Wild Goose Inn: what do users think?
Tiffany McGillie: A wonderful place! This perfect gem is located right in the heart of downtown East Lansing, but feels private and secluded once you enter. I can't recommend it enough. The entire place is wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed--the innkeepers have really good taste! There are interesting and beautiful things to discover in every corner, and that's before you even get to your suite (check out the cupula)! I stayed in the "Winter Eden" suite, and it was great. The spa bath room was so beautiful: Live ferns and plants surrounded the (big enough for two!) jet tub, and there were multiple skylights above. It was a great place to stay, and I can't wait to go back.Nearby activities: Saper Gallery is right across the street, and the Broad Art Museum is less than a block away (on the MSU campus). There are multiple pubs, clubs, eateries, and shops nearby. Want a really good dinner nearby? Try Beggar's Banquet!Walkability: This place is about as downtown as East Lansing gets. You can walk anywhere downtown easily and safely.Noteworthy details: Beautiful furniture and decor; secluded outdoor courtyard; quality personal products in the bathroom; spa robes in the closet; fresh flowers in the rooms!
Harold Devine: Very quaint little b&b
Kevin “Ronan” Lovell: Had a beautiful room with a jacuzzi in it. Great location great people!Rooms: Beautiful rooms with a few choices of themes. Location is great for everything MSU!Walkability: Great location
Ml Tupps: It was such a rimantic get away! It was so relaxing. This was my first time at a bed and breakfast and I was not disappointed. The rooms are so uniqueWe stayed in the Atumn room. I loved the fire place. Also its pet freindly.Rooms: It was unique and had a hot tub as my favorite feature.Nearby activities: We stayed to be close to the wharton thea8. We qent to see betwl juice. This also close to many other unique restrqunts and bakeries. The merdian mall is 8 minutes away.
Don Grinnell: This is a great place to stay, quiet, peaceful, the food and service is top notch, couldn't picked a better place to stay for my wife's birthday. P.S. the dog greeter (Yogi) is the sweetest dog ever. Great job everyone we will be a repeat guest.Ty
The Shaw's: Wife and I have enjoyed stays in every room! While we have our favorites, they are all unique/enjoyable in their own way!We absolutely Love this Bed W/breakfast! CThe rooms are amazing! The breakfast is always delicious! And then you have Yogi there to make it feel like home, while we eat.Al the owner is always friendly, and attentive! (Btw Yogi is the perfect four legged hostess friend)The location is amazing as well. As there are plenty of options for food, drinks, and activities within walking distance. You just have to look past the beer bong tables in the front yards nearly everywhere. I mean, this is college town and all... lolRooms: The rooms are amazing with in suite Jacuzzis!Nearby activities: There are ample activities all around. Food, drinks, art galleries, etc...Walkability: A variety of venues within walking distance.
Mia Hillaker: Absolutely gorgeous gem hidden in East Lansing! It's not much to look at on first glance, but every room is beautiful and unique. We rented out the whole venue for a Bachelorette Party and had a wonderful time. Very clean and the owner/staff were super friendly and respectful. They also validate parking for the lot next door, which is super convenient and much appreciated :)
Jessica Y: We went here for our anniversary and it was such a nice experience. They even brought us fresh flowers for our room that bloomed for weeks when we brought them home. It was nice to be able to walk out the door, get food, and go to a museum. I felt all the instructions ahead of time were clear and accurate. They made such smart use of the space, and I thought the layout was very unique. Vegan breakfast options are available! They made us really good oatmeal, slow cooked, with fruit and had almond milk for coffee and some good muffins!Plus, they have the cutest dog ever, and it just made it feel like home. We definitely want to go back at some point! In the winter here it was busy but quiet, it is mixed with residential housing so maybe ask ahead about noise during the summer.

