A mixed (or Hispanic) boy helped us and was so sweet and helpful even though I didn't know what I needed. Even changed my headlights for me. Would not go back to the MLK location would recommend going to the cedar location instead.

Phil Damico: Staff was cool and helpful. Did a refund/exchange with no qualms or issues. They even help put in batteries the right way if you need it. Also DO NOT pay a mechanic for a diagnostic on your car. They'll put it on the machine free here. Same thing a mechanic will do.

Jeffrey Denda: The woman who was working when I stopped in was the rudest, most condescending person I have ever encountered at a store. Or any business for that matter. I actually had to tell her to “stop talking to me like that”. As the customer I had to say that to an employee at the store. Never even got a chance to look at what I went in for let alone buy it. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.
