Chris S: This is the perfect place to tire out your young kids. It's essentially a warehouse full of inflatables. It's spacious and there's only one exit, making it extremely easy to keep an eye on kids. Bonus for the fact that there are rows of comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting.
Jenn Groenhof: Rude and unprofessiona! And they tried to charge my card for canceling because of sick kids without Authorization. I never signed anything or was told anything about canceling other than whats listed on the website. Also kept trying to convince me to come in even though half the kids had sinus infections. You need some leeway on people getting sick. Also you legally cannot ask me to bring in a doctor's note. Do some research.
Amanda Audo: Make sure to call ahead before coming - we were turned away at the door because even though the website said they were open for public jumping (through spring break week) and we were there at the right time, the owner said they had a private party there and we should have called first.
Suresh Babu: Had birthday party for my kid at Jumping Jax and regretted it. Facilities are not clean and the employees are ride to the guests. They give very limited window between events like 5 min which is insane and makes guests confusing whose birthday event is active.

Kat Gandolfo Real Estate Guide: We attended a birthday party here and it was so much fun. Not only did all the children seem to really enjoy their time but so did my husband. As big kids with a shy in new places kid we got right up in the bounce houses with the kiddo's and boy it is fun but it's a workout. Really fun place to host a part but be warned and ready they stick to the time frame very seriously. Make sure you group is aware that when the time is up it's time to go asap. That way you can hopefully avoid some tears.
Ellie Ward: Fun place for kids to go (but not the friendliness). If you are debating on the 1 or 2 hour pass you should know they will not let you add the second hour at the discounted price after the initial hour (you have to purchase when you get there or pay full price). Check/call before you go because they are sometimes closed for birthday parties.

mike schalk: Need two weeks notice of cancellation or else you'll be charged, in my instance my kid was got HFM three days before birthday. In order to get a refund I had to go to Dr's office and get a note just to get a refund. Spoke with some Indian guy on his phone who was rude and unprofessional. I will be doing business elsewhere at this place is complete rip off, and sets parents up for failure when kids get sick.

The website was inaccurate and unhelpful. When I asked about the inaccuracies he told me “come back and let me show you that you’re wrong”. Facility also looked dirty and run down. Will never be returning.

We bring our kids here all the time.The owner is super nice. We came in on Monday September 12th but they are closed on Mondays during school year. The owner was in his car so he called me and the kids and opened the place up for us. Such a nice gesture. Thank you so much.

Libby Rice: We had a private event with 130 kids - Matt and his team were outstanding! The event ran like a well-oiled machine, the pizza was fantastic and our kids had a blast. But basically from the moment we arrive to well after we leave we have a great time and great memories here. And hope others do too 😃
Amy DiGangi: We attended the Toddler Time on a Friday with our 2 year old son. The place was packed (and we got there right when it began.) I would've loved it if they capped the attendance sooner than they did as it would've been more enjoyable. The park is great though. Well maintained, clean and lots of fun options for kids and adults. The staff were all very friendly as well.

Kept rolling his eyes and saying stuff u under his breath jus because he is one of the managers family doesn't mean he should b privileged. He is not cut out for this work.but on that note we had to have another worker young lady Mya come help twice she was very nice and we had a great experience with her also excellent customer service. James Wertz: Fun place. Got Laser tag and video games. Food and drinks. Took kiddo for his birthday he had blast. Food was ok not the greatest. Got a 2 hour fun pass.

William Kolberg: Dustin, a manager at the Wavery Rd. location in Lansing showed complete bias as he didn’t allow my daughter and her friend to jump without a parent after he asked repeatedly the last name “which was Latino” Right before us in line was a group of white girls clearly under the age of 12 allowed to be unescorted. Then he made a comment “ what parent in the world would leave 2 13 year olds by themselves?” , embarrassing me in front of other Families.

Kristen Long: We absolutely love to come here for the Kid Jump. It’s not too crowded in the morning, and my kids (ages 1 and 4) love all of the trampolines and obstacle courses. They have a new section for younger kids, and it’s the perfect thing. It’s a great way to spend a morning and get out some energy. My kids constantly ask when we’re going back to the “jumpy place!”
Jimmy Campbell: Really fun place for the kids. Parties are pretty expensive but super fun. Absolutely fun for adults as well.

