He told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. So the next day I stopped in and Chad was not there but his partner was also very helpful. The review was placed more than 2 months ago as inferred.)

Evergreen Cycles & Repair: what do users think?
Cody Ketchum: Great prices, convenient hours, quick work. Very knowledgeable.
Joshua Sanders: I got a full tuneup on my bike and the results exceeded my expectations! It felt like a brand new bike. They even cleaned it! Definitely worth the money. Fairly quick service, and friendly staff.
Aj Kauly: Very Honest and knowledgeable. Community oriented shop and have for many years been very helpful with great unbiased advice and service. I do much work myself, but some difficult or unique issues Folks at Evergreen can handle with excellent ability. Very service oriented. Good place to help with custom work too, Honest knowledgeable advise is worth a great deal of time and money.
ella wismer: knowledgeable, capable staff, good prices on stuff, and quick turnarounds
Min Gyu Park: I visited this place today and it was really great. My bike's back tire had a problem. When I tried to put air in it, the nozzle went into tire. I could pull it out, but it happened again and again. I decided to visit Evergreen Cycles & Repair to fix it. A mechanic helped me to fix it and told me how to avoid it happening again. The reason was my bike lost too much air and I can avoid it by putting air one time a week. He also checked the bike's brakes and used lube on a chain. He was really kind and he even didn't make me pay. I told him I want to pay for it, but he said it's ok. If anyone asks me to recommend a bike shop, I'll definitely recommend Evergreen Cycles & Repair. Thank you!
Fletcher Robbins: Always professional and very kind. Owners and employees are knowledgeable and always willing to educate on their products/services. By far the best bike shop I’ve ever been in.
Cassidy Palmer: I don't know, Evergreen Cycles & Repair is pretty cool
Will Benghauser: Great customer service can answer your questions and fix your bike, best bike shop in Lansing, east Lansing area.
Richard Duffield: They know their stuff! Helped me find a great fat tire bike and built a beautiful wheel set for gravel bike!
Marcel Jackson: Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The only place I will be taking my bike from now and on.
Shilpi Sharma: The put together my bike and did it FLAWLESSLY. Truly incredible!!
Humam Malas: It's awesome buying a bike from guys and gals who know their stuff!Hunter was an awesome help answering all my questions, allowing me to test drive the bike, and helping me feel comfortable with my purchase.I didn't feel like an "outsider" even though I'm new to cycling. We adjusted the gears, brakes, and seat so I was ready to ride when I left the shop and the experience was very enjoyable.
Jason Marentette: Hunter is great. Highly recommended!
Carly Scott: Amazing!!! Super helpful and knowledgeable
Ian Z: Friendly staffs!
Spencer Tredich: Great shop!
Ryan Velting: A great local bike shop that was wonderful to deal with for the new Cervelo I purchased. I would recommend them highly as they were honest, timely and I had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Even though they are located deep in the heart of the enemy (Go Blue), I'd still strongly recommend them. Oh, and Go Blue.
Josh Rae: Extremely satisfied with the service at Evergreen! My bike's brakes weren't working like they used to so I brought them in for Hunter to take a look at. For a reasonable price and in only 45 minutes, Hunter adjusted the breaks and they were EVEN BETTER than when I first purchased the bike. There's no better place to go for bike repairs!
Teresa DeLisle: I've been going to Evergreen very regularly for bike repairs following the purchase of a bike 3 years ago. When purchasing my bike, they took me seriously. They helped me interpret the geometry specifications of the bike I was considering to make sure that it would be comfortable and what I would want for the type of riding (mountain biking). There was no pressure to buy and I left to think about it. They went ahead and ordered it since the quantities were very limited, so when I called to say I was interested in buying it, they already had it on the way. I was able to test ride it prior to committing to the purchase, so I felt very comfortable buying it.I ride A LOT, so their quick turnaround and knowledgeable service is an enormous asset along with being close proximity to my job (MSU). I also get work done at another local shop and I've never been given a hard time by either about work done by the other. In fact, Evergreen has called the other shop to get information and also help correct a mistake and was completely professional in the process. Great, great bike shop.
Hugh Morgan: Great shop with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also had a bunch of tools there at the store if you want to work on your bike yourself. Overall great bike shop
Adrian Laurenzi: Great service, super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the explanations of what was up with my bike.

The Bike Shop: what do users think?