Sunny: I am absolutely in love with this B&B! I stayed in the Autumn Arbor room and it was so cozy! I loved the jacuzzi tub and the rainfall shower in this room! Everything was very clean and the room provided all the bathroom essentials as well as bathrobes. Their breakfast is also amazing with fresh fruit, coffee, and made to order entreea. As a bonus, during breakfast, you get to meet Yogi, the cutest dog I've ever met! Would 100% stay here again!
Erica Holt: This is the loveliest b&b around. We've wanted to stay a night here since we moved to the Lansing area 5 years ago. This place is absolutely delightful and just as lovely as the photos suggest. The room was nicely decorated with fresh flowers. The jacuzzi bath was amazing. And they offer a big breakfast in the morning.Zero complaints. The price is the same as a lot of chain hotels around, so if you're lucky enough to snag a room here, it's a much better experience.
Molly Sute: The Wild Goose Inn is the perfect escape for a low key couples getaway whether you’re coming from near or far! My fiancé and I stayed in the Autumn Arbor room where we were met with beautiful leaves covering the entire ceiling, the most perfectly selected decor, and of course a unique canopy bed constructed to resemble a beautiful tree. We enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi tub and the ambiance of the dim lighting, candles provided, and the fireplace roaring at the foot of the bed. In the morning, we were excited to indulge in our much anticipated breakfast consisting of perfectly cooked eggs and toast, with homemade muffins and cut fruit to top it off. The greatest surprise of all was being greeted by our new furry friend, Yogi, who kept us company while we ate and was so well behaved. My fiancé and I are already planning our next trip, in hopes of staying in each of these well designed rooms! Thank you, Wild Goose Inn!
Nancy Cerkvenik: Breakfast was filling and delightful. Rooms are immaculate and the staff are wonderful as well. Very welcoming and comfortable environment.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ashley Goforth: Super perfect date overnight with my husband for our anniversary. We had flowers in our room, candles, nice outdoor seating space, so many nice games and books. Loved the organic soaps and bath salts for our spa tub.The breakfast was amazing, the service was great and everyone was so nice. The location was perfect for walking or riding bikes. Felt homey but very private. We Definitely enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Frank Smith: All was clean and our room (the French Room) was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was ample, healthy, and tasty. Diane was friendly, helpful and interesting. We could not have asked for a better experience.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Darcy Guello: My son and I stayed here for attending a convention at the Lansing Center, and it was better than I could have hoped for. The home was decorated like a cozy museum with delightful displays that were hard to walk past without studying them. Our beds were very comfortable and we had a nice big bathroom to ourselves. She cooked a wonderful breakfast and made sure it fit our food requirements (vegetarian and keto - not easy to do). The Lansing Center was within walking distance so we didn't have to pay parking fees either. And Diane and her adorable dog (Teddy Bear) were so warm and welcoming. I just loved staying here and plan to come back with my husband for a date night. The picture is of the table set for breakfast.
Carolyn Suttles: One of the best, most authentic bed and breakfast stays you’ll find anywhere. Diane is a wonderful host and a community gem in Lansing. Very fair prices, delicious breakfast; an oasis in the city. A 15 minute walk downtown or to Olde Town, in a very cute, walkable neighborhood surrounded by lovely old homes. A little quirky, but charming, and the cutest schnauzer ever, Teddy!
Dohm Marie: My friends and I stayed here when we came into town for an MSU vs UofM football game. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Diane and the other guests were all friendly and breakfast was plentiful and filling and tasty! The rooms had unique decorations so you definitely felt the care she took to style each room differently. I’d highly recommend this place to others!
Mary Cicala: Though we arrived several hours early the host met us and was happy to have us there. She gave us a very nice tour of the bed and breakfast and offered many great suggestions for dining, walking and other guided tours. In the morning she had a fabulous savory breakfast waiting for us and shared a lot of the history of the 2 homes on the property. With the 2 homes, there are plenty of guest rooms many of them with ensuite bathrooms. We would definitely stop in again when we're in the Lansing area. We highly recommend the Cozy Koi. It even has a koi pond in a garden setting!!
