Abigail Smith: Terrible service on Mother’s Day of all days I was just trying to enjoy some food with my babies for the day and the waiter was rude. My kids didn’t like there burritos I ordered off the kids menu and I asked to just pay half price and only pay for the tacos they ate and pay for the rest & Miguel the manager ima assuming insisted I pay for the full plate before I left because I was wasting their food and they can’t afford that. I have visited the west side location and gotten great service. My friend wasn’t a fan of his burrito cause it’s wasn’t cooked fully but they were swamped that night so it was understandable and they took the meal off our bill with no hesitation. I would not recommend anybody to the frandor location ever again. They weren’t even very busy and still gave terrible service!

Both of the last two times I've been here I've considered walking out multiple times during the visit. Server was nowhere in sight the entire time including waiting forever for check. Apparently the only one that can help me is the guy who went home in the middle of the shift to take a break... multiple visits same thing
Jen Smith: Theo was an outstanding server. I enjoyed my meal, it was delicious, reasonably priced, hot and quick. The drinks were perfect. But Theo was the absolute highlight of my experience. Marilyn M. G.: Pablo's not so bueno. Service was ok, but the food was not. Ordered cheese enchiladas with mola sauce; food was barely warn, cheese was not melted, and the mola sauce had too much peanut butter and chocolate. Didn't eat it. Partner had flautas with shredded beef, which was actually shredded beef mixed with ground beef! Rice and beans not flavorful; beans very runny. Chips and salsa were good though.

I had chicken flautas, my husband had American beef tacos, and my friend had chicken fajitas.Parking: Parking after 6pm is free.
N M: Salsa is water, chips are stale. I used to Love this place. Quality of food has gone down this past year. The new location is full of inexperienced staff. We received Horrible service, I refuse to go to that location. Our Waitress was non-existent. Being a transplant here in Lansing and being Hispanic makes it even more disappointing. I really want to like this place but keep finding reasons not to. I have not found a good Mexican restaurant in Lansing.We found a metal piece of something in our food. I am done going here. I will make my own Mexican food at home.

Amy Babcock: Lansing actually has a decent food scene here, with many options to choose from. I was famished and needed something to eat, and after scouring restaurants in the area, this place came up. I liked that they served breakfast, lunch AND dinner, so off I went!Parking here's decent, but if you want to park in the public lots to do stuff and walk around the area, you have to download some app to pay. Being that I was irrationally hungry, I didn't feel like downloading anything, and I actually got a better parking spot parking on the street and right in front of Pablo's.Walking in, the place isn't huge, but there's enough room for up to a party of 4 to dine in. I grabbed a booth and reviewed the menu to see what offerings they had. They did start me off with chips and salsa, and the chips were great. Salsa was good, but could have used a little more pep to it.I went with the Huervos Mexicana, which was absolutely fabulous. It's basically scrambled eggs with tons of good stuff in it, rice and refried beans. My only concern was I told my waitress to go easy on the Jalapenos, but I think she must have heard "no jalapenos" because I didn't notice any in my dish when she brought it out.Food was excellent, and the refried beans were DELICIOUS. (some places have very bland refried beans. I don't know why this is a thing for me. Weird.) Prices here are spot on, and the whole thing cost me $10 plus tip. Server was fabulous and she was really super nice. Even for a random weekday morning, the place seems to be a busy spot, which is a good sign.For a solid quick meal, check this place out. Legit Mexican food for an excellent price. You won't be disappointed!

Jakup Abedin: So my take on this restaurant is going to be a little hard because I'm currently in Texas. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants that I would typically compare this to, and they are just waaay better. I thought the food here was just okay. I tried the wet burrito and enchiladas and just wasn't a fan.Friendly decor in the inside -could use a remodel. The customer service, however, is absolutely marvelous. I was told I should have tried something more authentic like the Barbacoa tacos. But sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. If I'm ever back in this part of town, I'll keep that in mind as well as the wedding cake.
Nael Hallak: the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. I did not catch her name but there was a very nice woman working at the desk who made sure guests felt comfortable. I plan on coming back soon.

Kristen Wolfolk: One thing that I like about Lansing is the variety of yummy Mexican restaurants. Hands down, Alicia's is my favorite. I always get the breakfast burrito with bacon and mild salsa. Literally no other breakfast burrito compares and the salsa is out of this world amazing. The food is always fresh and steaming hot. I'm a frequent visitor since the restaurant is close to my office. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and eat at Alicia's. Not Subway. Not McDonalds. Support local businesses and stop in Alicia's ❤️

Ray Raddatz: This is a fairly typical but not terribly authentic Mexican restaurant chain in this area. Think chilli's.I had the Chipotle Fajitas and it was nice and flavourful. I only deducted a little because i was repeatedly brought flour tortillas instead of the corn i asked for.

Jenn Arias: The food here was good. The chicken tacos were better than the steak, my opinion. Even thought both were still good! The customer service was not the best. The waitress was not very attentive or friendly. Once we finally did place our order, it took 1 hour to get our food. It was not super busy when we went so don’t know why it took that long. I plan to go back in the future, and hopefully I can receive better service next time.

They’re close to the neighborhood and have a lovely patio, but alas, the food is comically bad.Chips are visibly stale, salsa is thick as mud, and the hot queso dip has literal chunks of unmelted shredded cheese in it. Up charge for basic accoutrements for fajitas like lettuce and cheese. It’s overall just not good.The service has always been very pleasant and the strawberry marg was good, but there are much better options for Mexican food in Lansing.

Dan: I went for my first time today after always hearing my neighbor rave about them. I looked at the reviews and they seemed promising. Inside there is 4 or 5 tables and a bar like table that has 4 or 5 seats. We placed our order and sat down. The food came out hot and fairly fast. I wasn't a fan tamale on the combination plate, but the taco was good. I didnt care for the chicken quesadilla my wife got, it was just bland and basic. It was however a huge portion. I will give this place another try, since it does have great reviews, maybe it was an off day for them.

Nicolas Soria: I usually stick to the street tacos, that's what they do best. Other items are a bit of a hassle to eat as takeout. The food is good though, and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes.Unless you're in the neighborhood for some other reason, I wouldn't want to sit down and eat here. It's a food truck across from an auto repair shop. It's not bad on a nice day if you're just walking around the neighborhood.
Ron Creager: Received a response and apology from El Oasis, stating it was the Delivery Company's fault and that the would be reaching out to us to make things right. However, they never did. See original review below:We ordered delivery on Cinco de Mayo at 7pm. We were told delivery would be at 9:14pm. Okay, we can deal...it is Cinco de Mayo and during Covid19. So, we waited and at 9:20, I looked at my email...turns out that, at 8:10pm I had received another email saying that El Oasis had decided to close their doors early and we weren't getting any dinner. Oh, it happens to be my son's birthday. How can they decide to close their doors with an order already placed...absolutely unconscionable! El Oasis must be doing very well indeed! Simply cannot believe we were pimped like that. I honestly hope this food truck fails miserably. I guess we will try to order pizza. Happy Birthday to my son and Happy Cinco de Mayo.Absolutely horrific treatment!I appreciate the apology...for what it is worth, the delivery company never compensated us or contacted us in any way. Maybe a review on them is warranted, as well