Lars Ridley: I have a 30 year old bike and the axel broke along with the cassette. Extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced labor, great flexibility. My bike has never ridden so smoothly before. More than pleased with the results of The Bike Shop, and will be my first choice for business in the future.
Victoria Hunt: Reached out to owner personally with issues and he made everything right
Shaun Afandiyev: Both the tall blonde girl and the tall man are both really nice and quick. I was refused service by literally every other shop and these guys were like, "Heck yeah bring it in we can do it". Been there multiple times now. Thanks guys!
Fran Krempasky: Nikki fixed my fist tire on the spot! Great service!
matt clara: Holy cow, Nikki is amazing.
Phil Damico: The only place I'll take my bikes to get fixed in Lansing. Best prices in town. Best staff. Nikki does an amazing job. I highly recommend going here if u need bike work done.
Katie Fournier: Got a beautiful used bike here! The staff rocks, plus they are open all weekend long, which really helps for us folk that work Monday through Friday. Big props!
michael l: Brought my bike in for a tune up and some cable clean up. Bike is dialed. Shifts smooth. Brakes nice and tight. These guys have my business!
Graham Lightle: This place is seriously the best. I was visiting East Lansing to tour campus prior to attending MSU in the Fall. After walking through campus I realized I definitely need a bike. The bike shop was right across from my hotel and I figured I might as well check it out. Nikki not only gave us a lot of info about all of the different bikes but was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I ended up finding a very nice bike. They certainly don’t cut corners at this place. Nikki made sure that we had everything we needed. Very happy with my visit!
Ed Symanzik: Found the part I needed at a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bicycle parking was available but poor.
Mark Grebner: They are the exact opposite of a corporate franchise. Local guys who love bikes dealing with the specifics of your problem or needs. I always go in with something unusual, and that only makes them happy, because it means they can learn something. Very reasonably priced and very unpretentious. It's sort of like being in a small town with nothing between you and the business to interfere with getting your work done.
Joanne Galloway: Great vibe! You walk in and the owner is working on a bike on the stand! An adorable dog with a killer name that I can't recall lays in a chair by the door. He doesn't say boo! Having window shopped the evening before, I has my eye on a bike I wanted to try. No pushy salesman here. Casual atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
JxyGxrm !: I walked my bike 5 miles to them and the guy closed early I have to walk all the way back nowAnd then the owner messaged me , wanting to make a customer happy again .5 star service shout out to the owner
peter deguire: Emily was very helpful and low pressure about explaining what was needed for repair and maintenance and suggested some very handy accessories. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Mike C: Very fair price. Excellent service. Really great place. Would recommend .
John McSweeney: Very helpful and helped me out with an emergency repair!
erica corda: Honest, accurate and fast. Highly recommended!
A B: I want to share my experiences with The Bike Shop across 4 bikes. First ride was a GT BMX Trek hooked up. When I needed to upgrade to something for riding to, from, and around MSU Trek took care of me again with a GT grade alloy. I rode it HARD, too hard. Blew out numerous racks and 2 rear derailleurs. Regardless, they were there to take care of me each time. When I was gifted a rare vintage Japanese road bike Dan helped me restore it. My most recent ride is a custom randonneuse. Parts from obscure & niche companies were sourced to build me the ride I wanted. Trek and Dan are encyclopedias of bicycle knowledge/skills. With every bike they listened to my needs, did their homework, educated me, and nailed it with pricing/service. Andrew is on point too, even fixes mopeds in his spare time. Big thanks to Trek for sourcing a Mission Workshop bag and the 3 hours Dan spent fitting my French fenders. Can’t thank these guys enough for keeping me rolling, 365 days a year.
Jacob McCartney: Not awful, but not great either. I've had a fair amount of service here because it is closest to where I live. But, they compensate on know how with niceness.Edit/Reply: Sure. Two issues I've had. 1. I have tried to come in a few times (during listed open hours) and found the store to be closed. This is very inconvenient. While I understand that you caution that the hours are flexible, it would be far better if you posted when the store is closed online. 2. I got my bike seat tightened, and it ended up almost entirely loosened. While when I came back it was subsequently fixed (with a new part), this was quite inconvenient as well.Again, all of the service has been nice, but these issues have made the bike shop my non-preferred bike shop.
