Christopher Symons: This is one of the best if not the best auto repair shop in the lansing area Mike and his team are amazing there honest and they care about there customers and they have always done a great job fixing my vehicles thanks Mike but I went by there today and it said the place was permanently closed hope mike and his family our ok to bad such a great shop sad to see it go
Brian Murley: I have a VW Tigaun. Took it to Wiiliams Auto for a noise coming from my back left tire, Williams replaced the arm bar lever , $1200 later, noise still there. Come to find out it was the wheel barriers that needed to be replaced, called Williams for estimate, $1200. Then called Mike's Auto Care $600 .... If you have a foreign car that needs basic repairs...call Mike's....... Brian

Stephen Williams: I've known Chuck and Betty for over 20 years. They've did outstanding work on my Buick. When I brought it in it was having problems. It had trouble starting up. Also transmission issues throwing all sorts of engine codes. They fixed the problems gave it a tune up now it runs like it's brand new. Many other places would've asked me to consider trading it in for a new car. By basically putting a band-aid on it and sending me away. Some of the engine issues kind of cascaded into other things with the car. They made things right and had them working properly. I trust how they do things and they know their stuff 💯! Upon my inspection I found it to be two brake lines leaking from master cylinder.I stored vehicle over weekend and had 2002 Buick towed to All Auto Service Sunday evening. I logged into All Auto’s service web page, and set up an appointment. Chuck called me Monday morning to confirm my car needed new brake lines and rotors calipers pads in front and rear. I knew my brakes needed service, so no surprise. Chuck gave me a fair quote, I modified the repair, asking only the rear brake replacement. I was thinking I could repair myself. Aries Goddess: The customer service was really good I give that 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars. However the estimate that I received I would give 1 star⭐.I received an estimate (which isn't free. They charge to look at your vehicle even if they don't fix it) from them that would've cost me $2,194-$2,251 If they had done the work. Luckily I had a guy with me that knows vehicles, because being a woman I am very skeptical of mechanics. He told me that the estimate Vision was giving me was way more work than what I actually needed to be done for the problem that I had. He even asked the guy giving me the estimate about all the extra work he was including that didn't need to be done... Vision's employee gave some reason about why they couldn't execute the repair that way.I contacted another auto mechanic shop who also agreed that all the work I was told that needed to be done by Vision was unnecessary.They even walked me under my vehicle to show me everything; so I could see for myself what actually needed to be done & exactly what they would be fixing. They fixed my vehicle in under 1 hour and I was only charged $212. Along with the parts and labor having a one-year warranty. Now my vehicle is back to running good as new. And I didn't have to be ripped off by paying over $2000 more than what it actually cost to fix.I suggest if you are a woman and you go to this shop you take a man with you that is knowledgeable in vehicles because if you don't chances are they are going to wipe your bank account by having you pay for things that you don't necessarily need.Service:Auto exhaust system repair

Mark Jacobsen: Had an Emission Sensor Problem error come up after having taken my car in for an oil change. After having the dealer quote me $5k in repairs including a catalytic converter replacement I figured I'd take it back to Vision JIC. Naturally the error code went away before I could do that so Vision told me to bring it back if it came back... and after a month or so it did. When they got it in the shop they ran diagnostics and found the software was not up to date. Of course when I had taken the car to the dealer (and they should have done the software upgrade) we were under just warranty and a few days later crossed over. Still Vision gave me the documentation and suggested having the dealer take care of it since it was their mistake. Lucky for me they did and I saved around $3k, but had I not came to Vision I would have been out that money and the dealer would have done an unnecessary repair. Thanks Vision!

Scott Scotson: My car kept complaining about my tire pressure constantly only a week after filling the tires each time, so I called vision. They picked up my car, did some magic on my tires and runs and brought the car back to me. I really like the pick up and delivery option as usually I walk back home with other shops!My tire pressure seems to be holding now, thank you!
Destiny Foltz: I had run out of coolant and my car started smoking. I called them and explained the situation and they were able to send somebody over to take me home and sent out a tow truck. I believe Steve was the one who took me home, he was super awesome and very helpful. They made sure to keep in touch and call me with every update they had. They were super quick and very accommodating. I was only without a vehicle for a few hours and they even let me pick it up after close since I was busy. Super super friendly! They diagnosed the issue and only fixed what needed to be fixed right then and there and suggested I keep an eye on anything else that may be wrong. Turned around a very bad day for me :)

Corey Buchanan: Wish I could give negative stars. Brought my car in to inspect an error code involving the throttle actuator; and an oil change w/ transmission fluid flush. After their "inspection" I was told that I needed a whole new transmission, throttle body, sway bars, and new tires. After I had said I couldn't believe that's what they thought was wrong with it and accused them of trying to make me do something I didn't need, they said "well you don't really need the sway bars". With a quoted price of almost $11,000. I picked my car up and took it to get serviced for an oil change, transmission fluid, and engine air filter. There they found my air filter had a hole in it the size of a softball... Also spoke with a dealership mechanic and their response was (what I already knew) that the mechanic had over estimated the whole job. For a company that's literal hold tone speaks of being trustworthy and not charging for things you don't need, I find it ironic how they didn't even check my engine air filter during the inspection after I had told them I wanted it checked out... Don't trust them, wouldn't send my worst enemy to even get a quote there.

