Todd Waters: Chad was very helpful. I first got my bike in 2019 and took it to riverfront bicycle shop, for some work then they closed. So I was looking for another bike shop small bike shop and as I was walking seen spin bicycle shop so I stopped in and talked to Chad. I told him everything that I thought what was wrong with it. He told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. So the next day I stopped in and Chad was not there but his partner was also very helpful. I told him I spoke to Chad and I wanted to drop my bike off. Wrote up the work order and told me it would be ready Tuesday. My bike is like new now thanks to both of you. You have a customer for life

Brian Howe: One month to get a tune up, brakes bled and new pads installed. I had to call numerous to find out the status on the bike. As I left, another customer asked me how long my repairs took. When I said a month, she held up a repaired tire and said, "same thing here".Nice shop, polite people, but I will be going elsewhere for service or repair.(This must have updated recently. The review was placed more than 2 months ago as inferred.)

Mathison Allyce: I called to see if they could take a look at my bike because my back break wasn't working.when I called the guy said he was going to charge me 20 bucks to look at it and that he couldn't get me in until next week! I called Eric's Cycling & Fitness and he said to bring it on by and he'd take a look at it. I brought it in and he looked at it and fixed it right away without any charge! I highly recommend looking around before going here.

I was given a time frame of when to expect completion of the service work, and the work was completed within the time frame given. I had a wonderful experience here, and this is now my new home for my family's bicycle needs.

Big G: Been along time customer of Eric's cycle now have to find a different place to go after today .Dropped bike off for new rim $75 dollars for rim and 10 to put it on .Went to pick it up cost 124 they changed my tire and tube without calling to check to see if that was ok .That's not good business you should notify customer and let them know before doing extra repair .Won't go there again