Vincent Marinelli: Needed a bike for college, the staff here were more than happy to tell me about their selection and offer a free warranty to me for 30 days. Great place to buy a bike or get one fixed!
carly kocsis: With all the problems I was having with my bike, Trek was more than amazing when I came in to get it fixed. The second I walked into the shop and explained my problems, he instantly began looking over my bike and got to work to fix all my problems. Not only that, but the shop understands that being a college student and struggling to find spare money for inconveniences like this is hard, so they did their best to accommodate for me like offering to transport my bike back to a department store when I was considering returning it. Everyone in the store is super friendly, helpful and honest. They always give the best advice and tell you which option is the most cost efficient & nothing is better than having a helpful and honest business. Trek is awesome and Andrew is a huge help too :) love this place!!

Lansing Bike Co-op: what do users think?
Trevor Benoit: The Lansing Bike Co-op is a true gem in the community. As an avid cyclist, I have had the pleasure of utilizing their services and could not be more impressed with the level of support and resources they offer. The volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any bike-related needs. One of the standout features of the Co-op is their commitment to sustainability and community involvement. They offer a wide range of workshops and events that are both informative and fun, and encourage individuals to get involved in promoting cycling as a healthy and eco-friendly mode of transportation. The Co-op also has an impressive inventory of bikes and parts, making it easy to find everything needed to get back on the road. Prices are extremely reasonable. But what truly sets the Lansing Bike Co-op apart is their willingness to work with individuals of all skill levels. Whether someone is a seasoned pro or just starting out, the staff is always happy to offer guidance and support. This level of inclusivity and accessibility is truly admirable, and has undoubtedly played a major role in the Co-op's success.Overall, I cannot recommend the Lansing Bike Co-op enough. Their commitment to sustainability, community involvement, and accessibility make them a true asset to the community, and a shining example of what a bike co-op should be.
James Williams: Very professional people who knows their stuff! Friendly too! Thanks guys!!!
Jaden Jackson: I like how kids get bike free and it’s very cool that they help you out
Perry Kleinhenz: If you want to buy a used bike for cheap, learn how to repair your bike or help other people do the same the Bike Co-op is a great place. Best prices in town for new inner tubes, flat repairs and other random parts.
Mike Lowry: Don't go here all they're going to do is sell you a cheap bike that doesn't work and you're going to have to put a bunch of money in it to make it work I've literally had it for 10 months and it doesn't even work don't go here
Ed Symanzik: Discovered this place last night. Aaron dropped what he was doing to show me how to adjust my brakes. In the process he noticed my rear hub was loose and proceeded to show me how to tear apart, clean, and adjust my hub. I believe he would have continued with the entire bike if I hadn't stopped him. Great guy and a great place.
Ted K: Great place to learn how to make repairs on your bike.
Rheanna Lang: A blessing 💕 from God
Jeremy Hurt: If you need help and want to learn how to fix your bike there's no better place. Aaron and his band of merry volunteers are such a great help; they are patient and understanding as well.
Sebastian Felt: This is a hidden gem of Lansing. Open Wednesday night, but you have to be prepared to wait your turn and to learn a few things. Help protect cost effective bike travel/ repairs by donating to the Lansing Bike Co-Op. They need volunteers and benefactors.
Jeffrey St Pierre: Was not there
Safaa M. Hassan: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Pamela Grizel Pérez Blancarte: I loved this place!
Abdie Bulk: Those guys are great. Thank u for your services
Darrell Parker: Great place to learn bike repair and get cheap used parts.

Eric Troldahl: Learn how to fix your own bike.
Darkside LithHammer77: Thank you Lansing by coop, 4 be amazing people
Chelsea Dee: Lots of tools available to use, experienced volunteer mechanics, and affordable parts and accessories. The bike maintenance class is also an excellent way to learn how to fix your bike.

MSU Bikes Service Center: what do users think?
Ashton Holland: Bought my bike here a month ago, the staff was extremely helpful, happy, and enjoyed their jobs by taking the time to give me general tips and advice for owning and maintaining the bike. I appreciated the one month warranty as I was able to go in and get the bike tuned up and looked at for some minor bike issues along with learning about some user errors I was making. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help myself and I presume anyone that shows a yearning to learn the knowledge of getting more proficient with their bike.
Michelle Clark: Our experience here was great! My son had an issue with his chain and kick stand, and they fixed both problems very quickly. They were extremely friendly and showed extra attention to our kids. We will be using them for all our future bike repair needs. Highly recommended.
Gerrit Wilterink: Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Perfect place for walk-in quick fixes as well as advanced repairs. Plus, they have lots of great advice for people with all levels of experience!
