Adrianna Montgomery: Hubby and I came here for the first time today and it was soooo good!!! Lots of flavors and several different topping options. Definitely recommend! The cost is .74 cents per ounce, for the two of us it cost $14 total. Sign up for rewards so you can get points 😊
Erin E: My family loves Menchies, but we are getting priced out. Paid almost $17 for 2 frozen yogurts. Also, I was frustrated that the credit card reader asked to leave a tip. Your employees were friendly, but I served myself. It is not my responsibility to provide a better wage for your employees.
Meghan Sheets: Chairs were stacked at 8:30, cleaning, not too welcoming. Wish the employees even looked at us, fro yo was good, but to be expected.
Mackenzie Yuncker: Usually love their fro you, but went to go have it 10 minutes before they closed (9pm), and they had already locked the doors. I work at a store in the mall as well, and we would never lock the doors before actual closing time.

Cirea Strode: Every time we come we have a great experience the staff are always so polite. The frozen yogurt is great. You are allowed to taste the different flavors before purchasing. Your pay based on the scales of how many items you put into each bowl. I have always purchased the chocolate covered strawberries from the refrigerator area. During the holidays they have different themes for the strawberries like Rudolph. Overall definitely recommend.

graham martin: I was double charged in fact, and questioned this before paying and was told it was correct. After seeing many others check out with more ones I again questioned it was shrugged off. I then asked him to do the math and even he agreed it was double what it should be but offered no solution. I had to get another employee involved in order to get the refund and confirm that the employee charged us double. So yes prices didn't double. But customer service training should.

Sharnon Pearce: If you haven’t been here before this is a build your own Froyo place. They rotate the flavors and toppings. The price is determined by weight so the more in the cup the more it will cost. I take my daughter here sometimes when we are out. Always friendly staff and clean tables.

Sabrina Boxer: The froyo was good but the worker scammed me into giving her a tip. She told me to hit the green circle to skip the tip; I even clarified after looking at the screen and seeing 10% tip highlighted on the scanner. But she insisted I hit the green circle. I checked my bank statement when I got home to see that I indeed paid a tip…. It’s not that the service wasn’t good, but she was in the back the whole time. Personally, I don’t think it’s right to force someone to give you a tip, and definitely doesn’t make the business look trustworthy.

So, I filled out an online application, and still no response and that was the beginning of this summer! A small place like that, shouldn't be THAT busy! Obviously, you people don't need help that badly!
Karlie Janik: I absolutely love menchies and it’s one of my favorite places to go to but on the night of 11/11/20 some girl that was working was extremely rude, i did not catch her name. I asked her to fill my bowl halfway as I like a lot of toppings, she proceeded to fill the bowl all the way to the top with ice cream and then when I only chose three toppings mumbled under her breath that it wasn’t a lot of toppings and laughed she then proceeded with my friends order and did the same exact thing. terrible experience.

The order I took earlier today was a super heavy order and I was docked on my tip for shopping and delivering 10x 1 gallon milk, 8 big tubes of chocolate chip cookie dough, 4 kiwi packages, 2 blueberry packages, 2 gallon fabulous cleaning liquid, 2 pineapples, and 4 things of organic cucumber packages.
Spookie: Frozen yogurt was great, staff that night was not. Girl at front counter proceeded to tell me they were closing soon (in half an hour) and gave attitude the whole time. As I was leaving the girl said "what no tip?" Why would I want to tip someone who cant even fake being nice to me? Never had issues before but this was bogus..

Yiran Li: A staff on site was being very unprofessional and rude to my husband. We requested to have them write “Happy Birthday” on the ice cream cake but he said: Oh, it takes HOURS AND HOURS to train us to write something, nobody here could do it for you.” We have been buying birthday cake from them for 4 years and nobody works there ever said anything like this. Won’t come back anymore.

ARI Designs: We ordered 2 Everybody’s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd's in the box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers...This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Don't they understand that when they are charging for a full box but only filling 2/3rd's!!This is wrong! Stop cheating customers!

She said you can throw it away then and ask me if I'd like something else I said yes I pointed to a different flavor her associate starts to make it for me and she says to me she's cuz I can ring you up down at the end of the counter I said what do you mean ring me up she was you have to pay for it I said you told me to throw the first one away if I didn't like it she was that's right but you still have to pay for the second one. I've never had so bad of customer service in my life..
Megan Catron: A worker in a teal/blue mask and darker hair required me to wear a mask although I am fully vaccinated and proceeded to say it with some attitude. She then allowed a dog to be be in the lobby which seems like double standards considering dogs usually aren’t allowed in franchises. I have also been able to to go inside this Coldstone without a mask since being fully vaccinated without any issues so it seems like she’s the issue and putting her personal beliefs onto other customers which is wrong.
Chelsea S: I’ve been here 3 times and every single time my order is wrong. I request sweet cream, I get vanilla. I would say I have a pretty easy order so it shouldn’t be hard to mess up. Not to mention I paid $14.14 cents for 2 signature ice cream with waffle cones. Seems a bit over priced especially when they can’t get my order right the last 3 times I’ve gone. I don’t mind paying for the ice cream if it was actually made how I requested.

