Cortney Frierson: Heather and Cosmic Ragdolls are AMAZING. She was extremely helpful when picking my kitten and was just a call away for several weeks after I got my cat for questions about the kitten’s health. It’s also helpful that she’s a veterinarian, so I felt at ease asking for help.What makes it even better is that Heather continues to check on your cat long after they’re out of her care…she genuinely cares about all the cats she raises.This was my best purchase of 2022. Nicole McGann: Amazing experience. We love our sweet and funny Ragdoll Tommy. We got him as a therapy cat for a child with autism and he has been all of that and more. Full of personality and loves to go for a ride in a play stroller. Heather is the best and knows what she is doing, she has extensive knowledge on the genetics, temperament and care of her wonderful kittens.
Becky Coletta (becky7): Absolutely LOVE our two Ragdolls from Cosmic Ragdolls! Heather was so helpful when we started the process and answered all of my millions of questions. She brought Baxter and Blue Cheese to our house so their transition was less disruptive. We are so happy we decided to get two litter mates that keep each other company. Our kitties were trained to use the Litter Robot, and grew up with high-end food. She takes great pride in doing what is best for the kitties. I can’t recommend Cosmic Ragdolls highly enough 💙

Haley Molina: The cats are cute and I do own one from here. Unfortunately, I was told I would be provided CFA papers upon purchase and never was. The breeder told me many times they would come in the mail and never did. It's been over a year since then and they have stopped responding to my messages. The CFA also tried to help me obtain them, but could not get a response. Please do not purchase a cat from here and expect papers, they will never come.

Mary Jackson: I was greeted as I walked through the door, very clean, plus they have a pet clinic I didn't know about. Then I was asked if I needed help finding something from one of the workers and she did help me out.
Sheila/Fred Van Vleck: We take classes with our 9 month old Great Dane and the trainer Chaleb is Wonderful and so very knolageble ❤️

Amanda Barker: Great service and found everything I needed. They should probably put a sign up that shows there is dog food at the end of the cat area which is where I found the food I needed. Was confused when the website said the food was in stock but I couldn't find it. One of the employees showed me where it was. Maybe they should swap the grooming supplies aisle with the other dog foods to keep them all in the same area?
Fred Alexander: PetSmart is always a hit. The people are always friendly and polite. Everything has nearly doubled in price since covid and that's the only drawback.

Demetria Stewart: Long over do review. I always took my dogs here and always was good. My dog Laila is such a calm dog she doesn't even flinch when getting shots. I dropped her off nothing was wrong with her and when I picked her up she had big bulges in her stomach area. They obviously squeezed her. It was a new groomer and of course Banfield said it was purely a coincidence that they appeared while grooming. I took her to a vet clinic that could perform the surgery to remove the bulges which turned out to be hernias and they said that he felt that they were caused by trauma and he believes they did hold her too tightly. Never will I take my dogs to them again. $1000+ later which came out of my pocket and petsmart should have paid...no apologies the manager was actually kind of rude and not sympathetic at all.
