Elizabeth: The security guard is rude!!! He blockes off the entrance hours early!!! He also demands to know private medical information. If you refuse to tell him he will come knock on your window and harass you.

Jessica Gilhouse: Worst ever covid has been going on for 3 years now and not once have I ever had a problem getting tested well I Visit here today and the lady gave me a bad bloody nose then walked away talking about its not my fault then wouldnt come back to my window seriously need better service people that lady got what's comming to her its so sad our health care system allows people like her to work in the feild
zoe gorman: They actually close whenever they feel like it as long as it’s after 4pm and they will turn people away even if they are there before 6. You could show up at 4:05 and be turned away. Hours are in accurate.
Bad Pup: Friendly staff, efficient service, and quick results. I go there every other weekend since and stopped going to walk-in labs :)

Kleinone: 4 cars in line and they're closed at 5:05 pm. Can someone explain to me how they can claim to be open till 6 and close at 5 all the time? Why is this allowed? Do the people in charge know they get to make their own hours and treat people this way?I hope now that UofM health is taking over they can get these people to actually work a full day for once like the rest of us do

Rodney Sanville: This has been very convenient since the pandemic began. They serve all your lab needs without leaving your car. Sometimes the lines have been long but it beats waiting in a waiting room. They move at a pretty good pace though. I hope they continue this as an option.

Monica Wymer: Supposed to be open until 6. Arrived at 545 to get bloodwork for a sick child and was turned away because they were "closed". There were clearly still lab techs on site. No other labs are open.
Radhika Kashikar: It said that the lab closes at 6pm from M-F , however security did not let me drive in when I reached there at 4.36 pm stating it closed at 430 pm . I had to get the tests done ASAP and could not get those done secodary to wrong times posted.
Nichole Nikki: Closes at 5pm not 6pm. Arrived at 5:01 and they won't let us in I have sick children ridiculous some of us still have to work. 😡

Kimberlyn Komaromi: I took my newborn daughter here to get lab work done and the girl that did it had the worst attitude. She acted so irritated and cold towards my daughter. As I was changing her diaper that evening I see that the girl had wrapped the bandage WAY too tight. It was cutting off the circulation to my daughters foot and she now has a sore. I showed other lab technicians what she used and they said there’s no reason she should’ve put that on a newborn. I think they need to train these people better and hire people with better attitudes. Highly unhappy and won’t be letting that girl do anymore lab work on my daughter again. Also, I think her name was Lorena by the stuff I read on her wall.
Randy F: They close the lab early with 40 minutes remaining. This is healthcare, not McDonald’s. People NEED to get their orders filled. Unacceptable.

Melanie Royle: The process was supper quick. I signed in and about a half an hour later I got in. The kind phlebotomist was very fast and she found a good vein on the first try. I recommend this lab when you want your blood drawn.
Jean Schaberg: Yes I’ve waited 2 hours but I’ve also waited 2 minutes. My 7 year old had to have his blood drawn as a baby sometimes multiple times a week. These skilled technicians were the only ones who could draw it without poking him 4-8 times. I will never go anywhere else!!I understand waiting is frustrating but these awesome phlebotomist’s work hard and deal with a lot. They should know how much they are appreciated!!
Holly Adams: I was taken back to have my blood drawn in a really timely fashion. Check in was really simple. Lorraina drew my blood and she was fantastic. Nothing but super polite and she made me really comfortable! I would love to have her again.

HEIDI SNYDER: If They Are Busy....And It's 45-Minutes To An Hour Before They Close (@ 6PM), They Turn People Away! Had To Go There Twice To Get My Pre-Op Blood-Work Done....Which My Surgery Ended-Up Getting Post-Poned! Not Because Of The Blood-Work, But Because Of/At Another One Of My Specialist's ReQuest! Was Post-Poned For My Other Medical Tests, Which Are Coming-Up In March! My Surgery Got ReScheduled For Mid May!Sparrow Medical Group Urology Is AWESOME! Dr. Jamie Bartley & Her Staff Are All AWESOME, Professional, Caring, & Thourough & I Give Them 5☆'s! They Have Been VERY Good @ Answering ALL My Questions & Messages (In Sparrow MyChart)!
John Patrick Peters: Didn’t run half of the tests my dr. Ordered. No reason, they just forgot or didn’t care enough to pay attention. Then put me even further on the back burner and told me it would still be a few days out. I won’t use them again.
Chris Barcelon: Has only been busy a few times before. Otherwise, the wait times are fine or we go to another nearby lab.
Johnny Cats: My doctor sent a referral to Sparrow Labs for a CT scan in November 2022. It is now the end of January 2023. Never got a call from Sparrow to set up the appointment, they never referred it back to my doctor's office. The largest health system in the city and they literally cannot be bothered to do their job. Unbelievable. They probably just threw the referral away out of sheer laziness.

