Dave also always checks for coupons and helps with my speed perks so I can save money and always come back for more. He also goes above and helps multiple customers at once to assure the company’s customers aren’t going else where. I’ve gone to other advance stores and had terrible service or they don’t have what I called for this is the advance I go to I live 45 min away and I’m willing to travel for the good service I’ve been given

Car Doctor: Nose dive! I've done a lot of business out of this store. I mean a lot! Then I was helping a employee with her daughter's car, (call it a charity case) or whatever. Wasn't going to charge her a dime for taking the time to do so. Which I told her on multiple occasions that her car was a major safety issue the front strut mounts were completely rusted out. There was no saving the inevitable. However; I felt bad, so I had created supports. (Prolonged it maybe?) Upon returning the car late that evening my coworker driving the car, it ran out of gas. Hey ok no biggie gas station was a few miles away. When we got back 37minutes later. The car was gone. When I told her in the morning that I didn't know where the car was she flipped out threatening me with charges this and that. Then kept all of my DeWalt tools welder welding equipment. And was demanding I pay her $1,000 to get my tools back. Wow! I mean just wow! . Here's another interesting story same employee they had one manager leave and a new one came to fill his place apparently one night there was 700 plus dollars missing from the safe the following morning I only know this because I heard this employee telling it to another employee and boy oh boy the look on her face was almost erotic... (People like to brag) I just went in here this evening because my truck was overheating on the road and I needed another thermostat because mine's not opening I purchased the one that's in it at another location I do business at when I went in here to see if I could swap it out real quickly they told me no that I couldn't can imagine I was a little thrown back especially how the day and night difference of other employees attitude towards me. It's just a shame! Careful if your not paying attention she will also try and short change you. She did it to me numerous times. But instead of calling her out. I'll just step back and let karma take over!

So it was VERY good service, and the staff very nice!Anyway, I don't care how old the store is if I get prompt, friendly service and accuracy on my parts!

Nichole Doyle: The manager whose name was Craig had terrible customer service he was rude sold me the wrong part even though I told him I didn’t believe that was the correct part I’ve always shopped at your store but this particular location the manager wanted to argue back-and-forth. I just let them know I bring the part back. even when I brought it back, he did not apologize for his rudeness you guys lost my business and Word of mouth spread quickly

Michael Lam: Horrible, absolutely horrible service. I attempted to return a fuse holder I bought two days ago, and had my receipt. It was $5ish. They needed to see my license, credit card (even though I paid in cash) and needed my phone number. I was irritated having to give all three for a simple $5 return with a receipt. In the end, the cashier said Advance Auto stores are not electronically connected so they could only give me a store credit. Really? For $5 with my receipt, why such a hassle? And to only give a gift card in return when the fuse holder was purchased 2 days prior WITH CASH. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope the store managers read this review and make an effort to change things because i will be advertising the service I received today- yes over $5.

Brandon Piercefield: Great prices, selection and staff. An example of the outstanding staff there , last time I was there one of the associates called a friend to help repair a single mom's car issue she had a broken exhaust connection on her car happened on the way to bringing her kids to Dennys across the street. She apparently visited multiple repair shops with no luck and came into this location as a last resort looking for assistance with the issue. Associate had empathy for her and pulled a favor from a resource he had I assume. The person called came and fixed her car in the parking lot. Obviously this doesn't always happen for every repair needed being there just a parts store and this was a special situation but it showed awesome humanity and I'll always use this location for reasons before this occurrence happened and now it's more supported due to it. Thanks advanced auto parts for coming thru for your nieghbors.
Katherine Maxwell: Herbert was very helpful! I needed my battery replaced and the other local stores were unable to assist me. Herbert went above and beyond while completing the battery change in the frigid cold. I would highly recommend this Advanced Auto store just because of Herbert! I will be back and extremely thankful.

Jeff: Over the summer I had a family member that needed a battery replaced, I suggested going here for parts and possibly installed as well. She purchased the battery and had it installed, fast forward to 2 days before Thanksgiving she took it back because battery wouldn't start the car. The young man behind the counter said it was not the battery and gave every excuse as to why he wouldn't just honor the battery warranty. He said it was the alternator. It clearly wasn't. It was a bad cell in a new battery which does happen. What happened to "the customer is always right"?

Lizzy Myrabo: Herbert is AMAZING! I came in late this evening after I found out my battery was functioning at 20%. Every other auto parts store told us that a mechanic would have to replace the battery because of where it was located in the hood. After a moment of looking at my car Herbert was able to recommend a replacement and install a new battery, all within 20 mins. He was so knowledgeable and a pleasure working with. Come in and ask for Herbert, you will not be disappointed with your service. Thank you!!