Haimen Aziz: The location is good, the place is nice from the outside, looks nice from inside too but when stay the night found out that the mattresses are old and all the bed and linens smell bad. The lady who runs the place, Dian, is not there most of the time, and not so nice, when we asked her to replace the mattresse or the room, she says that what they have and you can leave if you don't like it. If you stay for the night, you will pay about $100 with breakfast, which is expensive, and you can stay for less than that in 3 stars hotel.
connolly jenkins: Beautiful place. Beautiful host
Alejandro Whitford: Super helpful to us, friendly, knows everything about the area and we're to buy a good home. Only place in town to stay away from home.
Matt Prangley: Awesome location a short drive from Old Town, and an awesome price.
Thomas Bauer: Thanks Diane!
Kate Fogle: A unique bed and breakfast experience close to all the good things Lansing has to offer. Diane, the innkeeper, is genuinely kind and super interesting, with incredible stories to share. She makes sure you're cozy in your room and then attends to you each morning with a homemade breakfast and great conversation. We slept well, eat well, and felt like we'd made a friend by the end of our stay. In the age of ubiquitous hotels, the Cozy Koi is a gem. We'll be staying here again the next time we find ourselves in Lansing!
Goyce Redmond: Owner is rude she honestly need a half a star. Also she needs to upgrade her sign
Mike Davis: Friendly, warm place, though a bit pricey.
VeraAnn Hunt: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Koi bed and breakfast. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was large and home cooked. We would recommend this place to anyone that is going to Lansing for a visit.Dr. and Mrs. Hunt.
Jo Murphy: Diane, the owner, was very gracious and helpful upon arrival. We settled into our beautiful and comfortable room and then she helped get us directions to navigate town. The home was clean and comfortable, and the room was immaculate. The sheets were clean and very soft, and we had our own bathroom with all toiletries provided. Breakfast in the morning was superb. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lansing.

Very comfortable-furnishings and bedding. We know a good Inn as we have stayed in B&B's for 40 years on our travels and this ranks as one the best! Thank you Nordic Pineapple!

Sarah Ha: We just finished our second stay at the Nordic Pineapple, and it was wonderful, much like our first stay. The building is beautiful and has an interesting history. We have stayed in two of the guest suites (the Teal Bear and the Purple Viking) and liked them both. The rooms were clean, full of charm, and had very comfortable beds and jetted soaking tubs. There are two snack rooms for guests to take advantage of, two porches, a library, and a sitting room/living room. The owners, Greg and Kjersten, are so warm and welcoming. We stayed with our four year old son and they were both so sweet to him. They were very responsive to any questions or needs that arose and were easy to reach by text when needed. The breakfasts are amazing! They are also very accommodating of dietary restrictions and allergies. I am a vegetarian and there was a vegetarian version of the breakfast prepared for me each day.During our two stays we saw guests of a variety of ages, from young couples to families with children to retirees. The Nordic Pineapple truly seems Iike a place where everyone is welcome and will be made to feel at home. We are looking forward to our next visit!

A library, sitting rooms and a dining area accommodated all of us. We did not go away hungry - all the meals were delicious. Since we were there for a murder mystery weekend we had the added excitement of venturing into town to gather clues and the city of St John’s has plenty of small businesses and eateries. Five stars for the incredible hosts and they attention to detail the entire weekend. It was worth every penny and we will be back.

Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol: what do users think?
Bonnie Hanner: How can a hotel like this have no microwave? Along with having no way to heat up your left overs from last night that you put in their fridge their restaurant is closed as well so and don’t know when it will reopen according to the front desk. Therefore there is no continental breakfast. Parking, You either have to pay for parking in the parking deck or park on the street which by 8 a.m. is not free anymore.I can go to the west side of Lansing and get more convenient parking and a microwave to heat up my food for $40 cheaper.
