Seth Nickerson: I purchased a home built in the 70's with a Walvac already installed. My unit was not properly working, only half the suction it should have. I called and spoke with Tom. He was so nice to talk to and went out of his way to try and help me diagnose my problem (my unit had 2 motors and one was bad). I needed a replacement and got his quote. Naturally I went online to get a better deal and found his price was in line with what I saw online. Even better, when I went to pick up the motor I bought some new attachments as well for just a few dollars per piece! Absolutely no pressure to buy extra stuff I didn't want or need. I would highly recommend doing business with Tom/Walvac. You will not be disappointed.
Patty Stevens: I would highly recommend this store. After purchasing a central vac beater bar and accessories from a store that told me that the unit would work in the existing wall outlets that we have in our home, and in the end it did not. I went into the WalVac store with my old central vac hose and explained to them my issue that I had, and the experience I had with the other store. The owner of this store was friendly, explained to me what I needed and did not try to sell me more than I needed. My husband and I went back in, purchased what we needed and the owner went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Highly satisfied customer!Thank you....

Woodland Wonders: This business is the go to location for Vaccum sales and service. My first experience was a warranty repair on a Dyson which was handled quickly and effectively. Next experience was looking for a replacement hose on a forty year old Electrolux. Owner explained how he could repair the existing hose for a fraction of the replacement cost. He even made the hose longer at my request!More recently I was looking for an additional unit. Owner went over the pros and cons of various units. Very thorough and no pressure to buy. I purchased a model which I'm very satisfied with and I know is backed up with knowledgeable support.

However, even more importantly, you can get the truth about features, benefits and any problems or limitations a unit or brand might have. They also work on them, so they have seen it all. It's kinda like having a good friend that's a mechanic when you want to talk about cars problems or purchases.
