Tamara Tammi Bos: Was so excited to visit this restaurant at their new location. The wait for it to open was long and much anticipated. Finally made it this morning. The food was decent but the set up is horrible. You have to wait in line to order, and then wait in line to pay after. They are short staffed. There were nothing but dirty tables when we walked in. I should have taken pictures. Might be a good idea to have people actually give you a name for their order so you can call it out, instead of walking around holding food for somebody else, wandering around trying to figure out who the food is for. Giving food to the wrong tables. The staff is friendly, but overwhelmed. We had to ask for silverware and our drinks after our food was already placed at our table. Would be a good idea to maybe have an area to put dirty dishes since they're left on the table from the previous customers. Who knows if these tables are cleaned regularly or not, hard to say. Sadly disappointed as I really enjoyed the dining experience when it was in the Lansing location. I think that the owner has bitten off more than she can chew by having an actual sit-in restaurant here in Holt. Might want to revisit the thought of what this business should be. Maybe take out only? Since you can't accommodate people that actually want to sit in and eat because you have dirty tables, with dishes piled up from the previous customers and you don't have enough staff to actually wait on the customers. Also very upset that they are not serving breakfast. And with the setup it was hard for families to even set together. So disappointed.

Disappointing experience.Edit: after reading many of the reviews I’m seeing a pattern of credit cards being “lost”. Abigail Smith: Terrible service on Mother’s Day of all days I was just trying to enjoy some food with my babies for the day and the waiter was rude. My kids didn’t like there burritos I ordered off the kids menu and I asked to just pay half price and only pay for the tacos they ate and pay for the rest & Miguel the manager ima assuming insisted I pay for the full plate before I left because I was wasting their food and they can’t afford that. I have visited the west side location and gotten great service. My friend wasn’t a fan of his burrito cause it’s wasn’t cooked fully but they were swamped that night so it was understandable and they took the meal off our bill with no hesitation. I would not recommend anybody to the frandor location ever again. They weren’t even very busy and still gave terrible service!

Jakup Abedin: So my take on this restaurant is going to be a little hard because I'm currently in Texas. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants that I would typically compare this to, and they are just waaay better. I thought the food here was just okay. I tried the wet burrito and enchiladas and just wasn't a fan.Friendly decor in the inside -could use a remodel. The customer service, however, is absolutely marvelous. I was told I should have tried something more authentic like the Barbacoa tacos. But sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. If I'm ever back in this part of town, I'll keep that in mind as well as the wedding cake.
Nael Hallak: the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. I did not catch her name but there was a very nice woman working at the desk who made sure guests felt comfortable. I plan on coming back soon.

Kristen Wolfolk: One thing that I like about Lansing is the variety of yummy Mexican restaurants. Hands down, Alicia's is my favorite. I always get the breakfast burrito with bacon and mild salsa. Literally no other breakfast burrito compares and the salsa is out of this world amazing. The food is always fresh and steaming hot. I'm a frequent visitor since the restaurant is close to my office. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and eat at Alicia's. Not Subway. Not McDonalds. Support local businesses and stop in Alicia's ❤️

Too bad they can never get your order right or worse pass onto you a soggy mess they call edible. I remember when they were famous taco(the good ol days) but save your premium cash and go to Taco Bell for half the price and the same inaccuracies on orders and substandard food because it’s no different. When you can’t get a simple order like tostada guacamole right because you forgot the guacamole, why bother? This is only one example of their ineptitude in the 12 years I’ve done business with them. Matthew Silverio: Horrible restaurant. I was in Lansing for a small weekend trip to see my girlfriend at college. I ordered mild salsa on doordash and immediately had diarrhea and throwing up. It got so bad and I couldn’t keep anything down that I had to go to the ER. They did all kinds of tests and it was determined that it was really bad food poisoning. If you want to get super sick, eat at this place.

Amy Babcock: Lansing actually has a decent food scene here, with many options to choose from. I was famished and needed something to eat, and after scouring restaurants in the area, this place came up. I liked that they served breakfast, lunch AND dinner, so off I went!Parking here's decent, but if you want to park in the public lots to do stuff and walk around the area, you have to download some app to pay. Being that I was irrationally hungry, I didn't feel like downloading anything, and I actually got a better parking spot parking on the street and right in front of Pablo's.Walking in, the place isn't huge, but there's enough room for up to a party of 4 to dine in. I grabbed a booth and reviewed the menu to see what offerings they had. They did start me off with chips and salsa, and the chips were great. Salsa was good, but could have used a little more pep to it.I went with the Huervos Mexicana, which was absolutely fabulous. It's basically scrambled eggs with tons of good stuff in it, rice and refried beans. My only concern was I told my waitress to go easy on the Jalapenos, but I think she must have heard "no jalapenos" because I didn't notice any in my dish when she brought it out.Food was excellent, and the refried beans were DELICIOUS. (some places have very bland refried beans. I don't know why this is a thing for me. Weird.) Prices here are spot on, and the whole thing cost me $10 plus tip. Server was fabulous and she was really super nice. Even for a random weekday morning, the place seems to be a busy spot, which is a good sign.For a solid quick meal, check this place out. Legit Mexican food for an excellent price. You won't be disappointed!

Jack Lovejoy: Went in there after work they had 4 employees working the counter and none of then seemed to know what they were doing they were very rude and kept jumping back and forth on orders adding wrong things to orders and Starting over again I waited probably 5 minutes in line and when it was my turn to order I waited another 10 or so minutes to even order when I got to order they were still jumping back and forth on order people in front of me were still waiting to be given their food that was still setting on the counter that they have already paid for one female employee got very verbal with a young teen and a small child it is some of the worst service I have ever seen and I have worked in customer service all my life I will never be coming back here again.
Stacee Galvez: Went to grab a couple burritos and when we walked in one of the employees informed us that there was a wait on rice. I am okay with waiting what I am not okay with is being met with an attitude. The way you talk to people makes a huge difference. I get being annoyed but it certainly was not my fault and I did not say a word I was met with the attitude and it made my experience one that will keep me away. I worked in food service for many years and I try and be as compassionate as I can but this workers attitude was just plain not cool and I won't be back. I know people say that all the time but sincerely I won't and I am huge on word of mouth.
Erica: At what point do the workers realize the tortillas need to be round and have no holes. This is beyond unacceptable to the point it’s comically bad. The facility also could benefit from a few towels, a spray bottle of sanitizer, and a broom.
Do Better: I love pancheros, just not this one. Our tortillas were under cooked and still doughy. Hardly any meat. Drenched in salsa and sloppily put our tacos together. Horrible customer service.

Inside there is 4 or 5 tables and a bar like table that has 4 or 5 seats. We placed our order and sat down. The food came out hot and fairly fast. I wasn't a fan tamale on the combination plate, but the taco was good. I didnt care for the chicken quesadilla my wife got, it was just bland and basic. It was however a huge portion. I will give this place another try, since it does have great reviews, maybe it was an off day for them.

GKizer: we ordered a tortilla soup and half of it spilled into the bag before I got it home. I was not driving recklessly and the bag wasn't whipped around or anything. Please use different containers for tortilla soup, as the cardboard bowl is useless for getting it home, perhaps a larger version even of what you use for your queso would be preferable to what you normally use.