Mai M: I went in for a diagnostic test on my car (which was priced at $108) and somehow I ended with them keeping my car for almost three weeks trying to do more tests. They talk fast and around you. They did not tell me they were charging me extra for keeping my car. They also did not explicitly state that they were running additional tests. I wish they would have just told me they did not know what was wrong with my car after the first test so I could have had time to go elsewhere instead of cheating me out of $300. Tim Kylman: Picked up my Mom's truck after they installed transmission lines. The lines leaked the transmission blew. With less than 50 miles on the vehicle they said it was her fault and it would cost $5,000 dollars for a junk yard transmission no warranty or guarantee. We called a transmission shop $4500 Jasper remanufactured with warranty,When we went to have it towed the truck had the window broken out the transmission lines cut the catalytic converter removed and it was suspiciously parked two feet outside the camera range. They never HONORED there warranty. I give them two stars because I honestly believe they were telling the truth about no warranty on the transmission that blew because be of thier repair.

Mike Pizzo: Friendly, knowledgeable, honest shop with excellent service. Their labor rates are one of the lowest around and they don't charge a ridiculous markup on the parts. I had a 6,700.00 estimate from another shop, Auto Lab did everything plus more work that was found for 4,700.00 and offers a veterans discount. Sam the manager is a genuinely great person. I cannot recommend any other shop over the service you will receive at Auto Lab.
Ron Feher: Said they don't give quotes over the phone. That should have been my first sign. Like they don't have software that tells them how much parts are and how long it takes to put them on. I finally got them to give me a quote and dropped off the car cuz it was about what everybody else was charging. They called me the next day said they made a mistake and doubled the quote. As soon as I told them not to work on it I was coming to get it they proceeded to wait 20 minutes and call me back and take it back down to the original quote. Promptly went and picked up my vehicle. Those kind of sales tactics are so outdated and ridiculous I can't believe they thought anybody would go for that!Update: The bait and switch quote was double what 3 other shops quoted me. Funny the other 3 were all within $10 of each other. You called me back and reduced the price to what you originally quoted me that was the price the other 3 quoted me. Can you explain that away? You had my car so you thought you were going to hold me hostage. Not happening. Trying to work with you costed me 2 additional cab rides. Compltetly unprofessional and deceptive way to make double the profit on a repair. No need to talk further. I think we both know we won't be dealing with each other in the future. By the way it pays 1 hour. 4 bolts, How could you make a mistake on that?

j g: After a few days they returned with the same diagnosis I gave them at the beginning so a few wasted days isn't great but whatever. Then they quoted 2x to 3x the price for a part saying that was "his" price from Napa yet Napa's own website confirms Auto-lab is asking 2 to 3 times more. The part can be found on Amazon for 6x less than Auto-lab quoted. Had my vehicle towed to a more honest shop after talking with a rude manager (Sam) who just whined about how expensive it is to run his shop and how he needed his profits. Business owners and managers who whine about expenses are destined to run the place into the ground while blaming everything but their own decisions. Sure, making a profit is fine but trying to dramatically overcharge on an easily confirmed price is just bad management.

Just to look at it was $200 and if I walked away from getting it fixed I would be out that but to fix just my air it was $800 that day my tail lights were both working😞 all for nothing and got my air fixed with new compressor I guess said to think it's a 2010 and almost 200000 miles is all I could afford and now my car is putting me more into the ground.

nonya C: If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. They did the timing and phasers for the F-150 for close to $3,000, then less than14k miles later they replaced the cam sensor and said "whoever did the phasers work (which they did) messed up the pigtail and they had to replace that too". Now, they don't know what is wrong with it. Took it to another place and they said the timing and phasers were never replaced and that is exactly what the problem is! Now when we call up there, they hang up on us and won't explain how they are going to make it right. They don't honor any "warranty" they say they will give you and are not a part of the BBB. They aren't to be trusted whatsoever and they know what they are doing to people.

Robert Lee: Don’t use if you have a newer or nicer car that you really care about. They messed up several things on my car so that I would come back and spend more money. I should have asked for a refund while I was there but all I could focus on was getting out of there as soon as possible. Went in for a simple inspection and got ALL of my lug nuts broken and was given a sorry excuse that the lug nuts were cheaply made and they break all the time. I have had my car at 4 different shops recently for various things and no one has messed up the lug nuts or complained about them. All 20 of my lug nuts either are dented or have little holes in them now. These are some sketchy mechanics and your better off going to the dealership for things like that. If I wasn’t in a hurry I wouldn’t have stopped there but in the future I wouldn’t even let them service my bike.