Annette Munroe: PICK ANYWHERE BUT HERE!Was told on arrival that the king room we reserved months in advance (& confirmed with reservatiin staff the day prior to our arrival) was not available & our only option was a double. The only thing keeping this review from being a full 1 star was the staff behind the counter who discounted our room & gave us a couple free non-alcoholic beverages (as well as handling several issues yet to come)When we asked the valet where the hotel parking lot was, he said our "only option was valet", so we filled out the form & gave him our key & he said we would get a text to use for payment & pickup once they got "caught up". Never got any text.Headed to assigned room & found a "do not disturb" sign on door handle but key unlocked door which opened to find pillow & blankets strewn across the floor so we quickly backed out. Back down to the check-in line to get a new room & the staff advised us that room had not only been marked "cleaned" but also marked "inspected & ready for occupancy" so she sent a housekeeping mgr up to our next room to verify it was good & then deal with the first room.Second room had view of a heart-wrenching 9-11 Monument with bright upward shining spotlights, unfortunately shining directly into our window & only sheer curtains were closable (black out curtains were apparently only for "decor" because their track only went 1 ft from the corners). Wall were paper thin & every surrounding conversation was loudly audible in detail all night. No hotel info in room & no TV info channel so we had no directions to hotel amenities or check out procedure.Obviously slept poorly but fast forward to 7am & still no text from valet so now worrying our car would be missing. Got to front desk to check out & find valet to sort out our car, only to be told the 3rd party valets never showed up for work that am & the hotel was trying to contact 3rd party mgt. Luckily the hotel mgr had keys to valet box so was able to get us & several others our keys & directions to find our cars (incredibly they asked those who had the valet text to still pay but most refused, they did give us our key based on photo ID only)Overall a HORRIBLE hotel experience, especially for the Radisson brand. Location was the only other good thing about hotel as it was across the street from convention center however everyone else at my event who stayed there had similar horror stories including 1 couple who said their first assigned room smelled so strongly of mold when they opened the door that they also had to be re-assigned to a double room instead of the king they paid for.AN INCREDIBLE DISAPPOINTMENT! I'd personally recommend staying elsewhere & just planning a little longer walk or drive to convention center before I'd trust Radisson again.

Oona Demko: Really loud ongoing construction that will not stop. Front desk won’t address the noise and says to just wait. They can’t switch rooms because they are supposedly all booked. I would not recommend staying here
Peggy Rauch: A lot of construction that does not allow for use of pool or hot tub. No bathtub in room. No internet password given. Valet parking was $28Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Vishwa Teja Yerram: Strangest visit of recent times. There was mix up on their end during check in and someone opened our room door at 3 AM. Lucky us we had to door latch on if not they would have walked on to us during our sleep. This is located in convenient location but some websites mentioned of free parking which is not accurate. Public Garage close to it offer full day parking for over 20$. The room was outdated, dusting was not done on the furniture. All furniture in the suite had dust on it. Avoid it if you can.
Meghan Perry: If you come here you have two options for parking, you can valet parking is $30 something after taxes. And then there is a parking lot next door it's $15 for over night but they start charging every hour I think $3 at 6 or 7 am. You can get info at the pay here spot when you drive in but you pay when you leave. They do not have a pool and there is construction going on at the moment but it didn't seem to bother me.The bar and the kitchen closes at 9. I had a room we're you can see the capital I highly recommend. Valet, check in guy, and bartender are great. Hope this helps! I was on the tenth floor.Rooms: Rooms are nice, good size TV, love the shower.Walkability: There is a market near by, some art to look at and a few bars. Lol it's actually beautiful but make sure your tires are good coming to Lansing. Lol
Drew Dickey: I would like to say the valet service here is absolutely amazing. I was greeted and my car was taken good care of by Connor. Jennifer King: Staff were great. Room cleanliness could def be improved. There were some pretty gross stains on the comforter that I didn't find until just prior to checkout. Jim Larue: I found myself in the Lansing area, needing a room, but without a reservation anyplace. Originally targeting a budget place like a Red Roof Inn, I learned a couple of popular shows were in town, and lots of the usual lodging was booked. That's when I found the Candlewood. The staff was very friendly. The room's features reminded me if a Hilton Garden Inn or Marriott Courtyard than a Red Roof room. My room had a kitchenette, so meals could be prepared if I had planned ahead. This would be a great place to stay for a week or a long weekend. There were some basics for sale in a lobby area, such as prepackaged cereal, milk, microwave popcorn, etc., but far better would be to bring groceries from home or hit a local grocery store. The bed was comforatable. Everything was super clean. I'd stay here again.Rooms: Very clean, spacious, well fitted, comfortableSafety: This is across from a newer hospital in a somewhar rural setting. It appeared to be an area low in crime.
