K R: A great location with a good amount of seats. This place fills up with college students studying intently drinking plenty of coffee. The blue owl, properly named for a nocturnal creature being by a college campus, lots of caffeine consumed.The staff was nice, upbeat and helpful. Chase Hasper: Nice coffee shop in a good, central spot. They had a reasonable amount of seating with a decent selection of drinks. My mocha was good and I appreciated the laid back atmosphere, but don’t know that I’d spend a long time here, the seating was a bit stiff. But maybe if I had homework to do? However, an overall decent stop!
