Sarah Tanner: This store is the best. The whole staff is great truly but Shaun the manager makes a big difference every time we visit.

Nichole Doyle: The manager whose name was Craig had terrible customer service he was rude sold me the wrong part even though I told him I didn’t believe that was the correct part I’ve always shopped at your store but this particular location the manager wanted to argue back-and-forth. I just let them know I bring the part back. even when I brought it back, he did not apologize for his rudeness you guys lost my business and Word of mouth spread quickly

Sarah Burns: Horrible horrible customer service...not all but the one lady I had yesterday. She wouldn't let me buy a bulb for my truck. She also said they couldn't put it in bcuz they would have to take off the bumper, when I asked could I JUST buy the bulb she said she had to look first...took 2 seconds and said they couldn't do it. I went NEXT DOOR to O'Reilly's and had it done in 2 minutes....SHE was too lazy to help...will never go here again

Rachel: Was having a so-so experience in terms of customer service, until I was passed onto Lacy who was extremely kind despite me being simply clueless when it comes to car maintenance. She was very patient and helpful and seemed to genuinely care that I left satisfied.

Ed Eyden: I was in the store looking for replacement wiper blades. And as usual, the reference book was not clear and didn't include my year of car. A very nice woman approached me and asked if she could help. She instantly went to her computer and looked up my model. In a quick minute, she was at the wiper blade rack giving me 3 alternatives based on cost and quality. Once selected, she immediately offered to install them as well.Awesome customer service with the feeling she really enjoyed her job and helping customers

Nicole Waugh: The day never starts good when your car doesn’t start. Jaymes quite literally saved the day for us. Most people wouldn’t be too happy when two clueless girls show up 45 minutes before close with the hope that they can both make it to work the next day. Jaymes was happy to run the necessary tests and completely replace the car battery quickly and efficiently while educating us along the way. He was even so kind to offer a slight discount when he realized the lower cost battery was out of stock.
