Beemer kid: By far the worst location I have ever been to , employees are very rude,and they hide the serious damage that the cars have , I bought a car with front end damage but when I came to pick it up it also had top roof damage, and very bad frame damage , none of that was in the pictures , and the regional manager didn’t want to do anything about it and told us if we don’t want the car we can just sell it on the side of the road, never buy cars from this copart location if you don’t want to get scammed (buyers beware if you are buying a car from this location and the photos are at an odd angle or blurry then they are hiding the damage)
Janice Charlebois: My vehicle was totaled and my insurance company had it towed to Copart Lansing. I called, I was told my belongings would be in the back of my vehicle. When I arrived much of my possessions were thrown in the back of my vehicle but many things were MISSING. When I went to the desk COPART didn't know anything about that????? Also they had an envelope with some of my important documents in an envelope behind the desk. Had I not realized. I would have driven an hour home before I realized it. DO NOT DISPOSE OF PEOPLES PROPERTY WITHOUT OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO RETRIEVE FIRST.

Ali Alhagari: BUYERs BE AWARE,My VIHECLE was almost picked up by somebody else, had I didn' t show up at the moment that the lefter was puting it on a towing car who apparently was intending to steal it. It was stealing situating because he told the lefter that it was his. My recommendation for copart to avoid such loophole (possibility of theft) is to send the the ID number of the buyer to the lefter who would in turn ask the buyer to show him the ID so that he can compare and determine if that person is the true buyer.

Michael Baran: My appointment was at 12pm. I did not get checked in till 1240pm. I then sat in one of the bays for about 45 mins till someone started to work on my truck. Was an oil change tire rotation and 1 new tire. Was asked if I had a time restraint. I didnt... but the point was I had an appointment at 12 and didnt end up leaving till 215. I could understand if I didnt have an appointment and it took 2hrs but I had one.

Called multiple times asking for updates which took days to receive call back. Decided to take it here after Graff quoted me $400 more than Shaheen on a part, After all of this I am dissatisfied with my first visit to Shaheen. I’m making a car payment on a car I haven’t had all month 😅

They've promised to buy parts for my truck and every time I ask about the parts they "don't remember". When I tell them something is wrong with my vehicle Kelly wants to compare my problems with her car problems and give me tips on how I can fix it on my own. No offense I don't care about you're car problems lady and it's y'all job to fix mine especially since I'm paying on mine still. If you're looking for a vehicle I'd make this place one of my last resorts.

Krystal the sales manager was patient and helpful every step of the way and beyond that has answered questions and helped me even when she didn’t need to months after the sale was finalized.On top of this great service at the start, 3 months later they have still been amazing. Drew Hirselj: I bought a car from Empire Motors that they never told me was in an accident. I had to pay thousands of dollars to replace a rear axle from a Jeep dealership, because the front axle had already been replaced by someone who didn't know what they were doing and used an axle with a different gear ratio! This meant I couldn't drive my $40,000+ 4x4 vehicle in 4 wheel drive. They also promised me a hard top to go along with my vehicle, and when I arrived I see that it is in terrible condition, almost unusable. They promise me again that they will help me get a hard top using their connections, and I never heard about that again, except when I had to reach out and ask, and was told they had nothing for me.I am continuing to find issues that are directly related to the accident that this vehicle was in before it was sold to me. They also falsely advertised the number of owners, I have proof that they listed it as a one owner vehicle when it had been bought, sold, and driven twice before I purchased it.Now they refuse to return my calls about buying the vehicle back from me at a reasonable price after I have done nothing but fix the issues and they vehicle has less than 20,000 miles.Avoid at all costs. They also struggle with theft, when I was shopping they had multiple vehicles stolen from the lot the night before.

David Piper: So I have a leak in my 2013 jeep the hard top needed new seals and I asked how much it would be to fix it and they said it would be $485 to fix it I said no that's fine that's too expensive. So I did some research and found out that the seals to replace were $15bucks online and that I could do it my self really easily. My advice do some research before you take your vehicle there because they are price gouging their customers so badly for everything do not trust them on their prices.

Jenelle Austin: The Service Center wanted to charge me $914 and never got the part in or called to update me, despite my multiple check-ins, lasting months. I fixed it myself for free in two minutes with a little googling.
Rhonda Price: We have the extended warranty on our Jeep Grand Cherokee & the radio system had de-laminated causing the channels to change randomly, calls were placed randomly. The temperature on the heater would do whatever it felt like doing. We took it in & Tina helped us. That was on a Monday, by Friday the part was in & I had an appointment the following Monday. Very happy.

Kara Brewer: Thank you for the bottom of our hearts! We encountered an issue with our gas cap in our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica while headed from Grand Rapids to Detroit to catch a flight. The cap was jammed closed and we were unable to get gas to make our flight. After calling several service centers in the area that were unwilling to help, we called Champion. Sorin and his team got our car right in and were able to troubleshoot the problem and with the right tools were able to open the cover. It today’s world, it is rare to find such kind friendly service. Thank you for saving our trip! 🚐 ✈️🌵
mark koch: Keep in mind that my 2015 Ram has 410,000 miles. Sorin in the service department really looks out for the consumer. He has worked with me for 3 years now and I feel that he is very knowledgeable and helps to the best of his ability. Great communication and works to get the issues resolved. Has a great re-poor and knows how to get your warranty work taken care of. I would recommend Sorin to get any of your work done in a timely and professional fashion.

He told me to take the car for a test drive and make a list of the mechanical issue and he would fix it before I purchase it. When I bought the car the A/C didn’t work and it was extremely hot out and he gave me a call and told me to stop by and he would recharge it free of charge! This company is a great place to buy used cars at a reasonable price!
Naomi Moore: Make sure before you buy your car from here you get it thoroughly inspected for any problems! I’ve had this car for 4 months and I have already had to put in over $2,000 dollars worth of repairs. They let me drive this vehicle all the way back to Virginia where I am station, knowing it was no good. Everytime I get one thing fixed another problem arises, Which is really upsetting. Here’s a list of some of the problems I’ve been having:Ball joint brokenBoth axles brokenNo parking break at all (which will cost be $3,000 to have fixed)The bottom is all rustedAnd there’s much more.

Hannah Burgess: This would have been 3 stars but the woman at Cedar St location was fantastic at being patient and combing through inventory for exactly what I was looking for even if it wasn't at her location, instead of trying to get me into the most expensive thing I could afford. Generally the staff was friendly. You can tell which ones work on commission though.The inventory was a good selection. The car I bought is OK BUT the key fob was bad. The dealership had to have known because they unlocked the car for us and stated they'd had it for 2 months. So they had to have locked it and unlocked it several times in two months. It is $200 to replace. The headlight plug was fried, leaving me with no headlight on the drive home, but I suppose we should have checked that before we left. Biggest thing is the AWD light came on on the way home to Jackson. I bought a 90 day warranty for $200 but it won't cover the AWD problem because the shop said a modulator is going bad but isn't bad yet. It will be a $1000 repair if it doesn't go out completely before the 90 days. So 3 stars with a whole extra star for the woman at Cedar Street.
Sebastiana Harrell: This a great place to get a reliable vehicle. Most car places will only put you in what you can afford if you have bad credit. Empire will work with you and put you in what you want to be in. I give them 6 stars ⭐ because the staff are really nice too.