Joanna Carrillo: I have been here a couple times and each time the bathrooms were not as clean as I would like to see. With hairs in the bathtub shoe prints on floor, stains on wall etc.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doug Milewski: Needed a place to stay after we arrived at our original hotel only to find the power was out throughout Kalamazoo and we needed to find another place to stay. This hotel a little out of our way but every hotel in the area was booked solid. Nice staff (a little overwhelmed with all the last-minute bookings), clean/spacious room, and very quiet. Everything I'm looking for in a hotel!
Max Lamee: Friendly professional staff and nice clean room. Couldn't have asked for more.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jackie Tracey: I booked a room a couple days ago and needed to adjust my reservation. It took less than a minute. I am so impressed with how easy they made this process for me!Service: 5/5 …More
WillnMandey Sauer: The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. They lose a star for having no breakfast, a star for the tub being so cracked I was afraid to use it, and a star for not having any kind of business center. They got one back because the young girl at the front desk was very friendly.I would also love to know why there's a dvd/vcr player combo in the room. Do people bring a lot of VHS tapes with them? Lmao!
Stephanie Wendt: Conveniently comes with everything you need and is in a good location. Friendly staff. Clean, although could use a good dusting. Shower/Tub diverter was broken, so could not take a bath. But at least the shower worked. 4/5 StarsRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Poetic Oddities: My girlfriend and I have recently been displaced due to flooding and mold that was growing in our ceiling unbeknownst to us in our apartment. After much haggling, our apartment complex finally agreed to get us a hotel room for the night since our entire apartment smelled of mold. Our apartment complex was going to pay for this room until we found out that we can’t check in if you’re under 21. My girlfriend and I are both 19. After a long confusing day, I called this hotel (the one my apartment sent us to) and explained our situation. The first woman I talked to was very nice and asked for us to just wait while she transferred the line, however, the second person I spoke to was very rude and told us under no circumstances were we allowed into the hotel without “adult” supervision.I understand that rules are rules. I’m not upset that they were unable to accommodate us, but the way we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. Especially since we were just looking for a bit of guidance.

holly lehigh: I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Beyond Excellent! My 12 year old loved the climbing tree and a visit with Sterling, their mini horse. My 15 year old loved the fireflies, finding wild turkey feathers, seeing the herons and exploring the forest and fields. My husband and I enjoyed walking the grounds, especially around their orchard and fields. Also the evening we spent on their front porch was clam, quiet and cozy. Their barn tour was a delight for our entire family. Very comfortable stay and exceptional hosts! Our hosts were kind and hospitable. They took the extra care to get to know us and how they could make our time spent with them the best it could be. They went above and beyond multiple times, which made our stay even more of a delight. We wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend for couples or small families. A true highlight of our trip through Michigan.
Kevin Siegrist: Not even the coldest temperatures of January were able to dispel the warmth of this beautiful family farm. My wife, Jill, and I truly enjoyed the timeless charm of this wonderful farmhouse and barn as shown to us through the eyes and hearts of our hosts, who like their parents, grandparents and great grandparents, have had this land and its storied past twined through their lives and souls. Well worth the visit for any that love comfort, good food and good people.Thank you, Kay and Keith, for your hospitality, and for sharing a bit of the past with us.
Vicki White: Great place to stay. Very clean rooms, great views, nice big front porch. Nice variety of breakfast meals and you get some wonderful stories about the history of the residence and the area. Close to Lansing and MSU. Highly recommend this B&B.