Michael Suda: Bike lock was ceasing up. Went to buy new lock. Oil was put on old lock making it functional once again. 10/10 thanks so much!
Benjamin Yee: Took in my bike to fix my brake pad intermittently rubbing against my front rim. Got it fixed (supposedly) and then a day later my brake pad is rubbing against my front rim again. Later, I learned your supposed to true your bike wheel so that the rim straight. Why didn't the bike shop do this to my bike? I know I didn't ask them to true my bike, but man, they are supposed to be the professionals that know best.
Adrinil Dennis: It's a great place. They got free air refilling station, self bike tune-up station etc.If u wanna get ur bike repaired, it's an awesome place to go
Adrian Platts: Positive:ResponsivenessGreat bike repair shop - very old and worn breaks replaced and on my way again in under 10 minutes.
Paige Brechtelsbauer: I have an electric scooter with one hard to reach valve stem. Was having trouble pumping up that one tire, and had an employee help me. After trying with no results, he used pliers to try and pull out the valve stem so that the attachment on the air hose would fit. Completely stripped the threads on my $400 scooter. Just got valve stem extenders, and none of them thread onto the valve stem itself. Sometimes I can maybe get it to go one revolution. Thanks to one of your employees, my tire refill just got a whole lot more complicated! Seriously, I have no idea what the goal was when he pulled on the stem with pliers after the third try to get it to come out farther. Had absolutely no regard for me or my scooter. Thanks a ton!!!!!! Not!!!!! Should’ve never taken my scooter here
Josh Vermaas: They currently have the fastest turnaround in town, and are reasonably priced relative to other shops in the area. However, my experience with them has been that the work they do leaves something to be desired. They replaced a bike wheel during a tune-up, and did not add rim tape. Great! Now I have a flat that I need to fix. I left another bike with them, and the brakes are rubbing against the discs. I'm not planning on bringing my bikes in again.
Brian Passalacqua: Nice place, good service.
Kathleen Sanders: Took a family bike trip through MSU (2 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 4.) Used their bike trailer for our 4 year old to ride and my 8 year old had a mountain bike perfect for his size. He was also able to use a helmet they had. The employees were fantastic and so friendly to our kids. We rode around for at least 10 miles through MSU - such a great area to ride bikes. 10/10 will be back to rent bikes again on our next trip to MI/Lansing area.
Sherrie: They teach bike in there!
Bill Wehrwein JR: Not a big selection and bikes seem to be a little over priced for being used. I understand they put worked in to getting them to be running, but why so costly?
Sheree Knola Jungwirth: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueFantastic service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend if you want quality, affordable work done quickly!
Phil Elwood: Friendly staff, quick and good repairs at a reasonable price. Great place to take your bike in my experience.
Matt Drzal: Brought in 3 bikes separately. Each time it was fast service, knowledgeable staff, priced right and quality work.
Kevin Hettler: I decided to take my bike here since I had bought the bike from them a few years previously. I needed a new rear derailleur, hanger, and chain. I got the bike back, rode the bike 1.5 miles and the hanger completely snapped. They refuse to warranty the part or do anything other than make me pay to replace it again, after 1.5 miles of use! I was not jumping the bike or doing anything other than riding it normally. I have never received such terrible service from a bike shop.
Jeffrey St Pierre: Thanks to Tim and staff for taking all my used bikes including kids bikes; all usable especially Sears Free Sprit & Raleigh 10-speed. Very friendly and helpful!
Farhan Bhatti: I just got ripped off.I paid $80 two weeks ago for new tubeless road tire installation on a new set of wheels. Both tires went completely flat after two short rides on the bike. Took it back yesterday thinking that they wouldn't have a problem guaranteeing their work from the initial installation. Today when I picked up the tires, I was told I was being charged a "discounted rate" of $30 for them to fix their faulty initial installation. I have no intention of going back. Since the tires weren't installed correctly the first time -- they placed additional sealant when I took it back -- I shouldn't have been charged this time around.
Paul Jacobson: Great service and very affordable rentals!
Fernando Vergara: It was an amazing experience. The guys were very friendly and fast fixing my bike. For sure I'll go again to maintenance and for any other problem I could have with my bike. 100% recommended :)

Scooter's Pro Cycle Bicycle repair station: what do users think?
