Jack Hurlbut: Solid store. They have a huge selection of beef jerky (every kind) and a wide variety of wine and beer. You can be in and out under 1 minute because they are the only store that provides free parking.

Alex Chittenden: Owner is a horrible person from what I can tell. Last time I was in there there was an older gentleman in there. He was just buying a fountain drink, handed the owner a dollar and then was searching around in his pockets. It was taking him a second to look, the owner is visibly annoyed. The older gentleman apologizes and says “sorry I have Parkinson’s, it slows me down a bit” the owner proceeds to sigh and start playing on his phone right in front of him. The older gentleman gets his change out and is trying to hand it to him, owner does not put his hand out to grab it so the older gentleman just throws it down (rightfully so). He does not say anything else to this man and proceeds to play on his phone as I am checking out as well. The only reason I have given two starts is due to the regular staff, have never had a problem with them, actually find them to be quite enjoyable human being. As for the owner (middle eastern bald guy) learn some compassion and try to care about something other than money for once.

Nathan: Absolutely horrible place. Stood there for over 5min because the employee forgot he took the nozzle to the hot chocolate out. It's 845pm and below freezing. How. Even then his cell phone rang for about 3min before he walked out and turned off his ringer. The store was picked clean over and there were a number of what seemed to be underage individuals purchasing tobacco products with no ID checks....would not recommend at all.

Rob Julian: DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a Posh E-Cig from this 7/11 today. I walked outside and opened it, and it was defective (coning from a frequent consumer, it flat out didn’t work). Within 1 minute I walked back inside and asked them to swap it for a new one, and they stated I had to take it up with the Posh manufacturer, and they could not reimburse my money or give me a new one. Zero Accountability, manager is a complete moron. If you stock a product on your shelf, then BACK THE PRODUCT YOU SELL!!

Oral Campbell: Worst store owner you can come across. She parks her Mercedes-Benz in two parking spaces. If you shop for more than 15 minutes she calls so u get a parking ticket. She does not respect her customers and talk to them any way she feels. The old owners were more approachable. I will not shop there again.

Gregory Dettloff: Great 7-11. For 5 years of schooling on a less than sober walk home from wherever, these guys always had what I needed.

Brandon Merritt: This location is the best quality for the store. The only downside to it is the lacking of 40oz beer selection. A great place for the late night snack after bars.

Kavina Marshall: I was just in there and the cashier was not very friendly. He also didn't offer me a bag for my things and I had to ask for one. He then just kind of threw the bag on the counter. I had to bag everything myself which was fine but didn't offer me two bags. As I was getting out of my car, the bag ripped and the wine bottle broke. I had to go back and grab another bottle and explained to him what happened and he didn't say anything. I asked for two bags this time. I've been coming to seven eleven for years and had a very disappointing trip this time. Think I might rethink going here next time.

Michael Mathews: I was just here. There is a woman working (Betsy), rolling her eyes at other staff members and had an attitude with me for no apparent reason. I asked a staff member who she was because I couldn't believe how rude she was being and was told she is the owner! I'd definitely get off of behind the counter, owner lady, your attitude shows, and is very unpleasant!

Jason Long: On Thursday, May 27th between 7-8 pm, I was completely appalled at the actions of a young black male employee who acted like he was triggered at the mere presence of my girlfriend and I who came in for a purchase. We were laughing together while choosing a lottery ticket at the counter and out of the blue, this guy started going off on us, stating we should get out, threatening us by stating he was going to call his brother to come to the store, and then acting like we were going to steal the beverages that he already took away from the counter. As I stood there asking what was wrong, he continued to yell and threaten us, which seemed racially motivated. I simply walked out of the store to avoid any conflict. I hope there are security cameras that recorded this incident and management can address this disgusting behavior. I do not recommend anyone going to this store, ever!

Katie Merz: I was in on 3/1/21 getting some snacks. This woman walks in with no mask, puts some loose change behind the counter, and then goes and gets herself a Big Gulp. I asked the male cashier working at the register to the left if she can do that, to which he asks "do what?" Ok then asked again, "she can't just walk in here without a mask like that can she?" to which he responded "well she kind of works here."The way the employee responded along with the fact that no one asked this woman to put a facemask on was more than enough reason for me to not be returning to this store. I know that it's nearly impossible to expect all customers to wear a mask and to do so properly, but if an employee wouldn't even wear a mask herself that's gross and makes me not want to give them a penny of my business.

Aaron S: Clean store. Love the owner, she is awesome! One lady Terry is extremely rude to customers though, I will go any other employee before her. Matt and Dan are usually whose there when I go. They are always nice to me and work with me with my lotto even though I know it's a pain. They both know what they are doing, and do their job well. Some very hard workers. Store is well stocked, if I ask for help the employees are always eager to help me and the store is usually clean. I reccomend this store over others in the area.

Dylan Heistand: Love this store coming here for 11 years now. Sisters were amazing haven’t been a fan much since new owners. Management is rude and Dan worse employee around. Always rude and a attitude never listens have to tell him things few times before he hears you. Talks down to other employees, never seen him be polite. I’ll leave and go across the street anymore before I deal with him. Everyone else you are amazing and thank you for your kind hearts and smiles.

Unfortunately this 7/11 doesn’t have gas pumps and the only gas station in town is right across the street at USA 2 Go. 7/11’s convenience store has much better prices than USA 2 Go’s store. Definitely recommend 7/11 over USA 2 Go.

Mrs Williams: I was at the 7/11 store today with my friend and the older Caucasian lady that was working was so nice to us but we noticed she was so rude to a younger lady that was there picking up an order and honestly we where disappointed, no matter the race or skin color everyone should be treated the same. Mary Rider: Okemos 7-eleven overcharged my son $1.50 for his purchase of soda and he had to make 2 trips to get his refund from the manager but in the State of Michigan we have a scanner law which this store is not following. He complain to the corporate office and they told him it is owned by the franchisee and they could do nothing. The biggest issue as they don't care how much they charge people due to a glitch in the computer software. So disappointed! Looking at turning it over to the attorney general which is sad that people can't do the right thing and follow the law.

Michael: Last few time i have been at this location, it takes longer then it should be, to paid for my items and leave. Mostly this is due to people "playing the lottery" they take forever to tell the employee their numbers for multiple games. I will gladly take my money elsewhere where i know i wont have to stand and wait over lotto picks.

This is the type of stuff that goes on out on the turnpike by a big city not in rural Perry. The poor girl was obviously in trouble and the guy was really out of it. They really need help!