Lori Hudson: Just completed another lovely stay at the Legend Inn (a place to which I have returned multiple times). Wonderful hospitality, quiet setting, beautiful country landscape, but close to Lansing amenities if you so desire. This one's a winner.
Sara Miller: Overall, a great experience. Beautiful old farmhouse, pretty trails and a quiet little town. Kay was very accommodating. My only problem was I booked the room over the phone and I was quoted price + tax for the stay, which I had budgeted, only to be charged about $30 more than what was said. 😒 Not a huge deal, but not good practice either. I would suggest having them send you a email invoice when you book the room to rule out any future discrepancies in pricing. I run a small biz as well and would never quote the wrong price. You guys need to update your prices on your website!
Nancy Miller: A quiet setting with walking trails. Comfortable accommodations. If you want a great B&B experience I highly recommend it.
Extra Account: I WILL NOT GO THERE
Dan Mack: Couldn't ask for a better experiance.
Denise Abbey: Quaint and elegant
Jean Pilutti: A beautifully appointed historically preserved farm home awaits those who wish peace and quiet. The Legend Inn has been lovingly restored by a wonderful family who have put so much effort into making you feel at home. A warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, a great breakfast all combine to make this a home away from home.

Clarion Pointe East Lansing University Area: what do users think?
Jacqui Cross: I disappointed in the price, I know it was the graduation weekend but how do you list the room on any other day under $100 to more than $200 per night plus taxes and fees. On top of that they charged both of my cc cards the amount due and even over charged 1 of my cards and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Mike Meredith: This place is a few years away from the wrecking ball. No amount of paint or new carpet will make it better. Electrical fixtures loose from wall, bathroom fan hanging down from ceiling, floors permanently stained, door jams corroded, etc. Has some "temporary residents" living here.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Thaddeus Tuchalski: The rooms look nice online, but in person is a different story. The shades do not block out much light and will cast your room in a light glow, so be sure to bring a night mask. Whoever installed the new flooring did not know what they were doing. The subfloor was not secured in multiple areas which was very squeaky when you walked - sorry downstairs neighbor. The transition between the carpet to the bathroom tile was at least a 1" difference - there was exposed metal between the front entry tile and the carpet as well. My wife cut her heel on that. The bathroom drain was slow and the hair dryer fell off the wall. The room is also very loud and you will feel as though you are sleeping in the suicide lane with traffic driving by you. The breakfast wasn't worth eating, so we went elsewhere to get food. The only good thing going for this place were the mattresses, which were new, but they did not have a mattress pad, only a top sheet.
Tejas Deoras: We stayed here to visit my sister studying at MSU. All the hotel staff which we met were super kind and helpful. The location is super convenient if you are visiting MSU.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Lisa Stonerock: Room was musty smelling. Top blankets were dirty and smell bad. Torn carpet in spots and bathroom walls were gross. Floor in bathroom looked dirty and shower door would not stay shut. Panel was coming off the wall bed beds. It was Graduation weekend so we paid a lot of money for a dirty room. We left early and did not want to stay another night there. Very unhappy.

Samantha Chapin: Pool was disgusting, cold, and dirty. Room wasn't completely clean. Their towels were so small you had to use 2 to dry off, even for a skinny person like myself.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Emily Wesselman: The bed was comfortable and the room is a good size. We had the King Studio Suite. However, we could not get the wifi to work. The front desk manager gave us a website to try and connect but it still would not work. We were trying to connect on 5 different devices so we know it wasn’t just a device issue. We had specifically booked the suite to utilize the desk space to “work from home” given the advertisement of free wifi at the hotel, but since the wifi wouldn’t work that wasn’t going to happen.