Michael Vandenburg: These are tools. On a post. One should be glad for your care in considering them. They certainly are. These objects are chained in place, servants waiting to be of service. As you lay hands upon them: use care. The reverence and care you have for these objects will be returned to you tenfold. Disrespect, elevenfold. Let them know their patience is cherished; their willingness to support, endearing. Simple acts of care suffice for simple actors.
Wayne Stuber: Always has what I have needed. Best customer service around.
The Movie Room Aquarium Guy: This bike station is a life saver, a huge thanks to Scooters Pro Cycle of Holt Michigan for donating it!
Sarah Wright: Love it...first time ever seeing one

D&D Bicycles - East Lansing: what do users think?
Ed Clark: Just took the bike repair classes,Wonderful ! Mark does a great job with the students, very informative!! Thanks again !
Ryan Greider: Great friendly service. Melody explained everything about the bike and was super patient with us while we found the perfect one
Josh: Great service. All new bikes come with free adjustments and flat repair good for a couple years. If they don't have what you want in stock they can usually get it within a week.
Bradley Scott: Great bike shop. Always helpful, quick service and friendly. Thank you!
Carrie Schaeffer: Melody and Bob were fantastic at helping me with decisions on my Giant bike accessories. They greeted me with a smile, offered helpful suggestions and did the repair/quick tune up in a timely manner. I highly recommend this store based on their knowledge and quality. Excellent experience..
Corwin Smidt: Very nice people. Had a problem with a derailer and Randy took the time to adjust and fix it on the spot. Good selection of accessories too.
Cari Wilbur: Incredible customer service! Today, I went in to get my bike fixed up to ride again. Not only were they very knowledgeable, affordable and very quick, they treated me like a very close friend…It was my first time in there! (The only Local Bike shop open on Sunday)Love it! Thank you Randy and Bob, my 10 mile ride went smoothly.I will be back for all my future purchases.
Stan Hecker: As always, Mark provided me with exactly the advice and part that I needed last Saturday when I was in a jam to get my wheels back working!
Neil Weare: Heads up - they basically only service the brands they carry. Brought my bike in for a tune up today and they said they weren’t really able to service it. Seems odd for something as basic as tune-ups. Called ahead and wasn’t warned.
Shawn Brown: My wife and I had discussed returning to cycling, in a few of its various forms; first beginning with a pair of mountain bikes for her and I just to get started up.The idea of purchasing one bike that fits into every style of riding is not realistic, and we’re both well aware of this. So on Thursday June 23rd, 2022 we went out to visit a few cycle shops in Okemos, Lansing, and East Lansing where we were warmly welcomed by a very cheerful young lady named Melody. As we entered the D&D Bicycles East Lansing Shop we were quickly reminded why we loved cycling and why we were returning to it, the new tire smell, and the beautiful organization in placing all the various bicycles organized by makes, and models, rows and stacks.Melody greeted both my wife then myself each in turn, with a genuine friendly, welcome; she then inquired what kind of bikes we were looking for, what kind of riding were we interested in, and how frequently we intended to cycle.Melody is very knowledgeable in both LIV and GIANT Bicycles and the products associated to and with cycling. She helped both me and my wife, with the appropriate choices for both of our new mountain bikes. The conversation between myself, my wife and Melody ranged from personal, professional, and the product lines, to related cycling topics. The bicycle mechanic Randy was every bit as personable, professional, and informational; covering equipment and bicycle maintenance, to cycling trails both indoor and outdoor across the State of Michigan.Working with Melody and Randy was a very enjoyable experience, making D&D Bicycles our go to Cycling Shop, as the people that work there are cyclists themselves and they’re genuinely good, honest people. From Shawn and Monique Brown, to both Melody, and Randy thank you for all your help, and for being such wonderful individuals, you guys are the best.
Jake Hawkins: I couldn’t be happier with the folks at D&D in East Lansing. There was a few issues regarding availability and shipping and the staff was super helpful, Melody jumped through hoops for me and she and the staff were so nice every step of the way. I will always come back here for my bike needs even though I don’t live in the area and have service shops near me. I never leave reviews but I was compelled to leave this one because of how awesome I was treated by Melody. Truly couldn’t have a better experience. Also, my Giant Stance 29 2 is AMAZING!!!
Koya Echert: Amazing place! Major bike fix in only 15 minutes for a nice price!