Cristal Salinas: Sometimes a bit busy unless early morning
Margarita Lopez: Zero stars if possible. I was told they don't have to tell you if training. No managers on site, or anybody in charge to accept responsibility for their work. Also told by their patient complaint number that trainees are sent there.
Kristin Elston: This is my go to for lab work, fast and easy. Great staff.
LEWIS HOSKINS: Sparrow lab was nice. I was in and out in about 15 or 20 minutes.

Joe Mohler Jr: This place is a joke. I’ve been waiting for an X-ray since 4:30pm. It is now 6:48pm and they’ve yet to call me back. I went way out of my way to get this done today and all I got out of it was 2 hours wasted. I had to leave before the X-ray because I have to work. Save yourself the wasted time and go to McLaren instead!

Tim L.B.: It was fast and convenient for me. But I recommend not letting a student draw your blood. I had one do that once before, and I had a ghastly bruise for days. And I have prominent, easy veins, usually easy peasy. Today a student started on me, without anyone asking if that was okay.I almost asked to have her supervisor do it -- but the supervisor was giving off strong "don't bother me" vibes as she read her novel, so I kept quiet. And the student messed up. And now, just half an hour later, I have an ugly bruise, clearly still bleeding under the skin. That is going to be hideous during my entire beach vacation. Ugh.

Yolanda Jean: Not impressed with the Lab services. I am a caretaker and have been sitting with my client since before 7am . IT IS NOW 8:52 AND WERE STILL WAITING...The lab assistant Gabrielle is very inefficient ,rude, and not qualified for her job. I have been here before with clients and we have waited then as well. When you first arrive there is someone o screen you named Teri..Teri was awesome and my client is in their 90's. Teri helped make sure she didnt fall when was santizing her hands. Gabrielle on the other hand told my over 90 year old client to walk across to the farthest part of the room and around the corner to wait for social distancing. There were seats available in the x ray area 6 ft from her but she wouldn't let my elderly client sit there.
Tony bartalone: Must be a terrible place to work because the people there typically very unfriendly, & half the staff always seems to be on break.
Carla Edwards: Went for a routine annual blood draw. When I arrived I was told there was a two hour wait but that the Mason lab had “No Waiting.“ Was told that she could put my name on waiting list but not necessary because no one waiting. Drove all the way to Mason (half hour drive) not only did they have a room full of people waiting and that had been waiting for a while but the waiting room was packed with no social distancing measures in place. The room was very small. Left with a quickness!!!! Very frustrated about the incorrect information given by staff at this location.

Stephanie Williams: Never knew this was even here. Theres no sign outside and there also a pharmacy and (i think) 2 physicians in this building.
hannah stritmatter: I understand staffing shortages everywhere nowadays but you should probably make sure you have people on duty who are prepared to perform lab services on a large demographic of patients. I was turned away and told to drive to the professional building because the only person on duty either couldn't or didn't want to perform a bilirubin check on my newborn.
Bamboo Mountain: People Sparrow lab take schedule really slow & a lot of times no one takes phone. Patient not happy. I’ll go to big hospital on Okemos. They respond and take schedule really fast.
Thomas Hayes: I don't appreciate being lied on by your staff especially when I'm doing all the work myself an probably a big reason as to why y'all can't keep janitorial workers at this location I might change my rating for an apology just a thought
Phil Threadgould: This is the slowest lab on earth. The idea is that you put your name on a waiting list and they call you back when they are ready. But they usually wait about 20 minutes in between patients. So if there are 5 people ahead of you, expect it to take 2 hours.
Chan Dan: Take at least half hour time to get blood drawn even you are the only patient. Too slow. It takes more time than a doctor appointment

Misti Sowers: Their toilet seat was WET! And when I informed the specimen collector, she was rude asked me of I peed on the seat then told me it was gross of me to not wipe the seat before I used it. I mean, in hindsight, I guess I should have. But when you're there to drug test, they give you all these instructions. Don't flush, don't wash your hands, fill the cup.... blah blah blah..... I'm in there trying to get the job done. Didn't think to clean their equipment before using it. 🙄

Was there for a pre employment drug screening did what I had to do was simple, easy, and fast. 5 stars for the service I got hope it's the same from other employees if not then they should take notes from that guy.