Sonny Davis: Nice place to stay, it's modernish & the beds are clean, no elevators though so if u have anything heavy or are elderly & have a hard time on stairs then make sure you get a 1st level room. Also only exterior access to all the rooms which isn't a bad thing I guess its just different than I prefer, under the bed was filthy with Cherios & gummies strewn around under it, & the corners in the bathroom were full of dust & dirt, there was cob webs in the upper corner of the shower along with a long leg spider still making more webs, the place is nice but it seemed like sloppy housekeeping, all in all the assistance from the counter was very good.Rooms: Nice newer but not cleaned good enough.Nearby activities: Lots of stuff to do within 10 minutes of the hotel.Food & drinks: The breakfast was simple but very nice
Maverick B: I stayed here for work and it was a nice stay. The motel is clean and there is a breakfast. It is your standard continental breakfast for the most part. It's very affordable compared to other places around Lansing, and on the same road as several restaurants that offer delivery. However, I noticed my door was not well insulated against noise so the cleaning staff doing their rounds is pretty loud when they walk by, but that didn't bother me.The only issue I had at the motel was some miscommunication on how long I was staying, which resulted in a cleaning lady waking me up and a follow-up phone call from the motel office while I was trying to sleep after a third shift. We worked things out pretty quick, and that was the only issue I had at that place. I'll likely book there again if I'm in the Lansing area in the future.
Aubrianna Bang: My husband and I have been staying here for almost a week now, we are coming from out of town visiting family and our stay has been fabulous so far. Room was clean, staff is friendly. The breakfast in the morning is amazing ! We haven’t came into counter with one bad experience yet standing here. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Longwen Chen: When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by the General Manager Brendan. He was nice and helpful. He even matched the lowest price I found on other websites. The place is safe, the staffs are friendly, and the room is clean. Great experience. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Miss Lady: I needed last minute accommodations this past weekend and I was assisted by Brandon. He provided top notch customer service & got me booked quickly. My stay was pleasant and so was all the staff that I encountered. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms.
Al Imran Husain: Giving it 3.5 stars. My son and I were there for 2 nights, Sunday-Tuesday attending camp at MSU. This was not my first choice, but the hotels around the area were booked and Lansing is deceptively further than you may assume.Pros: For a motel, it was surprisingly very clean and spacious. We stayed in room 220 and it looked brand new. Shower had strong water power, beds were comfortable. And their was a very sizable refrigerator and microwave which worked nicely if you wanted to bring in some groceries. The WIFI was also great. The management staff was excellent. Very receptive, warm and honest. You have to request for house keeping, but that's Ok as they do a superb job. They also had breakfast and a coffee station. Parking was simple. One of the best things about this place was location. Right on the outskirts of East Lansing and Okemos, it was overall relatively safe with a Whole Foods across the street along with several restaurant and retail establishments.Cons: The people staying at the motel. There were some shady cats. We were lucky on the Sunday night. It was relatively peaceful. But the Monday night...if it hadn't been for the AC unit running on high which helped drown out a lot of outside noise, I would have called the cops. Loud, obnoxious, assumingly a group of teens and early twenty-somethings running incessantly all over the floor at 2, 3, 4 am, screaming, banging doors. There was no authority figure so it was out of control. They completely had no disregard for other patrons of the motel. This place was great in a pinch. For the value it works. I mean there is no way you're going to get a two night stay in East Lansing for $200, including all fees and taxes. But it comes with the risk of not having a proper sleep. All hell broke loose on a Monday night. I couldn't imagine this place on a Friday or Saturday. Management really needs to keep their unruly patrons on lock, or call the police. Again, a very good place to stay only if you want to cut down on costs or all other hotels are booked in the East Lansing area.
Cassandra Herrick: My fiance and I love staying here. The rooms and clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christal Alexander: It's most definitely improved from when it use to be the East Lansing Inn.#LeveledUp
Katerina Colbert: I would never work there again!!!! The boss is a child him self don't know how to be a boss or even run the place!!!! He is not fair wit the works that's there he's only fair to them if he likes u!!!!! The rooms are not up to date!!!!! If i was u i wouldn't even waste my money on that place!!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
