Stephanie Navarro: The Cadillac Room is inside of Riverview Church, which is in Reo Town. I go to this church... it is a nondenominational church. It's nice. Come as you are. Has a coffee, tea & hot chocolate bar. Sermons begin @ 10am & usually let out 11:15-11:30. There are groups for younger ages. There are groups for women. There are live bands. There are all types of events that you can sign up for. It's an extremely comfortable church. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere compared to a strict, by the book, hymns out of a hymn book, read the bible verses word by word w/o any interpretation, etc. The pastors are knowledgeable & so very friendly/personable. It's an extremely non judgmental zone!

Liz: We had our wedding reception here in Sept 2022. Everything was perfect! The communication leading up to the event was excellent, Leah was always helpful and responsive. The staff onsite day-of coordinated with our vendors so we didn't even have to think about anything other than the celebration. The venue is beautiful and guests made many comments about the space being perfect. I would recommend them to any others considering them for their events.

I can say this is one of the nicer place for an event in Lansing. Staff is super helpful and works with you to make sure you have what you need. Check them out if you need event space.

Melanie Smith: I wish I could give this venue a higher rating because it is beautiful and I loved my wedding and how everything turned out. So for the actual venue itself, I would rate it much higher. I love the repurposed hardwood floors, the bathrooms are nice and spacious, the garage rooms are a perfect way to break up the space for a big event like a wedding. Now comes the reason for such a low rating - the people and experience working with the venue. We were able to schedule a first meeting quickly despite COVID, and the event coordinator was friendly. We booked quickly after and once our deposit was made it was crickets. We would call and not hear back for weeks, eventually being told that they didn't have the staff to "man the phones" so everything went to the answering machine and no one checked that. When we did hear back, we would get information that was completely contradictory to what we had already been told, which created huge issues with other service providers, such as our rental company and caterer. The price of this place seems extremely reasonable until you start adding up the miscellaneous costs you incur because not much is included. DO NOT book this place if you are doing a wedding without a professional planner/coordinator. Just don't. If you do book here, get everything in writing down to the smallest detail so they cannot go back and tell you differently 4 days before your wedding. Lastly, our event was over a month ago and we are still waiting for a refund we were promised before our event even happened.

We were married out at the beautiful gazebo with fall colors all on display, and had a wonderful reception inside the venue. They had affordable and customizable packages that we used to decorate the reception hall. We so appreciated everything that Kim and Andi did to make our wedding day so special. They were always available to answer questions and over the wedding weekend they were ready to support us where needed.

We even decided to do a slide show at the last minute and the staff provided us with a screen.The hall was set up just like the blue print I went over with the staff. I can’t tell you how helpful the staff is here. We got so many compliments on the space.I would not hesitate to have another party here.Thanks for helping to make my daughters day so special.

Jacey Culross-Kingsbury: Lisa was great to work with and good at responding quickly and with good information. The pricing for the entire venue for our wedding was very reasonable as well. Lisa was quite understanding as we had an entire keg get wasted because it was foam, and she didn't charge us for bringing in another one to replace it. My only recommendation is for anyone bringing in kegs - Make sure whatever tub you use to put ice in to keep kegs cool has absolutely no leaks because the kegs will be on top of the carpet. So, if you planned to use those plastic barrels cut in half, find another option! We lost some of our deposit because the ice water went onto the carpet through a small hole in the barrel.

jennifer stachowiak: Went to the doll show. The show was amazing. Wish it was just a Little bigger. But it was amazing. It would be good to have some bigger signage at the road. It is an easy place to miss.

Susan Lesio: Good space for a seminar, but nothing fancier than that. They kept the temperature comfortable, which is always a challenge. The catering, though, left much to be desired. Buffet items were all microwaved items and most of it from a can. A microwave oven and a can opener does not quality you to be a catering service.

Lori Stutzman: Very nice building. Clean bathrooms! The room my conference was in was carpeted with an area of flooring for dancing. My only complaint was they did not have strong enough wifi for me to be able to connect to. It was overloaded from the capacity in the room. They even asked you not to connect your phone to it so it might be able to accommodate others. But, I was never able to connect and neither were a few other people around me. There were approximately 100 people in attendance. I would attend a conference there again.

T. Campbell: I've had the pleasure of working at the Banquet & Conference Center of DeWitt on numerous occasions. It is an excellent location for a wedding celebration. It is very clean and well-maintained with all the amenities. Plenty of space, beautiful built-in dance floor, nice big, full-service kitchen, large foyer, immaculate bathrooms and conveniently located right off the highway in DeWitt.