R Cole Bouck: Thank you Melody! You really went out of your way!Last fall (2021), we purchased a Giant bike lock we never had a chance to use before the end of the season. This spring (2022) we mounted the lock to one of our bikes, took off for a ride, and WHAM! Before we even finished the first ride of the season, the mounting bracket broke (which should generate an entirely separate review of that particular Giant bike lock).I went to D&D Bicycles in East Lansing to try and get a warranty replacement, initially thinking we had purchased the lock there. Melody helped me, though we soon discovered it had been purchased at a different local bike store - which had since gone out of business! On top of that, I no longer had the receipt! Ugh!That didn't stop Melody from trying to help me. She submitted a warranty claim to Giant on my behalf, and within a week or so we had a replacement lock. While I do not recommend forgetting where you buy something (or losing your receipt), I DO RECOMMEND D&D Bicycles!
Tiffany Duffield: We drove 2.5 hours to purchase a 2022 Specialized Bicycle that was listed on D& D website, after calling to confirm the bicycle was in stock of course . Upon arriving the manager was friendly but you could tell she knew very little about bicycles. We were sold the bike and headed home. I had asked a few questions as I didn’t think the components looked right. I was gaslit into thinking some had been changed due to covid, i.e : Used Giant grips on a specialized brand bike. Upon getting home something didn’t sit well. I sent an email pointing out the differences in the specs. I never received a written response. I assume they didn’t want proof of their poor customer service. The next morning I proceeded to register the bike with specialized. The bike was not the bike we had driven down for . In fact the bike was a lesser model and a 2020 discontinued bike and the registration link proved that. When someone from the store finally got back with me via phone he said he would have to “look into things” like I was lying. I presented actual facts and photographic proof that the bike was not what was advertised or the bike listed on our receipt . They basically pulled a bait and switch . The owner (Trisha M) couldn’t be bothered to call me but another “manager” did. When I presented him with the solution of a 10% discount on a 2 yr old bike that they essentially fraudulently advertised and marked as a 2022 he laughed at me. His solution? A $25 gift card to a store I will never step foot in again. Won’t even send us the proper grips for our daughters bike. I have the tag, receipt and photos all proving this was a bait and switch. Don’t even get me started on the “mechanic” who didn’t even know how to adjust the brakes. Avoid this place and save yourself a headache. The quality of service is appalling and the lack of bike knowledge is even worse BUT the shady tactics really are the icing. No wonder they lost their retail agreement with Specialized. I wouldn’t want to have them representing my brand either.
zoe: Bob was so patient with me and let me test ride the bikes he suggested. He listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to direct me to bikes that would fit my needs. I now own the most comfortable bicycle I have ever owned! Their pricing also matches with online bike retailers. Wonderful place !
Corey kennedy: Nice staff great bikes
David Lilly: We have bought two Giants and a Liv from D&D. They are great people to work with!!
Casey Terwilliger: I can't say enough good things about Randy and the lady there (Im horrible with names) put me on a good bike and sized me just right. I wanted a medium Giant Escape disc 3. I didn't get that, but got this small sized Giant! that fits me perfectly. Explained all my questions and I tested 4 including the medium escape. I can't wait for spring! Thank you guys for everything!
Kathryne Kuhlmann: I am new to the world of biking so I obviously don't know very much. I thought I needed a new bike seat/post clamp because I couldn't keep my seat from sliding down. The two employees there who helped me not only were very efficient but they didn't make me feel stupid or bad for not knowing what I was doing. I appreciated their help very much and I would recommend this bike shop to anyone!
L V: Helpful staff, good selection of bikes for all different types of riders. I am not a bike guy, and they were spot on helping me find the right bike for me.
Benjamin Jones: Incredibly disappointed in service!!! Wasn’t really happy before they changed names but at least then they had good bike mechanics and would call you. Had a bike there for weeks and never received a call. Got wrong answers when I did call in for updates. My bike had a broken frame that I was told would be covered and it wasn’t. Which is not on them but on giant. Now they should have called to told me. After I had to come into the store to get an update was told it is not covered but that giant would give help towards a new frame. I asked what they would be and they had to follow up with giant?!? Why do I have to hold your hand to get info? When they said they would not cover it but would help with the cost. Why not ask what that would be!!? I have gone in for bike parts as well. They took almost a half hour and four trips into the back room with my broken seat post before being able to tell me they don’t have anything. I have bought multiple bikes from this location. Spent thousands of dollars. Will never come back!!! Might not go with giant again may I will, but it will never be fromThis shop!
