders: This business is the go to location for Vaccum sales and service. My first experience was a warranty repair on a Dyson which was handled quickly and effectively. Next experience was looking for a replacement hose on a forty year old Electrolux. Owner explained how he could repair the existing hose for a fraction of the replacement cost. He even made the hose longer at my request!More recently I was looking for an additional unit. Owner went over the pros and cons of various units. Very thorough and no pressure to buy. I purchased a model which I'm very satisfied with and I know is backed up with knowledgeable support.

Marc Right: Save yourself some time and visit a "Real" Vacuum cleaner store.Over the years I have owned many vacuums, small, upright, tank, etc. Some with filters some without. When I have needed attachments or bags and such it was always a bit of a scavenger hunt finding things. Some of the big box stores might have a couple things but not the size or type you need. It's good being able to get everything in one spot here.Ps. While you're there check out the antique vacuums. They're novel to say the least!

Sarah Zimmerman: I have to say the guy who was at the desk was always perfectly polite in person and on the phone. Unfortunately, that is where the positive stopped. I dropped off my bissel pet liftoff on January 9th. I explained the problem and how it happened. I asked that it be quoted and if the price was reasonable we would like it fixed and cleaned(it was filthy because it broke in the midst of cleaning and had clean and dirty water and debris). I was told it would take a few days to diagnose and up to 3 weeks to fix. 5 days to diagnose and call with a quote. It seemed reasonable, so I said go ahead and I was told it would be 4 days to repair it. This conversation was on January 16th. No communication until I called Feb 1st. I wax told there had been a backorder part that they had to wait on and it would be in that day and that the machine would be fixed in a couple days. Again no communication. I left 2 messages that were never returned. Finally, on February 15th I was able to speak with someone. I was very angry at this point. He apologized which I appreciate. I realize they had trouble getting parts and getting them to work but a simple phone call to let me know what was going on could've gone a long way. So, I go to pick up my machine today and it is still filthy!! It says on the work order to clean it. I have no idea if I was charged for the cleaning but they had it for over a month! I can clean it myself but I asked to have it dobe and was willing to pay for it. I was so irritated I just left. I hope I never need to use this place again.