There are drinks and snacks to buy but we stored our water bottle in our cubby. We got plenty of time to play and look fwd to using our membership.
Kd B: Took my three boys here today because it was raining out. We haven’t been in a year or two. Wow has this place gone down hill. You can tell it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. The place was super dirty, foam blocks are disintegrating, the roof was leaking and they had to close part of the park (out of their control I know). There was a lack of safety/supervision (they used to keep a pretty close eye on things and keep big kids out of the little kid areas.) On the plus side they did add some new areas since our last visit. We won’t be back though. Especially at a cost of something like $24 a person.

S Parker: This place is a disaster and the manager poorly manages this place, They stand around talking. When they should be making sure that the front entrance is clean. There is Trash on the floor. The Young kids at the check-in/register they Shouldn't be there. This facility is poorly managed by people who only want a pay check and dont want the responsibility of the job description. Please owner get new employees ASAP. My kids can go outside and play for free and it's cleaner...This place is TRASH 🗑...
DJ: Horrible membership experience. You can sign up at the location, but cancelling your membership requires a complicated online process of emails. In my case, I discovered that I was charged for many months of membership AFTER I submitted my resignation. It took about an additional month of emailing and follow-up to finally get the membership cancelled for good, and payments reimbursed.As for the facility, the trampoline areas are fine, but the rest of the place is pretty unkempt. The food and beverage areas are always trashed. Nobody seems to proactively keep common areas clean. Instead, the workers just sort of loaf around talking amongst themselves, and for the most part seem disinterested in anything else that is happening around them. For the amount of money that they're charging non-members that visit, you'd expect a lot more from the facility and staff.

But all good vibes, and my little girl got her Birthday wish, which always makes you feel blessed to be able to make your kids happy. Kept the younger and older kids occupied, which is a win for parents with children and teens lol. Highly recommend!

emily harnish: The floor was very dirty, probably from the teenagers that are employed there. Besides that, there are no benches to sit on to remove your shoes, so you must sit on the filthy floor. Now, that is not nearly as bad as hearing a physical fight between the employees while in the restroom. It's great for a once in a while trip to get the kids' energy out.

Katrina Linning-Duffy: The play was ok but we should have trained personnel at the station to ensure the public is using the arena appropriately. There was one guy for two separated sections. There was lots of people jumping onto others and multiple people on one trampoline happening. It’s a great place and it would be even better if they had more direction from Springz personnel.

B. Weeks: Cool place for kids of all ages. Games and trampoline rooms allow kids to run wild and just be kids. This is a family friendly place to celebrate birthdays or just an afternoon out.
Ray Braziel: Really small compared to other trampoline/game parks. Very limited choice of options/activities. Consumers will not get their money's worth. Look elsewhere.
Bella O: Love it here! We bring our kids here all the time and it’s suitable for all ages. Not sure why everyone says it’s expensive, only $8 for 30 min. which is enough to wear the kids out, and age 4 & under is only $4. Tuesdays are also half price for everyone. The ninja warrior course is awesome and the foam pits are tons of fun. The guys who work here are also very polite and respectful.

Arynn Tiffany: Best trampoline park I’ve ever been too! Very fun and accommodating for all ages. New ninja course is fun for a 3 year old as well as a 20 year old. Staff is very attentive and playful.

David Horski: Visited once with my daughter and that was enough. Staff was discourteous and we will not return. This business might have been able to get away with poor customer service in the past absent competition. Save time and go somewhere else for you jumping needs.
kristi stadler: Went here with friends this weekend for my husbands 30th bday. We had a BLAST! Did the $25 for 2 people for an hour which was totally worth it. Lots of fun for the kid inside everyone. Definitely would go back. What a great workout too :)

Lee Esch: Food is overpriced, the pizza reminded me way too much of Digiorno. The bowling alley is very nice though.

Marie Reeder: I don't do reviews usually, but I wanted to share my experience. The customer service that my family received today was phenomenal. The man who ran the register to get us the lane, the man who was serving drinks and food and the woman who redeemed tickets were all amazing. This was an incredibly kid friendly experience and I will never go to any other arcade or bowling alley. I highly recommend Spare Time.

Incorrect scores, lanes closing mid game, lanes just plain breaking in the middle of a game and having to go to another lane and then THAT one being broken too! Terrible and stressful experience, had to leave because it was unbearable to play and get the wrong scores constantly.

The alcohol drinks served were disgusting. 10/10 do not recommend this place to nobody.