Worst experience ever, don’t recommend. It’s more satisfying to go to tasty twist up the street.

phillip curtis: Don't go in there very often and this is yet another reason why, employees don't know what to look for while cleaning the fountain machine, the employee that I let know about this didn't seem to really care about it and just went on about her deal.... Machine should've been shut down immediately to be completely cleaned. Who knows how many people have used that machine and never seen it for that matter it makes me wonder how long it was there due to employee negligence. Considering the fact that these machines have been around for years you'd think the companies using them would implement training on how to properly clean and in some cases diagnose the issue at hand. Messaged the QD Facebook page and got the automated response bs. Glad the one I go to all the time is on top of this kind of stuff before it starts.
RyRy LeSeney: I cashed my paycheck at the ATM and bought 2 beers.. I discovered the beer cans was dented and banged up to the point if I would of opened em they would have exploded. LOL The senile clerk called me a liar after notifying him.. I didn't ask for my money back I just walked out before I b#$ch slapped him. The clerk suffers from dementia and needs to seriously consider retirement. He is lucky I am patient with senior citizens because it could have been way worse for him.. Trash store and trash staff!

Charlie Beals: Long-time resident of Lansing. I've been to many a QD, and this is consistently the one with the best customer service. Especially right as COVID started, we noticed the staff became incredibly friendly and kind. Great people working here. The donuts are straight up legendary.
Ryan Jenkins: The dryers are trash and the washers take skill to even get to start. Put my clothes in for 90 minutes and came back in 70 to start folding them. They were wet and the machine wasnt running when I got there. Such a waste of time and money and now I have a hamper full of wet clothes and work in 4 hours. AVOID THIS TRAP

KnightInd: Clean, spacious. A lot cheaper then most and it's 24 hours and has plenty of wheeled baskets. Super is 4.50, 35lb is 3.25, the 6 load is 6, med machines are 2. The super ran for 27 minutes and was done. For 1.25 in the dryers you get 40 minutes. Awesome prices. Unisex restroom, snacks. Best part is its connected to a 24 hr gas station with fast food across the street.

Mary Avery: I am a former qd manager and I was surprised at this store. The ice creams freezers were down and should be be cleaned. I turned off the 6 empty coffee pots. There were starting to burn. Two things stopped from walking out. Chip dip and cider. The clerk was polite and efficient.

The employee Nee Cee, can decide if she wants to scan the Loyalty card...or pretend to scan toe Loyalty card. If she accidentally missed the scan, she had the opportunity to mention it when I had to ask for my receipt. I've always been asked if I want my receipt by other QD employees. This time, Nee Cee did not offer it. I asked for it since I knew, from my last receipt that this purchase, I would qualify for my free item. When it didn't happen, I wanted the receipt to see why. I didn't have time to ask then, being on my way to work so when I returned to talk with store manager, she explained that THERE IS NO WAY TO GO BACK AND GIVE ME MY LOYALTY POINTS...so I see no reason to continue to shop here because Quality Dairy has NEVER shown LOYALTY to me as a customer. I will however, continue to make my purchases at Speedway, where they will allow you to add receipts to your Loyalty Card with them, that was previously left out...ESPECIALLY DUE TO EMPLOYEE ERROR!!!! #NoLoyaltyAtQualityDairy
Al: While this QD is one if the less fancy in the area, and their donuts are rarely warm, the staff is hilarious and going here is a joy. I can't emphasis how much good customer service makes a difference. This one is a gas station too and with your QD card you get 3 cents a gallon off automatically.

AmarieB Lansing: The location at North East street has a very rude manager. She never greets you or speaks to you if you are brown skinned. I've been ignored when speaking directly to her. Worst quality dairy I've ever been in. I live 1/8 mile and will travel to go to another QD just because of her. The QD on Michigan Ave is great and the staff friendly and helpful.

Well when I went to eat them it did not taste like they use to it has to much Cinnamon an not much Apple so i will have to find some other place to git my favorite. If someone else no war a good apple fritters are at in the lansing area id like to know.
Stephanie Navarro: I LOVE QD!! My kid loves their donuts! They're made fresh every day! They have a great selection! They also make muffins that I have a preference for :) The blueberry is the BEST!! They have ice cream that you can get by the cone or in a cup. They do have curbside pick up & delivery @ this time.

I was with my 3 year old son and she left me there when I was putting my son in the car. I was terrified he may do something. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE. How can you be a manager and be so damn irresponsible.
YouTube kids toy: Has black mold in milk coolers told management they said they knew but don't have time to clean it because of covid they only get 30 hrs a week!! Check it out next time you go gross
