Blake Brannam: Had a blast. Went yesterday for my friend's birthday, and again today for mine since I had so much fun. One employee in particular made the arcade experience a blast, her name is Shelby. She was very funny and helpful, and was probably the main reason I came back. Whatever she is making, she should be making more! The most enthusiastic employee there both days for sure! Thanks again Shelby!

Justin Thomas: The mini-golf course could use a bit of love and refurbishing as many of the mats were getting warn down or you could see the rebar broken out of the edges. Each hole had something new to keep things moving which was nice for changing things up.

Salad Dressing: Definitely needs to be remodeled and updated but it's still a nice hang out spot for the day.

Erin B: Putt-Putt golf is a little hard to play since some of the outdoor carpeting on the course is uneven. I understand it's supposed to be challenging, but I never been to a location that has outdoor carpeting in this bad of shape.

Latosha Chambliss: Took the kids yesterday 9/4/2022, they really enjoyed they self, they played games did the baseball, putt putt, they also did go karts the only problem we had with the go karts was my daughter is 8 she was riding the Junior karts twice and the third time she wanted to ride again, so we go try to pay again, they try to say she was too young to ride by her self , but again she was riding by herself TWICE, the guys that was running the go karts never said anything about her being to small either, got the manager involved and he had apologized about the situation. My whole thing is don’t pick and choose on who can ride what, there was a couple of other kids that was smaller then my daughter that was ridding by they self, either base it off “Age” or “Height”. There was NO sign about how old you have to be on the go karts either. Overall my kids had fun.

Nick Reed: Great place for a date, or fun with the family. Prices are very reasonable as well.It's about $5 per person, per activity.

No one told me that carrying water is not allowed, the employee came and threatened that if you do not take the water outside, I will take you out of the place.Note, if you bring socks that do not have their logo on them, they will make you buy new socks according to thier policy.

Oh also they delete negative reviews oh facebook apprently such a good look, we all know the power of social media i would address this moms whose child almost died and fix the safety concerns before your establishment is ruined forever.

But ultimately it is the people that makes the place larger than life.Davena is super friendly and helps my daughter try bigger and more interesting jumps.Matt is great running dodgeball such that is is challenging, fun, as well as a great workout.Kaleigh is wonderful to talk to and super thoughtful.There are so many more wonderful people there but I am terrible with names. But basically from the moment we arrive to well after we leave we have a great time and great memories here. And hope others do too 😃

Amy DiGangi: We attended the Toddler Time on a Friday with our 2 year old son. The place was packed (and we got there right when it began.) I would've loved it if they capped the attendance sooner than they did as it would've been more enjoyable. The park is great though. Well maintained, clean and lots of fun options for kids and adults. The staff were all very friendly as well.

There was lots of people jumping onto others and multiple people on one trampoline happening. It’s a great place and it would be even better if they had more direction from Springz personnel.

B. Weeks: Cool place for kids of all ages. Games and trampoline rooms allow kids to run wild and just be kids. This is a family friendly place to celebrate birthdays or just an afternoon out.

Ray Braziel: Really small compared to other trampoline/game parks. Very limited choice of options/activities. Consumers will not get their money's worth. Look elsewhere.

Bella O: Love it here! We bring our kids here all the time and it’s suitable for all ages. Not sure why everyone says it’s expensive, only $8 for 30 min. which is enough to wear the kids out, and age 4 & under is only $4. Tuesdays are also half price for everyone. The ninja warrior course is awesome and the foam pits are tons of fun. The guys who work here are also very polite and respectful.

Drew Sartorius: Definitely a hidden gem. The best ninja course in the area and lots of variety in the various trampoline areas.

Arynn Tiffany: Best trampoline park I’ve ever been too! Very fun and accommodating for all ages. New ninja course is fun for a 3 year old as well as a 20 year old. Staff is very attentive and playful.

David Horski: Visited once with my daughter and that was enough. Staff was discourteous and we will not return. This business might have been able to get away with poor customer service in the past absent competition. Save time and go somewhere else for you jumping needs.

kristi stadler: Went here with friends this weekend for my husbands 30th bday. We had a BLAST! Did the $25 for 2 people for an hour which was totally worth it. Lots of fun for the kid inside everyone. Definitely would go back. What a great workout too :)

Kristen Long: We absolutely love to come here for the Kid Jump. It’s not too crowded in the morning, and my kids (ages 1 and 4) love all of the trampolines and obstacle courses. They have a new section for younger kids, and it’s the perfect thing. It’s a great way to spend a morning and get out some energy. My kids constantly ask when we’re going back to the “jumpy place!”

Jimmy Campbell: Really fun place for the kids. Parties are pretty expensive but super fun. Absolutely fun for adults as well.

Britta Stine: We had a great time and there was so much to do! The guys that checked us in were very helpful. There are cubbies to store your shoes / coat. There are drinks and snacks to buy but we stored our water bottle in our cubby. We got plenty of time to play and look fwd to using our membership.

Kd B: Took my three boys here today because it was raining out. We haven’t been in a year or two. Wow has this place gone down hill. You can tell it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. The place was super dirty, foam blocks are disintegrating, the roof was leaking and they had to close part of the park (out of their control I know). There was a lack of safety/supervision (they used to keep a pretty close eye on things and keep big kids out of the little kid areas.) On the plus side they did add some new areas since our last visit. We won’t be back though. Especially at a cost of something like $24 a person.

S Parker: This place is a disaster and the manager poorly manages this place, They stand around talking. When they should be making sure that the front entrance is clean. There is Trash on the floor. The Young kids at the check-in/register they Shouldn't be there. This facility is poorly managed by people who only want a pay check and dont want the responsibility of the job description. Please owner get new employees ASAP. My kids can go outside and play for free and it's cleaner...This place is TRASH 🗑...

DJ: Horrible membership experience. You can sign up at the location, but cancelling your membership requires a complicated online process of emails. In my case, I discovered that I was charged for many months of membership AFTER I submitted my resignation. It took about an additional month of emailing and follow-up to finally get the membership cancelled for good, and payments reimbursed.As for the facility, the trampoline areas are fine, but the rest of the place is pretty unkempt. The food and beverage areas are always trashed. Nobody seems to proactively keep common areas clean. Instead, the workers just sort of loaf around talking amongst themselves, and for the most part seem disinterested in anything else that is happening around them. For the amount of money that they're charging non-members that visit, you'd expect a lot more from the facility and staff.

But all good vibes, and my little girl got her Birthday wish, which always makes you feel blessed to be able to make your kids happy. Kept the younger and older kids occupied, which is a win for parents with children and teens lol. Highly recommend!

emily harnish: The floor was very dirty, probably from the teenagers that are employed there. Besides that, there are no benches to sit on to remove your shoes, so you must sit on the filthy floor. Now, that is not nearly as bad as hearing a physical fight between the employees while in the restroom. It's great for a once in a while trip to get the kids' energy out.

Dan Slater: This was the best day of 2022, the president of the company I work for too all my co-workers and I to the lake and went tubing. It was the most fun I had had since I had been in recovery.It was a special day because everyone that I work with was here and I can’t say in words how important each person I work with is to me. Lake Lansing is an awesome place to hangout with family and friends and go tubing.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they have signs posted that your not allowed to bring your pets and I didn't know that beforehand so my dog had to stay in the truck the whole time.Dog-friendliness: Signs said no pets

orphanedhanyou: Lovely park layout & nature but the front bathrooms are "closed for the season" in May? Taxpayers pay for entry to their own park for only one open bathroom (which had rusted and crumbling facilities)? On top of this several areas of the park had more litter than expected plus Sycamore Creek had multiple areas with downed trees & branches just piled with trapped trash. Hope a city clean up will get organized.

There are so many activities at the park: splash pad, swimming lake with row boats, fishing, sand volleyball and badminton net area, grassy area to fly a frisbee, and a wooden playground.Picnic area: Picnic tables around park, concession bar, some tables under umbrellas near splash pad.

KRISTEN L: Ran the pi day 5k here on Saturday. Nice little park. Trails were all clear except the boardwalk around the lake. Trails are very well marked. Actual rest rooms (so I don't know if they were just open for the race worth are open all year). Nice play equipment and plenty of parking

L: On Friday, March 3rd 2023 at 5p i purchased 5 tickets ($55) for a time slot of 4p-6p for Saturday, March 4th 2023.When my family arrived on March 4th at 3p (ish) I was told i am not on the list. I showed "Shelby" my confirmation email and she said, "you are a day late. those were for yesterday."i looked at the email and was shocked, I said, ""why would i buy 4p tickets at 5p!" she said that they were filled up but i could wait around and possibly the last 15-30 min we could go. i let her know, that $55 dollars is not worthy of a potential 15 min of tubing and i asked if i could have a refund. "I dont do that" i asked if i could speak to a manager and she called a christina. i could hear cristina on the phone and she said the same thing. i asked if christina could come here to speak to me and she said she would.i waited around for over 30 minutes. i asked if she can be called again to let her know im still waiting.christina spoke with me, "Im on my lunch and im not coming there to discuss with you. this is the deal, its like when you buy 10 movie theatre tickets, 10 people come and there is no room for others, thats the same im telling you."i said, "can i explain your computer scheduling issue and what happened" she said the computer scheduling issue is not here, "you can try to talk to someone on Monday about this." she had a laugh in her voice.I had again explained, "you cant allow my 3 kids to enjoy the tubing since we drove an hour here." i didnt care about my ticket or my husbands at that time.she said, "no"this was beyond hurtful, lack of empathy, no customer service, controlling and they should be embarrassed. they made it to we will never visit again and i will be sharing this experience with multiple social media reviews/friends/etci hope their behavior makes it to the proper chain in command and perhaps some customer service classes/training.
